This guy bought a maxed out $5,000 M4 MacBook Pro and Apple is refusing to send it to him. This guy too, he bought an M4 Max and then randomly, Apple canceled the order. And then after canceling his order for the M4, they replaced it with an order for the new and improved M5

at no additional cost. I guess because the M5 just came out, they're automatically upgrading people they're automatically upgrading people that just bought the M4.
