built as a satellite town and suburb of Kuala Lumpur, Petaling
Jaya, or P.J. as it is commonly called, has grown into a mature,
self-contained town, with modern shopping centres, hospitals,
schools, cinemas, and recreation parks.
Although
primarily a residential area, it is rapidly evolving into a major
commercial and industrial centre.
