Ed Kale tells me that he understands what he did was illegal when he decided to back his work truck into this, which had a block safety camera on it.Despite being arrested and still not having his work truck back, he says he doesn't regret his decision.

Now I'm under surveillance.Kale says he was heading to lunch when he spotted the camera at Superstition Boulevard and Goldfield Road in Apache Junction.He says he pulled up in his work truck, and used it to bend the camera toward the sky, protesting what he calls an invasion of privacy.I kept backing up, and I saw it bend back, and I saw it looking at the sky, and I said, that's good enough.The camera has since been removed.Kale says he did not damage the camera itself, but fears he could now be charged for the fact that it's no longer operable.

I'm being punished.So is my business.
