Pro Plan

• Monthly: $29.99/month per person
• Annual: $11.99/month, billed as $143.88/year (60% savings)
• Unlimited transcription and translation
• 2 TB encrypted cloud storage
• Unlimited file transfers
• Export in multiple formats (PDF, DOCX, TXT, SRT)

Team Plan

• Monthly: $15.99/month per person (minimum 3 people)
• Annual: $6.99/month per person, billed as $83.88/year per person (56% savings; minimum 3 people)
• Three-person total: $47.97/month on monthly billing, or $251.64/year on annual billing (equivalent to $20.97/month)
• Everything in Pro plan
• Team collaboration features
• Advanced admin controls
• Priority support

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click Manage billing to open the billing portal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

How is billing managed for team accounts?

For team subscriptions, billing is centralized and rates are calculated per person:

Team Plan Billing

• Minimum 3 people required
• Per-person pricing scales with team size
• Single invoice for the entire team
• Admin controls for managing team members

Billing Administrator

• Designated admin manages billing
• Add/remove team members anytime
• View usage across the team
• Download invoices and receipts

Are there discounts on annual subscriptions?

Yes, annual plans offer significant savings compared to monthly subscriptions:

Pro Plan Savings

• Monthly: $29.99 × 12 = $359.88/year
• Annual: $143.88/year
• Savings: $216/year (60% discount)

Team Plan Savings

• Monthly: $15.99 × 12 = $191.88/year per person
• Annual: $83.88/year per person (minimum 3 people)

Annual plans are billed once per year and provide immediate access to the full year of service.

How are payments processed?

We use Stripe, the global leader in secure payment processing, for all our transactions. Your payment security is our top priority:
