6 Days Postpartum, New Born Shoot & I Feel Like NOTHING IS REAL

Osama and the girls have decorated the house and it looks so cute.So I'll show you guys that this is my Baba photo shoot has started We might as well open up all of my boxes we have so many gifts over there as well.Hello friends.What's up?I am six days postpartum and I thought that if I didn't pick up the vlog, I'm never gonna pick it up So we're seeing how this goes.We are currently getting ready for a photoshoot.

Osama and Sana gifted us like a newborn photoshoot situation.So this is my outfit.I showed it to you guys like a while back.It's from a brand called Nothing Fits But.And honestly, I've been living in it.I even came home from the hospital in this.

So I like it because the banding is very comfy.It just just looks cute.I know my last vlog ended very abruptly and someone's calling me. anyways so yeah the vlog ended abruptly because oh my god i just did my makeup hold on i don't want to wake up by getting emotional but anyways i will have to talk about it in another vlog because my delivery was not good i am happy to be alive there's just a lot that happened and i'll just make a separate video for the birth vlog but it is i mean we're not a full week so as much as i did not want to get ready i got my shit together put on some lashes, straighten my hair.My parents are staying with me.So it's been like a lot of help.And not even that, we've just been having the families come over every day.

So in the daytime, I do feel like I'm getting a lot of time to just rest.My brother and sister -in -law, they said that obviously having a newborn, like a newborn shoot, it's not something I will regret doing, but it's just not something I was able to plan and everything.Cause we got discharged from the hospital, like just, a few days ago after everything.So we'll get some coffee.in.and lighten the mood a bit i love this outfit though i'm very happy i got it so yeah that's it i'm just waiting for everybody to get here for the shoot they're gonna do one of those like cute little newborn shoots and i planned it all obviously if you guys know my sister -in -law she probably planned something really cute and we had a boy so i'm assuming she's gonna make him into like a mini masood so that'll be fun to watch and then we'll just get some cute photos in and maybe i think it's like at the hospital i didn't get to i had like so many picture ideas and all these things for like an announcement so it was fun to plan I did nothing like I said we took nothing after what you guys saw so let's keep it moving I have a protein shake I have my coffee Osama and the girls decorated the house for us when we finally got discharged and came home and it looks so cute so I'll show you guys that we got some balloons and like this banner and then we even have these little Cute little decors here.

And then in the front they had like a little sign.It was cute to come home to.

This is my baba.Photoshoot has started and we have the husband making sure wife stays cool during the shoot.This is like gotta make sure love is feeling nice.Behind the scenes guys, we have a lot of people watching.Zyra and Alina.

I'm still having trouble walking, but we did our first Timmy's run today with the baby.So I'm gonna have my coffee.I should probably take my meds.They had me on like super strong narcotics in the hospital and they gave me some to take home.But luckily, like well, I don't know if it's lucky, but I opted to not take the narcotics at home.And I just have been doing like Advil and Tylenol like they told me to.

So we'll do that.and then i want to put on some lashes i haven't been putting on makeup and stuff like yesterday i put on makeup you hungry baba okay he's hungry i gotta feed him but i think some like lashes that take two two minutes for me to put on like how i was doing in the last few vlogs that's how i'm gonna do it so let's feed the baby and then hopefully he'll sleep and then my parents are coming back after juma he's a week old now so i don't know guys i don't know what else i don't know right now because all i'm doing is surviving with a newborn and then surviving with recovering with what happened to me which i'm gonna do like a whole separate birth story like i told you guys because it's a lot it wasn't just one thing that happened to me it was a lot let me feed him and then let's go do our eyelashes right baby is asleep he's stirring around give me a second he's asleep okaywatching a documentary called a toxic love story and I've started it like three times since yesterday and I haven't been able to finish it I'm not sure if like this is and the epidural hurting my back but my back was okay and all of a sudden now on my left side I can't really like put pressure honestly it is what it is and I am NOT gonna complain after what I went through Is he okay?He's probably gonna wake up, guys.I have to get one of those baby carriers, except, I mean, I haven't needed it because my parents are staying with us, so it's been very easy.Ooh, hold on, he's fussing.

