This week the Victorian Electoral Commission published two statements that sent the left into absolute meltdown.First, the VEC confirmed we'd overcome every obstacle put in our way, including the many objections, with my Free Palestine Party officially locked in just in time for the November election, making me the leader of the only registered Free Palestine political party in the world.in the country.Then, to make it all even funnier, yesterday, another statement confirming the group that had tried to block us had failed.It's all very poetic.An Israeli start something succeeds and Palestinians try to follow and fail, leaving only one legitimate entity that actually exists, which is precisely why the ABC called in the VC big boss to answer for these shocking developments.

Let's be clear, I'm not duping anyone.In fact, I'm probably the most honest person about abusing this ridiculous system.I'm literally announcing my plan and promoting it publicly.But what's funny is Raph Epstein never seemed to have a problem with it when people played the exact same game before.They just weren't as transparent about it and it happened to benefit his side, which is exactly what I challenged him on last week.the last time we spoke.

I'm not trying to get into politics.I'm trying to take back our system.The voting will of the people in Victoria actually shows us that One Nation should hold many more seats and they'll win if this group voting ticket didn't exist.So we're actually levelling the playing field.It's a strategy that your side of politics have mastered for years.And suddenly you guys are upset.

That's not a matter for me.What's the matter for me is whether a party has fulfilled the criteria for registering a political party under the Victorian Electoral Act.That requires 500 people who are members, it requires a party constitution, it requires the name and address of a registered officer, and it has to be a name that meets the criteria.Now the criterianot go to what the policy position of the party is.That's not for me to decide.

I can only decide whether a name either is offensive, is too long, or resembles the name of an existing registered political party.They are my considerations.

But the pro -Israel group is using the name Free Palestine.The pro -Palestine group can't use the name the Palestine Party.Doesn't that erode our faith in the system?

I have to administer the law as it stands, as it currently stands.Once a party or an applicant to be a registered political party meets all the criteria, I have to register it.If another party then that hasn't yet satisfied those criteria comes along with a similar name, once the first party's registered, I can't register the second one.

Imagine that.The VEC is bound by the law.no matter how rigged that law has been up until now, in your favour.

The person behind the Free Palestine Party has told me he wants to dupe voters.Are they being duped?

The important thing here, I think, is to empower voters.If you're, as a voter, do that research.Find out what the party stands for.Find out what the candidate stands for.And always come to the VCs website to see who's registered, who's behind it, that's all publicly available.

The names of small parties matter more when people are able to harvest votes through preferences.Do we need to get rid of that?

Well, we have a current system in Victoria which is called a group voting ticket, which means you can place just one number above the line on your upper house ballot paper.Where that vote then goes, in terms of preferences, is determined by something that's lodged by that party, group or person.There is currently law before the Parliament, it's already passed the lower house, that to abolish that.We're the last jurisdiction in Australia that has the so -called group voting ticket.What that would do is basically bring Victoria into line with other Australian jurisdictions.

You know that saying, don't hate the player, hate the game?I hate the game.I don't know why you're upset at me when Sackdown Andrews ran at Labor Party, ran at last election, what's his name, Drury, the preference whisperer, has been playing this system for years.Why has Animal Justice got a seat in Parliament?Because of this clown show.So scrap the system.

Otherwise, what we're going to do is we're going to run parties based on slogans.And unfortunately, there's a certain side of politics that are dull, and they will vote based on slogans.And if not, I don't know what you're talking about.

Are you trying to attract the votes of people who you think are stupid?

Absolutely.I think their votes are being wasted.Right.Yes, Raph, I said it.And you know it's true, which is why you're suddenly crashing out.But the funniest part about all of this is that now finally, because we're using the left's own system against them, they're finally set to scrap it.

Pauline Hanson was clearly in charge of this decision to keep the ABC, The Guardian and The Age out of that press conference this week.She favours a far -right leaning website known as Rebel News over the ABC.

She does indeed.a news website.It's clearly not a news website.It's an advocacy website.It's a Melbourne -based team led by Avi Yemeni.Now, Avi Yemeni himself is an Australian -Israeli far -right agitator.

It needs to be closely looked at.It needs to be prosecuted.It needs to be examined by the media.

I love how they use Israeli like it's some sort of slur and they call me far -right, when we know that the actual far -right hates me almost as much as the ABC does.Although, from the ABC's far -left perspective, I suppose almost anyone would seem far -right.But by far, the funniest part is them claiming Rebel News isn't a news outlet, but rather an advocacy organisation.Which, all I can say to that is, pot kettle black.Like it's funny to me maybe it's because it's a personal thing but the fact that years ago my credentials were revoked and I was dragged out of Parliament and all the same people here that were complaining about it or that are sitting behind an ABC desk that are complaining about the fact that you're banning them all cheered on as I was dragged out of a press conference and had my press credentials revoked.Do you think that kind of hypocrisy and do you think that's some sort of warning to people that if you don't like something that's happening to the opposition, maybe stamp it out then so it doesn't end up turning on you when there's a new government.

Look, I think for anybody that's capable of applying critical analysis, that would be one of the many lessons to extract from that scenario.It doesn't feel good.We don't want her to have to ban certain media organisations from attending our press conferences and whatnot.But the reality is, and we're not looking for special treatment, we're looking for unbiased treatment.At the end of the day, we aim to cultivate mutually respectful relationships with the media and we'll reward accordingly.We expect a healthy amount of scrutiny of our candidates and our policy positions, but we won't take these perpetual hit pieces from activist class journalists.
