they were, Danica, and why not?What a beautiful wedding day.And the couple were announced husband and wife, walking out of the church into a sea of pink and red rose petals, absolutely beaming and understandably so.It's understood that they got married in what's being described as a low -key and intimate ceremony in Leicestershire Village, which is where Katie is from.And they later went to a pub to celebrate with their families.Now, their wedding comes just days after Alex Demonor was knocked out of the Wimbledon a championship.

He was absolutely devastated and they actually got married on the same day that the Wimbledon men's final was happening between Yannick Sinner and Alexander Zverev.But lots to be happy about for the happy couple and in particular for Alex Dimonor, not only marrying his beautiful bride, but also moving up in the tennis rankings.He's now officially the world number five, Danica.