Ow, attempt number three, guys.Let's get these pump parts and bottles.And to the washer.Oh, I really hope this back thing gets figured out because with everything else I'm recovering with, It's really painful.All right.

To be honest, I was going to, I had like old vlogs backed up and I was going to keep those posting until like, you know, I thought I would have, well, everyone hopes and thinks they're going to have a quote unquote normal birth.So I thought, you know, like I would have the regular recovery physically and mentally, but I'm a little traumatized.So you guys have probably already figured out that I've given birth because I've just been MIA for so long at this point.Hi, Bubba, I'm coming.Oh my gosh.Okay, I'm coming.

I'm coming.Let's pick him up.I'm supposed to get one of those like baby wear things, but my body is not in, I mean, I'm carrying him, so I'm obviously in a state to carry him, but.usually not carrying him.Either Masoud, my parents, my family, Masoud's family, anyone else is carrying him in the daytime, but it was not bad.He slept well today.

For only being like six days old, he's just a new baby.He's fresh.He's fresh to the world and he's learning, okay?So we'll help him figure it out.If this slips, turn it on.I'm still figuring out like feeding situation, breastfeeding, all these things.

They're very new to me.So my parents brought some food.

Guys, we came for like a week before giving birth.All I wanted was like eggs Benedict and I couldn't have it, obviously.So and we came to have some breakfast quickly.My mom's watching the baby.I was going to bring them with us, but my mom said, you guys go.So we are going to have some breakfast and go back to newborn life.

I'm also pumping right now.It's my first time pumping in public, but I mean, it's not like anyone can see anything.Oh, look, Boots, your glasses.I had them in here.Yeah.I don't know what to vlog, you guys.

I don't really don't know, but we'll find a rhythm.Oh my God, I'm so excited.Nine whole months I'm so excited.I want more hot sauce.Actually, I gotta cut it firstNo ketchup.

Yesterday, my parents got me some al -siq el -ladoos.So they're like flaxseed little balls.It's basically all like dry fruit.All dry fruit and flaxseed, things like that.I'm struggling.So... it's supposed to help with what is it supposed to help with just like for your bones and all that for milk production all these things so we're gonna try it but my mom said she also knows how to make some so have one at one how many like i don't even know is he up i'll grab and make one oh my god he he knows i'm home oh these look dangerous oh it smells good it's really sweet i mean not bad i'll have a few all right guys i got something called a sitz bath if you guys don't know what it is I don't think I didn't even know what it was till I was in the hospital.

So I should have started using it much earlier, but honestly, so I am going to start using it because I have a lot of stitches and it's just painful.Like when I sit, I just feel like the stitches are going to rip.So the doctor at the hospital recommended it.My mom told me like way back in the day.when she gave birth they had like their own way obviously in Pakistan they didn't have like yeah like 35 years ago they didn't have the toilet ones but she they would make shift their own so it has proven to help and they said I can put epsom salt in it and I gotta do ittwo to three times a day.

I'm gonna start with just two times and see if it helps but at this point I want all the help.Baby is fed.Let's do some lashes just because I'm not gonna be wearing makeup.I don't know what until when.You know what I mean?So...

I do think putting on some lashes and you guys know right before I gave you know so funny I was so upset right before I went into labor that morning I took off my the lashes and I was like I'm gonna put on a fresh set because it was like 39 weeks or whatever and that morning I had just taken my lashes off and then I went into labor and then I didn't have lashes or anything done basically but I mean it's not a big deal but it's just funny how things progressed so now i'm gonna put on the lashes so normally like last time i put on these ones which are like super long but i think what i'm gonna do is like to keep it simple you guys see these they're like little wispies and they're a little shorter so i'm only gonna put the last two on each eye making it a little bit of like a cat eye situation so get all of our stuff ready that way like because i'm not like i said i'm not gonna be wearing makeup so i'm gonna just take out to each of these that's one get them ready put on that's two and i got this off of amazon i had good reviews i don't know it's the laubes love us bond and seal if you guys do these lash clustersyou have like a favorite glue please let me know cuz I just got this off Amazon oh my god I got it right on my skin just like you know cuz I didn't have time before I thought I would give birth but a little bit on that and then I like to put it on my lash also.I feel like it sticks a lot better when you put a little bit on the lash.And then we'll just use, you grab it from the top.I just feel like it's the easiest way to apply them from the top.There's one.

