Child rescued after hanging from window in East London | Sunrise

Well there's been heart stopping scenes from East London today with a young child caught on camera hanging from a window.The quick actions of a police officer and a member of the public helped make sure the little girl was swiftly brought down to safety from the building in Ilford.It's not known how the incident unfolded with an investigation now underway.
