It is like she's just playing on the ice, not even performing anymore. The joy, the passion, and she's figured out how to compete without carrying the weight of it. She stays so loose and completely herself out there.

Guys, I don't know if you believe what you've been watching since she made her comeback. But through it all, she's just kind of been like, oh, this is fun. since she made her comeback. But through it all, she's just kind of been like,

I've never seen a comeback like it, and I've never seen someone withstand pressure like Alyssa Liu.

And she did tell us that it's a whole new world this time around because she doesn't feel like her life is on the line. She has this nonchalance, both to the way she jumps and performs. Triple Lutz, triple toe, very nice second element in the program,

and it just got better from there.

She is just all sunshine on the ice. If you don't watch her skate and want to get on the ice and just feel what it might feel like to race around the rink, it is childlike, beautiful joy and innocence out there.

Quad God loved it. So did everybody else in this arena, including her dad, her siblings. And Alyssa as well.

She really couldn't have done better.

This has been incredible to watch two and a half years away from competition.
