All HELL BREAKS LOOSE as Trump Witnesses IMPLODE UNDER OATH!!!
All hell broke loose during congressional hearings as Donald Trump and MAGA witnesses imploded when they were being cross -examined.You had Trump cabinet member, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen, absolutely losing it at the House Subcommittee on Homeland Security Appropriations.than separately on a committee regarding China.and the person who was the witness was like, are you accusing me?He's like, I'm not even accusing you.I'm just telling you what you are.
I want to show you what went down.Even the Republican chair of this Homeland Security subcommittee, Congress member, a Modi had to step in and tell Mark Wayne Mullen, like, you need to chill out or we're going to shut this hearing down because you're behaving so immature and you're behaving in a way that's so unbecoming of this a legislative branch.I'm going to shut down the damn hearing in a moment.Let me show you what went down here as Congresswoman DeLauro is cross -examining Mark Wayne Mullen.Watch what goes down.Even the Republican chair has to step in and play this clip.
If you would like four minutes for a closing statement when everybody's done, I'll give you that. But while members are on their eight minutes, I need them to have their eight minutes.
I started my comments.I appreciate that.My issue is, is that they say this for, for soundbites and I'm not going to let them say something like that.
What did you do just recently for soundbites?I sympathize with the 400 ,000.
We are going to have something resembling order here. The time is the ranking members. If you would like to respond later on, there are methods to do that, but it's not a who can talk louder into the mic. It's not.So you are recognized.
Thank you very much.
I will not let her sit there and lie and accuse something this ridiculous.
This is the legislative branch and it's my hearing, and so I'm going to try to some extentcontrol it moderately.
Do not accuse me of lying.
Moreover, here you'll see Mark Wayne Mullen again behaving again like a maniac, causing the Republican chair of this Homeland Security subcommittee having to step in.Let's play this clip.
The floor is hers.
My dear.
Actually, I gave it to her.You know, there is a chairman of a committee. That's me. I gave it back to her.
She's got it.And more over here from Republican Congress member Amodi, who chairs this committee, looking at Donald Trump's Homeland Security Secretary, Mark Wayne Mullen, and saying, I don't know what you think this is.This isn't some talk show. You're not on Fox.You're in the legislative branch, damn it.And you're going to listen to the questions and you're gonna answer it.
Also, I'm gonna shut this down.By the way, not bad, this chair seems to be very frustrated with the way these Trump regime officials behave and their immaturity. Here, play this clip.
I guess this is a good place to stop.We are trying to keep members to eight minutes.Mr. Secretary, you know that too. That's fine.So we all know how the clock runs here. The idea is to get together to forward questions.
I'm gonna have you repeat your question when we start up again.

But I can tell you this.If this format won't work, then we'll reschedule the meeting for later when we can keep it to all all the issues accordingly. So this is the efficient way to do it.But if we can't do it the efficient way, then we'll go to plan B, which will not be today. And I don't mean that as a threat to anybody.I'm just saying this is not meet the press or Fox News or whatever for anybody involved.
It's what's the question? What's the answer?Mr. Secretary, if you need more time to respond to that, the committee will make any of your comments part of the record, and we will endeavor to make surethat you get to meet with whoever wants more time. But while we've got the whole committee sitting here, we're not going to do the X, Y, Z debate, whatever the heck. So, ma 'am, please repeat your question.
And as near as I can figure, You got about four minutes left.
Now let me show you the cross exam by Congresswoman DeLauro right here.Play this clip.
how you could reunite children with their families. And he assured me that we did.You know, when you take your clothes to the cleaners, they give you a tag and you then go back and you retrieve your clothes. When you get luggage, you go and get your luggages returned.
Well, I wish the Biden administration would have done that.
Let me just say this to you, sir.Again, it is my time.Thirty nine hundred children were separated from their families.from their family.
450 ,000 kids were lost during the Biden administration.
You didn't say a word about it.Mr. Secretary, do not interrupt.Don't you point your finger at me.
Don't be a hypocrite.I will point my finger at you.Don't you be a hypocrite then. Then you should be as upset about the 450 ,000 kids that were lost. You didn't say a word about it.For four years, you never said a word.
Mr. Secretary.
Could you put him in his place?
You should be put in your place, Mr. Secretary. If you would like four minutes for a closing statement when everybody's done, I'll give you that. But while members are on their eight minutes, I need them to have their eight minutes.
I started my comments.I appreciate that.My issue is, is that they say this for, for soundbites and I'm not going to let them say something like that.
What did you do just recently for soundbites?I, I sympathize with the 400 ,000.
We are going to have something resembling order here. The time is the range.members.If you would like to respond later on, there are methods to do that, but it's not a who can talk louder into the mic.So you are recognized.
Thank you very much.

