I feel brunette this morning.Like, why does my hair look so dark?But welcome to a new vlog.It is a Monday today.It is 9 .06.I'm heading into the office.

I just made a coffee and guys, I absolutely nailed it.

Like, she's really good this morning.

I think because, oh my God.I was clearly jamming on the way back from Pilates.I went to Pilates this morning.Didn't film it.It was too early.I went to a super early class and I feel like I've lived a whole day and it's only 9 a .

m.But, um, it's Monday and, oh, what I was saying, I think the difference with this, which it actually looks quite light, but it's actually really strong, the difference is, with this one this morning, is that I actually went down this morning and made the shots, the espresso shots, and then I put them in, like, the silver jug and then I left them in the fridge for, like, an hour, because I feel like when I'm making my iced coffees, I'm putting this, like, boiling hot espresso in the milk, and then even when there's, like, so much ice, it's still not very cold.I feel like that like fucks with the taste a little bit.So I put it in the fridge and I was like, I don't know if you're supposed to do this.Like it's probably going to make it taste a bit weird.So good.

So I think that's the hack because I love my Nespresso machine.It's amazing, but we're struggling to make ice copies and we feel like they're never as good at home as they are out.But this one tastes like I just got it out.So I feel like I've hacked the system there.We're going to the office today.I'll quickly run you through the week.

Today's Monday, office day.I have a New Zealand appointment at 12, so I'm going to go into the office and then go to that and then probably go back to the office.I haven't been to the office in like maybe a week, so I feel like I really need to go in today and lock in because I've been away a bit last week.And then tomorrow we actually head to Melbourne early in the morning, Bailey and I, because we're speaking on a panel with MECA, which I talked about last week.And then we're there fornight, just because the panel's in the afternoon, so we're going to stay there and then fly back the next day.

And then the rest of the week is really chill.Like, it's going to be a really nice, chill week before, because the next week is like a little bit hectic.On Thursday, we have our graphic tees dropping, finally.Not even graphic, they're just like got like the text on them.And then that's it.Like the rest of the week, I'm looking at my calendar and it's like making me so happy.

My rest of the week is like so chill.And then next week, We're prepping for Europe, like next week's like full on prep because I leave the next week.So it's crazy that this is like the second last vlog before we leave, like I'm so excited.But we're gonna go to the office, lock in, and then we're gonna go to our appointment.It's really bad weather today which is actually really sad because the past like week and a half it has been like summer.Like I actually like was failing to, failing to?

I was like struggling to believe that it was winter because it was the nicest weather and now it's back to just like miserable and rainy.So, which I'm not a fan of.I know some people like that, but I personally don't.When the sun's out, I'm in the best mood.And I know people say like, oh, they're more productive in the rain.I'm not.

It makes me like depressed.Like I'm not productive.When the sun's out, I'm up.I'm at them.Going to Pilates this morning was a struggle because it was just like rainy and cold.But I went and I feel great.

I'm just leaving the office as we speak gonna head to my invisalign appointment and hopefully it's just a checkup I never know whether it's a checkup or they're gonna like draw my face off so I'm praying it is just a checkup and then we can come straight back to the office that was the quickest appointment known to man I literally walked in waiting for two minutes in the waiting room went through sat down she like looked at them on my teeth didn't even have tothem out.And she goes, yeah, it looks good, see you in 10 weeks.Like sometimes you go in there and it is so quick.And sometimes you go in there and they drill your face off or they like add attachments or they take off attachments.That was like two seconds.

I couldn't believe it.Already on the way back to the office.And I haven't eaten anything today because I didn't realize that my appointment was at 12, which is such an awkward time.Like that's lunchtime.So I'll have to eat as soon as I get back to the office.Trying to think about what I want.

for lunch like I really want my tuna mix but my sister really worried me the other day and was like dude you're eating too much tuna like you're gonna get mercury poisoning but I think she's getting in my head because when I saw her she was like you're not supposed to have more than like three cans a week and then I saw her the next week and she looked up in front of me and it was 20 cans so if you know anything about mercury poisoning how much tuna you have to consume or like the max tuna you can consume please let me know because she's stressing me out um but yeah need to figure out what I want to have for lunch um But yeah, little update with the naturopath.I sent off my last test today.I'm praying that they accept it.It was a stool sample, which, like, if you do it wrong, like, it's really specific the way you have to do it and the way you have to package it and everything.If you do it wrong, they make you redo it.So I'm praying that I did it right because I want to get my results ace up for that.

