Canada imposes 10% tariff on canned vegetables, excludes U.S., others

The federal government has announced a 10 % tariff on canned vegetables coming into this country.The tariff will be in place for a maximum of 200 days while officials look at whether increased imports are hurting domestic processors.It will be stopped if they find that's not the case.Several countries are excluded from the tariff including the U .
