Police are in pursuit of an armed gang in Townsville accused of a string of violent offences across the region since the end of last year.

The group of four allegedly ram raided and set fire to a business in the suburb of Currajong in early February before later that night firing a number of shots into a business in Mount Louisa.Police also believe the group is responsible for a separate car fire and arson.Anyone with information should contact police.
