Amateurs go on stage with several plays per year. According to the Bangkok Book of the Australian-New Zealand Women’s Group, "anyone with the ability to act, sing, dance, direct or work backstage" is invited. Social gatherings are held in the evenings of the first Thursday of every month at the British Club, 189 Surawong Road.

This very well established cultural society is dedicated to the study of Thai culture in a wide sense. They organize cultural performances as well as tours to cultural events or sites. Performances and tours organized by the society are open for non-members. The society also has its own library.
