Trump administration to reconsider its tariffs on Canada and instead employ a trade policy that is built on the long history and unique relationship between the two countries, saying, quote, while it's true that workers and their communities have suffered greatly from decades of so -called free trade, Canada has never been the problem.

So Rachel, when you talk about that, we know that this union also represents Canadian workers.So how surprising was it that this union sent this letter?
