Visa Formalities / 15 Day Visa Upon Arrival

Since October 1, 1987, the Don Muang Airport Immigration Office issues tourist visas valid for 15 days to the nationals of 80 countries listed below. These are countries for whose nationals no visa-free stay for up to 15 days is provided. Thus, countries listed above for the 15 day visa-free stay do not re-occur in this bracket.

The visitors must carry a valid passport or other travel document issued by one of these countries. They must also have a fully paid ticket which enables them to travel out of the kingdom within the stipulated time.

The application for a visa must be accompanied by one passport sized photograph. A fee of 300 Baht is to be paid. Ordered by continents, the regulation applies to the countries listed below.

Europe: Andorra; Cyprus; Liechtenstein; Malta; Monaco; San Marino and the Vatican.

Americas: Antigua & Barbuda; Bahamas; Barbados; Belize; Bolivia; Chile; Colombia; Costa Rica; Dominica; Ecuador; Grenada; Guatemala; Haiti; Honduras; Jamaica; Panama; Paraguay; Peru; St. Christopher & Navis; St. Lucia; St. Vincent & the Grenadines; Suriname; Trinidad & Tobago; Uruguay; and Venezuela.

Asia: Bangladesh; Bhutan; India; Maldives; Nepal; and Pakistan.

Africa: Botswana; Buginafaso; Burundi; Cameroon; Cape Verde; Central African Republic; Chad; Comoros; Godkivoa; Djibouti; Equatorial Guinea; Gabon; Gambia; Guinea; Guinea Bissau; Lesotho; Liberia; Malawi; Mali; Mauritius; Morocco; Niger; Rwanda; Sao Tome and Principe; Seychelles; Sierra Leone; Somalia; South Africa; Swaziland; Tanzania; Togo; Uganda; Zaire; Zambia; and Zimbabwe.

Pacific: Kiribati; Nauru; Tonga; Solomon Islands; and Tuvalu.
