Cindy, we have just arrived.As you mentioned, the very top of the spire, the antenna on the top of the entire Empire State Building.Two people have climbed up to the top.They do have some kind of banner.We've been unable to read the exact words that are written on that banner.This is typically an area that is highly restricted at the Empire State Building.