But now that I've sent that off, I'm full steam ahead back on the meds.I've been off them for ages because I was doing all my testing and you're not supposed to have them while you're testing.But now, today, when I get home from work, we're back on the meds.Um, not really meds, like vitamins and herbs.So not keen for the herbs, but we push through, we push through.So starting that today.

I can't remember whether I talked about this last time, but basically I have really high testosterone, which I mentioned in the vlog, but I like noticed my hair kind of like thinning really, really recently.Like honestly within the past liketwo weeks if not like less like I think I noticed it like last week when I like kind of just did that with my hair and then I looked in the mirror and I was like why does my hair look so thin like right at my scalp and when she told me that I have high testosterone I didn't really think much of it in terms of the hair stuff and then I was looking into it literally just today I was looking up symptoms of high testosterone hair loss is like right up there and like balding like it literally says balding so that's slightly concerning also kind of comforting that if it is that then once we lower the testosterone hopefully it will fix itself like it's not hopefully nothing nothing too permanent but like that's so annoying because i've always had such thick and amazing hair and only like literally in the past two weeks i've noticed that and it's like really convenient timing with whole high testosterone thing like if i go like that there's so much like scalp itch whereas there never used to be guess what i got With my oak.

So I think that is like not a bad amount of hair, but just like for me, like I've never had that.And I went to go back the other day and I was like, what the fuck?So I looked it up and it's a symptom of high testosterone.But I'm like, so worried that it's going to keep.

I've got this little pile on the floor, which is like sectioned into categories, like the nighttime outfit because we have a dinner, daytime, panel outfit, stuff for the next day.I have the worst headache, borderline migraine.It's like in my eye and it's really quite piercing and sore.So I'm trying to get rid of that.I'm going to take some Nurofen and all my nails are coming off, which is like the worst look.For the panel tomorrow, me holding the mic with my gross nails.

And once one comes off, I'm like, they all need to come off.So I might try and take them all off tonight because I've got one off of my thumb and one off this finger.It's just not giving shake.So I need to properly pack tonight, but yeah, I'm just making these McChickens.It's literally so easy.We just get buns, lettuce, mayo, and then we just get like the chicken, the pre -schnitzeled gluten -free patties and pop them in the air fryer.

There's some ice cubes, which as you know, I use my ice cubes like every single day.And they're really, really tiny ones, which I really wanted for my coffees.Cause I love like, I don't love crushed ice, but I love like a really small ice cube.And I thought I would also show you what I got while we're here.So, and then we're going to make some lunch.It's literally like two and we need to make lunch because you're all hungry.

I'm going to make my little tuna mix.And then I'm thinking we'll have the pumpkin soup before we go to trivia tonight.But I got quite a few things cause I'm really on the ice coffee grind at home.and like for making my matches as well.I got these for my espresso shots, just little pouring measuring cups.I also got some more glass straws.

I know everyone's like, don't use glass straws, don't use glass straws.Unfortunately, I will continue to use them.That does not mean that I advise you to.It's probably really best that you don't.I also saw this on Amazon, which I've never heard of before.or seen before, but my main issue with making iced coffees at home is I make the shot, the coffee shot, and then the shot is like boiling hot and then I'm making this iced coffee and it's just never cold enough.

So I saw it on Amazon and I've never seen it before.Apparently it's a bowl that you put in your coffee and it's supposed to cool it down.I'm assuming we like put this in the freezer and then I guess it just like acts like an ice cube.I don't know how this is different to an ice cube, but it had really good reviews.So we're going to try it.I'm going to have to look it up on TikTok and see what we're supposed to do.

