I'm super busy.I'm like probably a little bit too busy I have a structure and a schedule now where like I have a creative day a business day, and then the rest I'm just like mum's own no one can talk to me except my children Mmm, that is so good.

I played Oztag last night and the odds were against me.in my favor.Basically, I had two injuries in the one game and it's because of my stupid nails, which look amazing.Best nails I've had in such a long time.Um, not.Oztag conducive.

If you don't know what Oztag is, it's basically like football, but with tags that you rip off.I happen to be in a mixed Oztag team.Keep that in mind.Let me set the scene.I'm basically versing a 90 kilo man who like when I'm in Oztag mode, when I'm in sports mode, I see us as equals.The first thing happened, I went to catch the ball and my nails got like caught on the ball and it jarred my finger.

I was like, ow, that really hurt.So it was compromised.Then a 90 kilo man is charging at me with the ball.And I think it's a good idea to step in front of him full on and try to tag him from both sides.He bowls me over.I go to tag him, end up basically stabbing him in the abdomen with my claws.

And in the crossfire of all of that, I go to tag him and my whole crumples, crumples.Immediately it starts to turn purple and it blows up like a balloon.I was hoping I could just ice it, tape it together, sleep on it and I would wake up and it was just like a little jar.I don't know if you can tell, it's not just giving jar.The knuckle, oh my.So my mum came to pick up Harlow and I was like, oh mum, like look what I did to Oztag.

I don't have time to deal with it today.She cut me off right then and there.She was like, what do you mean you don't have time to deal with it today?That's broken.

Okay, I obviously can't really vlog right now with my left hand, but I grabbed a coffee for the road because I feel like I'm gonna be sitting in the x -ray place for like an hour.Got my laptop, coffee, some snacks, and we'll just see how long the wait is till I get seen.

I have no idea where I'm gonna park.This is redonkulous.

I've driven around like five times.Okay, I may have just parked my seven -seater Audi in a car space the size of a Mini Cooper, but that's how talented I am and that's how desperate I am.So now, let's get our stuff together and I feel like I'm just gonna be bunkered down, hunkered down, bunkered down, hunkered down.I'm gonna be sitting here.for a real long time.That was not how I expected this scan to go, so I walked in, gave my referral, and she warned me that it was going to be an hour wait, which I honestly expected, so I said, yep, no worries, and as soon as I put my AirPods in, they called my name.

Genuinely hadn't even been waiting for five minutes.I guess not many people were waiting for an x -ray, they were getting other scans, whatever.So he took the photos, and he was like, I can't see any major break or anything, I can't see anything from my point of view, but at least there's nothing, like, snapped in half.I don't even know, it's almost worse being ligament because it's such a slow recovery.But I don't know.So I just quickly taped it with whatever tape they had there, because I had to take the tape off to get scanned.

But this is what we're working with.Pray for me.Good vibes.

We're going to recover.I'm going to wake up tomorrow, and it's going to be better.Look, I don't want to be that girl that says, I told you so to my husband, the guy who was like, Oh my gosh, like get over it.It's just a sprain.Well, I'm here to tell you it's not just a sprain.Okay.

Not only is it a torn ligament.No, let's just up the ante.It's also a fracture.Okay.So every kind of little thing that could have gone wrong, it could be worse.Totally.

But like, there's a lot of play here.We have a torn ligament here.That's like making my finger go a little floppy, a little askew.And then we have the top knuckle here that is chipped and like the bones a little bit out of place.So that is me.And since the last clip, it's been a few weeks and I've been living as Sarah.

She was like, all good.I'm going to train for a marathon anyway.So she just, boop.fixated her eyes over there on the marathon.And then because I couldn't train in the gym either, I was like, hey, I don't think I'm going to do the marathon, but I'll come and run with you.So since then, I've been doing her long runs and I've lowkey be loving them.

Then I thought, I'm just going to dabble in my own home gym.See what I can do just for the lols.Okay.I pick up a dumbbell like this.Here's the thing.When you get injured, your body is extremely adaptable.

You'd be surprised.Now my body has adapted to completely disregard the fact that this finger is attached to my body.I don't even use it anymore.I don't even need it.i shouldn't say that i do come back be in full health soon but i started doing some little gym sessions without the use of this finger i'm like picking up dumbbells doing the ski yog my body has adapted like never before so i call my hyrox partner and i say hey how do you feel about just like giving it a go we've come this far we've been training Let's just see how we go.We'll just like make it work.

At the start, she wasn't stoked.She was like, I have fixated my eyes on the marathon.I have left High Rocks in the past.And then I did a little bit of sweet talking and she's back.So the moral to that story is we are doing High Rocks with our little friend.Okay.

And like, I know some of you are not going to appreciate that, but that's so fine.I'm actually not here to make you happy.I'm just here to live my best life.And that's what I've decided to do.Okay.I am doing High Rocks and in the next vlog, I think you will see me do my final High Rocks training session before the big race.