This is the legislative branch and it's my hearing. And so I'm going to try to some extent to control it moderately.
Do not accuse me of lying.Do not.And I do not.I appreciate, and I said to you at the outset, there is concern for children across the board. We care deeply about what's happening to children. And I went to the border and I watched children in those fenced -in places years ago and what was happening to them.
So I have a long history, Mr. Secretary, in this area, 3 ,900 kids, were separated.Secretary Azar told me he had a way to reunite them. Many of them were not reunited till today.
And here's another part of this cross -examination by Congresswoman DeLauro.Let's play it.We didn't shut them down.
You shut them down.
Answer my question.
What are you doing? Why are you moving? And I answered your question. You're the one that shut them down. The Democrats shut down. How many times did you vote to shut them down?
Why?
You know, these people come to us to get funding for their for the work that they do.
And we are actually factually correct. You voted to shut them down.Republicans voted to open them over and over and over again.Your vote clearly stated that you voted to shut us down.It wasn't until it became popular. And then by the way, ICE agents came there and helped bring the lines down.
The same people that you also kept shut down.I'm answering the question.
No, you didn't.
I thought you said you answered it.The floor is hers.
My dear.
Actually, I gave it to her.You know, there is a chairman of a committee. That's me. I gave it back to her.
She's got it.This tells you something about who these folks are.Do you have another question, Madam Ranking Member?Well, yeah, no, I do.But I didn't get an answer to a question. So the record will still reflect.
How can it be?Thank you. Please ask your next question.Okay, and I will.

Get started freeAnd now let me interrupt for a moment with some major news that's not getting enough attention. The Trump administration just announced that spending another $765 million in taxpayer money to cancel four offshore wind projects.Under this deal, Chicago -based energy developer Invenergy will surrender its offshore wind leases in the New York Bight, off California's central coast, and in the Gulf of Maine. And in return, the federal government will reimburse the company $765 million, with Invenergy saying that it plans to redirect much of that money into building new natural gas power plants in states like Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Kansas, and Missouri, along with some geothermal projects. This is now the third major lease buyout by the Trump administration, bringing the total taxpayer cost to roughly $2 .5 billion.to away from clean energy projects instead.
So now taxpayers are being forced to bankroll the cancellation of renewable energy projects that were expected to provide electricity to millions and millions of people, as other countries like China continue to expand their investments in clean energy, like wind. What do you think about the Trump administration's use of taxpayer money to cancel clean energy projects? How important is climate policy to you?And what are your thoughts on our climate coverage here at Midas Touch? Now is the time that I need to hear from you.So leave a comment below and let me know what you think.
Okay, Ben, back to you.
Secretary Mullen, since Donald Trump took office, DHS's immigration detention system has been plagued by medical neglect, abuse, overcrowding, and a historically high death rate.I saw these dangerous conditions with my own eyes when I visited the Miami Correctional Facility in Bunker Hill, Indiana, where I met with individuals who told me that it takes months to receive medication refills, including for life -threatening illnesses like diabetes.Others reported being left unattended with infected boils and other serious conditions. So it's no surprise that a detainee at that facility died shortly after my visit, or that more detainees died in ICE custody in 2025 than ever before.Secretary Mullen, does DHS have any official specific internal goals or policies to reduce deaths in custody?
Ma 'am, your numbers just aren't accurate.We've had 0 .009%.You're asking about this.It's 0 .009 % of deaths.And we've had 54 total in the president's time.Those are dangerous accusations you're making.
Those are dangerous accusations that she's making.Because in the state of Illinois, they're twice as high to die in a state penitentiary in Illinois than they are in detention centers.
And you need to be informed by what you're saying. No, you're not, ma 'am.
Do you realize that we have one doctor per thousand for detention centers and for our federal detention centers?in the state of Illinois that have one per 1 ,800, but yet she wants to...on our detention centers.
You'll get your time.Thank you.
You're welcome. Then we heard from Congresswoman Escobar, and she told Mark Wayne Mullen about how she met a detainees whose arm was so badly broken, as Rupert puts it, that it was visible to the naked eye.Yet he was getting no medical treatment, and he was given just a little tiny bit of aspirin. Here, play this clip.
A very quick example, because I don't want to use too much of my time, but the medical, as an example. And that medical contractor is still on site, by the way, at Camp East Montana.Just one glaring example.I spoke with a detainee, and I've spoken with dozens and dozens of detainees, but he expressed to me, he had been at Camp East Montana for weeks, and he expressed to me the pain that he had been living with with his arm.And I asked him what happened.Well, his arm had been broken during an arrest in Minneapolis.
And he had been complaining for weeks to the medical about the arm.He had a brace. He took off the brace.I could see like a letter S. His bone was so broken. And medical had only given him aspirin. And so these are the things that I'm sounding the alarm about that I will continue to share with you because I know we want to hold these contractors to federal standards.
So I wanted to share that with you.
Then you had Mark Wayne Mullen again having this meltdown. It looked like he was going to cry during the testimony. He was being cross -examined by Congresswoman Day -Lauro.And she's like, do you support FEMA or not?Do you want to abolish FEMA?He's like, uh, uh.
She's like, do you want to abolish FEMA, yes or no?Basic question, Mullen.Answer the question, Mullen. Here, play this clip.
This has to do with FEMA.Simple question. And I want to start where I left off with Secretary Nome last year.FEMA.Simple yes or no.Do you support eliminating FEMA?
Do you support eliminating FEMA?
There's portions of FEMA that need to be back in the state.

