I swear every time I opened it, tiny things felt different.I don't know, like stuff had slightly moved, but I noticed these things.I know how crazy that sounds, but it genuinely creeped me out, which is hard to do.That's also why I ended up finishing the game so fast, why I couldn't make it as long as I wanted, and why I honestly don't want to keep working on it or upgrading it anymore.Okay.The one behind you.

Alright, hold on.Hold on, everybody hold on.I'm busting into the NVIDIA control panel.Everybody hold on.I thought I've always had vertical sync.No, it's supposed to always be on.

It's supposed to always be on.Vertical sync is always supposed to be on.Apply.Okay, let's see if that fixed it.See, one of the problems is a lot of games use uncapped frames per second.And it's not that vertical sync can always make this, you know, go away because if your refresh rate is very high, I mean, it does a percentage of it.

But as an uncapped frame rate, it'll use up all of your system resources to get as many frames as possible.Games don't need to do that, especially if your monitor can't put that many frames in front of you per second, right?It has a refresh rate.And so vertical sync makes sure that your game is locked to to the same refresh rate as your monitor, which also prevents screen tearing.Now, there's certain DLSS and, like, the super yada yadas in your graphics card sometimes don't allow you to use vertical sync, which is why sometimes you have to turn that shit off.And this only matters if you're recording.

You wouldn't ordinarily see this.But also, it can help save power.You know, if you're playing on a laptop, it can make your battery last longer.The one behind you.This is a game where the description said you're playing the role of a stalker, much like LifeEater.Or something like that.