Like these are a lot shorter.I don't even think you can see them on camera, but because I'm not going to be wearing much makeup, they'll just flow better with day -to -day wear, you know?

Okay, there we go.I hate when I get the glue somewhere I don't want it to be.

There we go.And then you know what?I might put one more.Let's put one more just to give it a little more open eye effect.Why not?And they're so easy to apply.

Like once you get the hang of it, like this has been going on for what?Under three minutes already.

Very minor, but I mean, not even that minor, but very nice.Now I'm just gonna go in with, I like to sometimes put some water on this because if it gets too sticky, your lash will come off.I think this is okay.Squeeze it.

I think I'm happy with that.And now we will seal it.And the seal, I just keep it at the very bottom.It makes your lashes crunchy otherwise.

I think that's good.

Even though like, I feel like there's an empty spot in there, but I think it'll be fine.And then I had a spoolie.There we go.You have to be so careful with the glue because I just got it on some of my lashes and now they're clumpy.Gotta be careful next time.

Alright, there.I think it looks much cuter now.I just feel like I added more to the inner corner here and now it looks like a even cat eye.I'm gonna let it dry and then I'm gonna take off this glue right here.My mom has the baby.I'm gonna make us some chicken wraps.

So we need some romaine lettuce.Okay, lettuce.And then on top of this, we're gonna put croutons.Actually, croutons we're gonna do on top.Some Caesar and then some hot sauce.And now we will chop it all together.

maternity leave.I had to take a break to feed the baby but I have my coffee here.I'm still very much recovering.My stitches are a little intense guys so it helps a lot that my parents are here because I'm able to recover.Masoud's able to continue work.I can try to work but to be honest it hasn't been happening and i know that should be the least of my concern but for me if you guys don't know like right before i gave birth i was announcing my challenge and stuff so i'm not gonna leave you guys hanging on that so it's just very easy laptop work and the baby sleeps all day so it just makes he's with Either my mom, my dad, like one of us is always holding him.

And like my brother's kids are always here daily almost.My sister -in -law, Masoud's family.Like someone's here in the daytime, you know?We are very lucky.So I'm just gonna have some coffee.We have like a system going.

My mom and dad take him around like Fajr time.And he's usually up at nighttime.Like he's dead asleep in the daytime, wide awake at nighttime.So he's with Masoud and I alone from like, 10 o 'clock to 5, and usually at that time he's cluster feeding because he sleeps during the day.and Mashallah like I don't have to worry about waking him up to feed anymore not even anymore in general my midwives and doctors are happy with the way he's gaining weight so if he sleeps for like four hours they're like don't even wake him up he's good then I find that night time he tries to like make up for it but it's not too bad we've got some sleep after, and then I try to take a nap around like 7 p .m.m.

But yeah guys, I don't know what to do or what to talk about.I haven't really been leaving the house.I thought I would be leaving the house more.I just was like, I guess I was wishful thinking with my recovery stuff, but I'm gonna try to like walk outside maybe today with my mom and the baby.We'll go for like a little walk and see, because I've been in the house going a little stir crazy.For whom?

and we have diapers for now but these have better reviews on amazon so i'm gonna try these ones out they're the pampers sensitive wipes basically we had the wet wipes or the water wipes but these aremuch larger packets.Hello.What's happening to you guys?These are much there.These are bigger packets and I like the clothes, you know, so that means they won't go dry.

So I got a bunch of these and I'm actually going to refill the side carts that I made for upstairs for down here because we actually have basically ran out of a lot of stuff.So I just refill it all.And then the extras I'm going to put in there.So we'll put two down here.Let's put these away.This cabinet is getting messy.

