Well, this didn't go quite to plan, chums.

As you will know by now, no doubt, Prince Harry, the former well -known as the Duke of Sussex, has lost in full his case against Associated News Ltd.That is the Daily Mail, the Mail Online and, of course, the Mail on Sunday.What a lot of people, of course, jump to the conclusion is exactly how much he's going to have to pay and, more importantly, where does he go from here?What's interesting is obviously if you take a step back from time to time and look a little bit more deeper into the case you'll understand that there are more connotations and twists than one first thought.As Harry recently attended Ready for a Speech with the Invictus Games at Chatham House, let me tell you, this wasn't a man full of confidence.Behind the scenes, I was told that Harry needed a moment or two just to gather his thoughts, and during that speech, you will have noticed that he almost became very, very emotional.

Now, this is because there's a lot going on right now in his life, and many might suggest, of course, all brought on upon himself.From the very off with this trip coming back to the UK, United Kingdom, many suspected it may have been a good idea to delay it by a day or two.This is of course with the outcome of the Daily Mail, because now everybody's talking about that and not really what he's come over here to do, which is to allegedly launch the Invictus Games.As I've said to you many times, chums, things are going badly, and this is because you've got the sort of catastrophe of Centre Bali, you've got the ongoing battle and mess that was his security bid, and apparently over, you know, just a few thousand miles away, whatever, whether either to believe that Meghan Markle is still in Portugal with Harry's two children, still awaiting the instruction as to whether Harry can finally get a meeting from the estrangement with his father, His Majesty the King.Then, you know, within minutes of arriving, or soon to arrive, Harry was told that he was no longer welcome inside.Buckingham Palace.

There's a bigger story to that.Obviously, I've shared it with you, you understand.The bottom line though for Harry now is it's not about what happens and what he's done.You see, the problem that they've got to worry about is now what will Harry do himself?Source is close to him and this is the thing where you have to be very, very careful.Because, of course, we now know that Harry has a sort of, shall we say, collection of journalists that are willing to write, spin, do whatever.

One particular journalist over here in the United Kingdom, you know the one I mean, well they were hoping to get some kind of follow documentary around with Harry back into the United Kingdom.And this would have gone very similar to previous ones before, culminating, they thought, in a meeting with the King.Clearly, there's going to be no meeting with anybody like Prince William, Catherine, the Princess of Wales, or indeed the three children.Harry, you'll notice, when he arrived here, back into the United Kingdom, made a valid point of carrying his own bag, looking very action man -like.

But did you also notice the body cameras on him?The paranoia is off the scale, let me tell you.

Now he wants to record virtually any meeting that comes into his area because he's so concerned about being misquoted or they said this, he said that.It's not a positive thing, isn't it, to live your life like that.Many might suggest, of course, that Harry has been allowed to do this because people are perpetuating this particular story behind the scenes.Do not forget that Harry was told a while back that he had a sort of rock -solid case against the Daily Mail.But he could have stepped back and taken a substantial amount at one point.Newspapers would always ready to prefer to pay you off rather than go through the litigation.

Suddenly that never came forward because, obviously as we now know, the Daily Mail andsome rock -hard evidence of their own, including the fact that Harry had dated one of their own, a senior reporter.Seemingly, she wasn't too enamoured to be dumped, if you like it, and so, bottom line is, she was more than ready to throw her one -time positive paramour into the fire.Behind the scenes though, this is now developing.Let me explain.Morning.

Good to see you, Joms.Thank you so much for joining me as ever.Thank you for taking the time out.I do appreciate it.And as I often say here on the show, it's very easy to jump on camera and basing, oh, you know, this has happened.There's always a bigger story behind the scenes.

Now, the story goes, of course, that you're looking at 30, 40 million, right?Let me just debunk that story straight away, because while it's a colossal amount of money, I've been told from a senior source within the legal field that Harry himself would not be necessarily paying all of this independently.You have to remember this was a cumulative sort of operation with many others involved.Some now may regret of course pushing forward simply because at the time they too were told that they had very solid cases.The problem for Prince Harry is how does this look on the bigger scale?right?

I mean, now his reputation looks incredibly bad, he couldn't pull off the security, and now he seemingly can't win a court case like this.

He was advised by many people not to go through with it.Hence the reason when you think of the 11th hour, we don't have time for you inside the palace, it all sort of makes more sense now, doesn't it?Because once again, Harry was bringing that baggage back inside the royal moniker, even though he decided, trashed, moved on, basically said he didn't want anything to do with the royal family you see how this works.

Moving forward on a bigger scale what happens next is there are opportunities and the opportunities are this they could come to an agreement of a rapid

fee pay.This basically means that each side looking at costs, shaving things off, etc.Make no mistake, this is going to be a very costly endeavour for Prince Harry and associates.But that doesn't mean that's all going to come out of Prince Harry's case.

The other side of the coin is that, equally, Harry could be willing to give an exclusive interview, which would be then used as sort of part payment you know, sitting down with the newspaper, the newspaper that he took on board, to give maybe an exclusive splash about his horrendous few years in the fallout with his father and his elder brother.Trust me, these are the sort of things that go on behind the scenes in the world of the tabloid newspaper.

The more frightening thing that now happens for Harry is how does he salvage his reputation.For those that were witnessing that speech inside Chatham House for the Invictus, you could see this was a man that truly had lost confidence.And as I've told you before, Chums, the thing that I find really unkind, to say the least, is the fact that in Harry's hour of need, the man who is playing the dragon slayer, the big I am, I'm looking out for you, cherishing my family.Well, the wife, miles away.No, not by his side at all.This, to me, is not a rock solid marriage.

In times of stress and demands, you would have thought that they've got together.Meghan very quickly wants to get together with any other friends.Cookie Queen's premiere.New York launch for, you know, for Netflix.You see what I'm saying?It's a very thin ground that this marriage seemingly now is built upon.

The story goes, as the week goes on, Harry still is hopeful to get some time with His Majesty the King.The other story I wanted to highlight in this is, you'll notice certain magazines and individuals are basically crowing about the fact that, you know, well, the children were reallylooking forward to meeting the King.

No mention, of course, of Thomas Markle, who's on equal standing as a grandparent.And the other chestnut that they're coming around upon, of course, is that, you know, the King would very much like to meet Harry, and even Camilla is open to a meeting.This is the ridiculousness of the WhatsApp group, the so -called WhatsApp group.mainstream media, you get the picture.The only reason Camilla would be by her husband's side is simply because he's been a man who's gone through a lot of things regarding his health and she wants to protect that.It's not about what Harry called her in that tell -all book, spare, simply dangerous etc.

And I've been told from a very good source that in fact the King would not want to meet Harry alone.But now back to the Daily Mail.

He's very dangerous simply because, obviously, he will have to raise some funds.And those funds could equally be given as a gift from a very rich associate.

And I think we know who that might be.Somebody, in my opinion, will assist in helping pay Harry's share of this battle on.That's my opinion, right?We'll see how that pans out.What's going to be interesting is how he needs to raise some money.And naturally, the previous times he's raised money is simply by doing things like the tell -all book, a documentary, sit -downs, or in fact, just releasing things.

Whether he now wants to do a ready catch -up with Netflix about the difficult period now that he's gone through.They would be willing to pay, maybe even cover the costs of the outstanding, what will be, agreement with the Mail.Right now, Harry is a man on the brink.As I told you, he knew about this more or less in full 48 hours ago.He didn't know just how bad it was.Even they thought there might be a little bit wriggle room.
