He was born in New Zealand, but Derren Hinch became one of the most recognised voices in Australia.His career began in newspapers, but he was destined for broadcast media.Hinch's self -titled television show launched in 1988 and took aim at everyone and everything.He earned the nickname The Human Headline and then became a talkback radio star.His determination to publicly name child sex offenders earned him 12 days in prison in 1987 and another 5 months of home detention in 2011.