The record will reflect the response. The record will reflect the response. Is there another question?
Yeah, because let me just say, in April of 2025, the Trump administration prematurely, I'm glad we got that answer, because a poor gentleman who came before, may have been with you, Mr. Chairman, that came before our committee, and I asked him this question, and he said, because Secretary Noem said, yes, she and the president wanted to eliminate FEMA.The gentleman said that he said it should be reformed. And the next day he was fired.Let it show that the secretary believes that we should shut FEMA down.I never said that. The administration prematurely, unlawfully ended FEMA's brick program.
He intentionally halted roughly 2 ,000 active infrastructure and disaster mitigation projects across the country.
And then I think the best part of yesterday was Ro Khanna. No one's doing it better than Ro Khanna right now.Watch as he cross examines this MAGA Republican witness right here, and he just annihilated this guy. This is a guy named Lucci, and he is I'm just trying to understand your position. If you were born here but you have family in China and you're saying you return to China, then you get denaturalized. Is that what your opinion is, Lucci?
Here, watch this cross -examination.Let's play.it.
You're not talking about, you're talking about a blanket statement. You're saying basically in your tweet, you say, and I can't believe you're not walking it back.I fundamentally find it fundamentally racist.I mean, I, and I don't use that word.I don't think I've used that word in 10 years in a committee, Harry, but the reality is that you're basically saying that if you're Chinese American and you're born under us law, in a territory, you should be denaturalized. And I'm asking you, is that just applied to China?
Or are you saying anyone who's born in a U .S.territory, if they then go to live in another country and are there raised till 18, that they should be denaturalized?
Congressman, let me restate, my household has eight people in it.
I don't really care about your household. That's like saying I have friends with someone who's black, but I'm still a racist.
I want to know what your actual policy is.Congressman, you accuse me of racism.
Yes, I do.I think you're a racist.I think you are a racist.So you're accusing me of racism.I'm not accusing you.I'm saying the actual statement.
I think your statements are racist against Chinese Americans. And I'm trying to understand whether you believe that this is just Chinese Americans who should be denaturalized.or whether you believe that anyone born here who goes to a foreign country and is raised should be denaturalized?
The second part, certainly, that's not what I said. What I said was that when folks are born in a territory, they're there for a week or two, they go back to Communist China, they have no real nexus to the United States of America, that we should consider that.I think that that's, it creates a clear...
Are you saying that just for Chinese Americans or for anyone born in the United States who goes and is raised in a foreign country should be denaturalized?
does this end?My point was in the number of 1 .5, obviously there are way more people of Chinese descent born in the United States of America birthright through that.1 .5 is the estimated number of people born just in a territory. They're there for a very short amount of time, and then they're raised in China, loyal to the Chinese Communist Party.I think that that's a clear security risk.I'll repeat.
I take direct offense. You're saying I'm racist against my own family.
My family is largely Chinese.Yes, I do.

We'll put out this exchange and the American people can decide when you're talking about eliminating birthright citizenship for Chinese -Americans, whether they think you're a racist.I think a lot of Asian -Americans and many Americans will think you are.I think that when people see that I have a Chinese wife and four Chinese children...
I don't think that excuses racism.I don't think they're going to see racism in that, sir.
