** Resorts so marked have all or some of the following restrictions: Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance with a deposit of 50% to book. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. No refund will be given for late cancellations. Payment of all accounts may be made in Pesos, US Dollars or travellers checks. No credit cards are accepted. Divers must produce an Internationally recognized CCard and/or log book in order to receive air or to use any diving facilities or services. Permission to use these services may be refused if there is a risk of harm to persons or equipment involved. A doctor's certificate of fitness and two passport photographs must be shown for diving instruction. Details of onward flights should be given to reception at least 72 hours before departure, in order to reconfirm booking. The resort will not be held liable for cancellations due to natural occurences; typhoons, earthquakes, fire, volcanic eruptions and acts of God, in such cases the guest will be refunded the unused payment or part of package previously paid.
