11 arrested after 6,000-pound berry heist foiled in Florida: Sheriff

The men on your screen are accused of berry bad behavior. The Martin County Sheriff's Office said the 11 men are part of an organized crime ring that was illegally harvesting palmetto berries. Now what the men didn't count on was agricultural unit detectives conducting counter surveillance. The unit tracked their movements into the county, then waited for the right moment to move in and make the arrests. Nine of the suspects are undocumented and are now under ICE detainers.
