Ginger (Zingiber officinale) has a long-established use in the
treatment of a number of conditions: arthritis, motion sickness,
inflammation. Dried ginger is considered to be superior to cooked
ginger. In the treatment of arthritis, ginger has been sucessfully
used as replacement for aspirin and a number of other similar drugs.