But that's it.Weird little device.Possibly just watching tablets because adult things.And then I got a scoop.I didn't realize that the ice tray I got came with a scoop.So I got this with my ice, but it already came with one.

And I just got another one.This is like faded quite a bit, the handle, but I use them every single day.So I just got another one because the other one's kind of like coming off because I put it in the dishwasher.The handle's coming off.These are piping bags.So I want to start piping my cold foam on.

We're getting serious, guys.We're getting serious with the coffees.I want to start making...Oh, this was, but it's completely smashed.We had a good amount of glasses and they've all disappeared.Like, I swear, we only have like a few.

And once they're all in the dishwasher, that's it.No glasses.So I'm assuming this is them.yes they are perfect this is like my perfect glass cup for iced tea for coffee i've been deep diving on cold foam everyone making their cold foam and the people that like pipe it on and it looks like legit they all use an actual like hand mixer not like a little electric tiny little whisk they all use like a proper baking so i got thisit was so cheap from Amazon, but I was like, I'm just gonna get it, and if it doesn't work, it doesn't work, but I think this is really gonna work.So we're gonna try and make this today.

And now it's 5 .20 and it's freezing guys.Like it is so cold.I, the time slipped away because today we just started the day really late.Like I think doing Pilates at nine threw me off because usually I do it earlier.And then since then it was just like, like when I got back and started filming content, I thought I'd start filming content at like 10, it was like 1.So it really threw me off and all of a sudden it was pitch black.

So I really wanted to make a coffee and now it's dark outside, but I'm like, whatever.Like I'm going to make a decaf one, it's not even going to matter.But I just really wanted to try this out because I want to make one tomorrow.And I want to see if this worked before I just try it tomorrow.We've had some really sad news about our family dog.Basically, we've had her for, I think she's seven.

And then when I moved out of home, my sister moved out of home, and then my mum moved house, she moved into an apartment.So she couldn't have Chanel anymore, and Frenchie, so my sister took Chanel.So she's our family dog, but she'd been living with my sister for the past year.four years.Um, obviously I've still seen her heaps, but like she was originally living in the same house as me and now she hasn't been for the past four years.But anyway, we still see her as like a family dog and we've got some really unfortunate news that she has cancer.

She's had like so much happen to her in the past year, like I swear she has seven lives.She's just done like, she's had so many things happen to her and she's just like had such an unlucky run the past like year.So it's like, we kind of like saw it coming away, like it's not a shock, we were like, fucking like Chanel, she's had that much like go wrong, the poor thing, all through her shoulder, all through her chest, and it's not looking good.So my sister's gonna bring her around tonight, I haven't seen her since we got the news, so It's probably gonna be some tears when she comes over because she's our baby and she's like the best dog in the world.Like we call her Chimpy and Chimpy is my girl and I don't really think about a world without Chimpy in it.So and Chimpy like all the AFM team love her.

She's like the AFM dog, the AFM mascot.So it's been really hard and my sister is so upset.We're all upset but obviously Chimpy lives with my sister so it's probably gonna be the most shock to her and the biggest adjustment to her okay we're going to get the cream i've got my milk and then i've got maple syrup i don't really know i need to look through some tutorials quickly on my phone okay my camera died so i'm switching to my phone i don't really even know like how to put these in like is this gonna go everywhere okay so scary i think we made it right that looks pretty good i'm going toscoop it into the piping bag.Oh my god, I'm so - This is exactly what I wanted.Make sure it's all pushed down.

Like I can look that far that way.I can look that way a little bit, but like, I'm just in so much pain.So let's go get this fixed.Just left the osteo.Oh, I'm in so much pain.I'm in so much pain.

Like, I can't move.He did dry needling, which is good, because I know that that works.But, like, I really cooked it, guys.Like, I really cooked the neck, and I don't know what to do.We are back home.As I was saying, I cannot move the neck.

Hey divas, it is Sunday.I just finished editing this vlog.Sorry that it abruptly ended.I absolutely cooked my neck.Like when I tell you I couldn't move, I couldn't hold up the iron weight of my head.The last clip you saw was Friday and right now it's Sunday afternoon and it's only just starting to be able to move it.
