Ginger - the anti-arthritis herb

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) has a long-established use in the treatment of a number of conditions: arthritis, motion sickness, inflammation. Dried ginger is considered to be superior to cooked ginger. In the treatment of arthritis, ginger has been sucessfully used as replacement for aspirin and a number of other similar drugs.
