Dump truck pours entire trash load into yard after payment dispute

Returned to sender and it all came back with a whole lot of trash talk. Check this out. A dumpster company in the Bay Area says a customer never paid. So when crews came to pick it up, they emptied the entire thing right back in the driveway. The messy moment caught on camera. Police were even called. Code enforcement's now investigating.

And the tenant could be left dealing with more than just garbage.