I'm going to have to organize it.Good.We also haven't been using the changing table as a changing table, but we are going to start because changing a boy has not been going well for me.Okay.We have so many leaky diapers that i just need to figure out like what i'm doing wrong and it's just so much easier to have him on this changing table than on a sofa and getting that all dirty we might as well open up all of my boxes we have so many gifts over there as well for the baby so let's just do that let's do this actually much easier sitting on the floor postpartum than when pregnant but i'm still struggling i'm actually had to go to the doctor today to submit some samples because I most likely am dealing with an infection situation.So I don't know if you guys are going to see this before my birth story or after.

This is from Huda Beauty.We got a package from Huda Beauty and I believe this is the new, yeah, their new lipsticks or their lipsticks.matte like lip stuff that they came out with and then they have like a case there's a head scarf and this is like a whole booklet it's pretty cool a lot oh they have like zoom ins of everything which is interesting all right so we have a lip case and then we have all the lip liners that match a head scarf oh this is cool this I could actually get use out of you guys know me I love hanging things off from my purse we have a lot of stuff in here sunglasses Let's open the sunglasses.

So basically these are all like color correction, foundation.I think the foundation might be a little bit too dark for me and mixing tools.So I'm actually gonna, should I just like put it with the box or take it out?I'm going to take it, keep it in the box, I think.because right now I have to go through like my makeup room and donate or just gift away a lot of the stuff because I don't use so much makeup every single day.And next we got a box from Snackish.

So these are like protein flavored or protein.So we have this one and we have all dressed or best dressed and salt kissed.These are 14 grams of protein and 13 grams of protein, 230 calories.Honestly, I'm pretty excited to try these, especially now that I'm struggling.Sorry guys.And oh my God, there's a sweater in here too.

So that's a coconut smell.But you guys know me with perfumes.I like to leave them closed.I go to Sephora and I just smell it to make sure I like it before opening, because if I open it, then I feel like I can't really gift it you know last one this is actually you guys remember my heatless rods eternal muse they saw my videos and they actually wanted to send a few more of what i was using so they sent me like a bunch of things we have their hair oil oh this is really cool like look at this It's like a little container.So we have their hair oil.This is fancy.

Let me take a photo of it.So this is their reserve hair oil infused with award -winning honey.This is really intriguing for me. I want to smell it.Oh, that smells really good.Wow.Okay.

And then I guess this is like,is like a little oh my god that's so cute I like that a lot okay let's put this here I'm going to use that in my hair actually and I really like their packaging I feel like it's so expensive like usually most places only have like cheap cardboard you know which I mean we end up throwing away the packages anyway but it just shows like they're really putting some care into it oh okay so we have this and i like that they have this little wax melt so this is the one i actually already have that i've used many times they sent me a new one my other one actually ripped and i tied like a black little tie at the bottom sorry i'm taking a break crazy because like whenever you see someone postpartum you're just not realizing that they're actually in pain 24 7 they just are ignoring it most of the time okay next oh i love this color i was actually wanting this color And they were always sold out.So these ones are like a little different.We're actually going to try a lot of these.This one, it goes like on the top after you tie it on these.That way they don't get frizzy.

Oh, I'm really excited to try these.I'm thinking of keeping like one of these boxes, maybe the bigger box, because honestly, like I straighten my hair.Yeah, but I don't think I'll have that much energy.You know, we have a big bonnet, which, you know what?Let's put everything in the bonnet.

I'm really excited for this.I still have to blow dry my hair like a little bit.Obviously, I have curly, thick hair.So I blow dry it straight and then I put these in it.This is their Eternal Muse Essence Mist.So this actually I've seen like the girls on their page after they put everything in a curler, they spray this on top just to make it a little wet.

And now the last one is this looks like this one long one.And so they actually sent me ones that I don't have.I thought maybe minus that one that I had broken.Cute.I'm actually really excited to try these next time I wash my hair.I'm going to make sure I We'll try all of them like on different days and see which one turns out the best.
