Asimismo, fue posible establecer que la declaración jurada de Ismael N., antenotario público de Texas, narró los hechos ocurridos y fue desahogada conforme a la normatividad de ese país.Las investigaciones continúan.Ahora se tienen contemplada ya diversas investigaciones, diligencias, actos de investigación.Esta situación se da en el marco de los acuerdos y resultados históricos y contundentes y sin precedentes alcanzados por el Gabinete Federal de Seguridad, del cual la Fiscalía General de la República forma parte, encabezado por la Presidenta de México, la doctora Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.que ustedes conocen y son por demás favorables tanto al interior del país como en su relación con Estados Unidos.Como dato de alta relevancia, quiero precisar que en México se cuenta con 32 investigaciones en contra de Ismael N, alias el Mayos, de las cuales se tienen órdenes de aprehensión vigentes, lo que ha permitido solicitar la extradición de Estados Unidos.
