How do I use the uploader?

You can use the uploader in 2 ways:

  1. Drag and drop files into the highlighted area
  2. Click and select files from your computer's file system

File Requirements

  • Content: Files should contain spoken dialogue (not music recordings)
  • Quality: Clear audio produces better transcription results
  • Size: Check your plan limits for maximum file size
  • Length: Longer files may take more time to process

Troubleshooting Upload Issues

If you're having trouble uploading a file:

  1. Check the file format - Make sure it's a supported audio or video format
  2. Verify file size - Ensure your file doesn't exceed your plan's limits
  3. Try a different browser - Some browsers handle uploads better than others
  4. Check your internet connection - Large files need stable connections
