Arrest Exposes Vetting Flaws

An ICE official is under arrest in Hamilton County and being held without bond after he was accused of putting a female in a chokehold. 47 year old Samuel Saxon was arrested over the weekend on charges of felonious assault, strangulation and domestic violence. Court records show the incident happened at a residence on Eden Avenue near you see once they arrived, Cincinnati police say that they saw some bruising around the victim's neck.

Saxon arrested early in the morning on Saturday and booked into the Hamlet County jail. There he is right now. He was held all weekend on a no bond order from the prosecutor's office. He did appear in court today for a order from the prosecutor's office. He did appear in court today for a hearing and he remains in custody right now due to that no bond order.
