A Canadian National freight train was engulfed by a fast-moving wildfire in Northern Ontario. #news

So apparently this incident in this video took place from the 14th going into the 15th of July of 2026 in northwestern Ontario where there was a massive wildfire outbreak up there.Apparently a Canadian national freight train was engulfed by a fast -moving wildfire near Armstrong in northern Ontario and they recorded videos from inside the locomotive showing just how intense the flames were around the locomotive that they were in.I thought they were in a boat at one point but no this is a train and they were just being surrounded by this wildfire while they were in this train.Now, according to the reports I've been able to find about this thing, apparently the crew made it out safely and apparently Armstrong and some of the nearby areas like White Sand First Nation, Collins First Nation, and others faced mandatory evacuations due to multiple advancing fires as of July 14th of 2026.But I want you to listen to what these guys said inside of this thing when they were being completely surrounded by a wildfire.

I wanna just say that they did an exceptional job staying calm.despite the fact that they were completely surrounded by a wildfire.But apparently what happened was the crew initially used a high rail truck to escape or some sort of vehicle like that.But then that vehicle reportedly caught fire due to the flames being so intense.And so they abandoned it and allegedly ran several miles down the track to safety, which honestly is, I can't even imagine what that was like.But again, all the reports I've read said that there were no injuries reported and that they were able to reach safety successfully.
