Restaurants

Pampanguena Restaurant (34) - Bonifacio St A popular place with many reasonably priced, tasty Filipino dishes and short or-ders, cafeteria-style or a la carte; also serves ice cream and a good selection of cakes; boiled water used for instant coffee tastes awful; additional dining room upstairs

Otto's Coffeeshop (30)
Rizal St cor Gomez St
Clean and attractive dining room serving ice cream, short orders and sandwiches

Marilyn's Restaurant (31) - Luna St and (43) off Balzain highway towards airport
Simple, cafeteria-style dining room serving a variety of good, inexpensive Filipino dishes; branch outside town is newer

Time Square Restaurant (32) - Aguinaldo St
Mainly for short orders and evening enter-tainment

My Rose Ice Cream Parlor (13) Bonifacio St, In the lobby of Hotel Delfino
Coffee shop serving quick snacks and ice cream concoctions; pleasant atmosphere; a bit expensive

Chuck's Steakhouse (1)
Rizal St beside PAL Office
Small, new restaurant serving western-style steaks

Hotel Delfino and most of the lodges and pensions in Tuguegarao also have a restaurant or dining facility. There are cheap eating stalls at the public market.

On Balzain Highway to the airport there are several good restaurants, specifically Kusina ni Nanay, across from the Shell gas station, and Kainang Pilipino. Along this road is also Tasty Hut, a kind of regional fast-food chain and ice cream parlor, Dainty Restaurant and Benel's Bakery (41). At the triangular turnoff for the capitol is another Marilyn's Restaurant (31). Beside the airport terminal are Josie's Restaurant (47) and the less expensive, well-ventilated Tuguegarao Airport Can-teen (46), a simple coconut-wood shack par-tially surrounded by three unfinished hollow block walls.
