That was adorable. The sun is shining, it's Friday, we got through everything, and it is just going to be a fantastic day, a fantastic weekend. It's a pretty chill weekend,
so I'm really looking forward to it. I'm soaking up also just kind of like the calmness because the next few weeks are going to be very crazy. We've got weddings coming up that we're going to. We've got travel stuff. We've got work stuff, work travel, lots of things happening.
But this lull at home has been so nice. And then it's the holidays, which is so exciting, and it's getting chillier outside. I'm just in such a good mood. And with that all being said, it is Friday. I got up extra early this morning. I already had some meetings that I got taken care of.
I got some work stuff done already. And we are about to go to lunch with, none other than Jason! If you guys remember Jason, I'm sure you all know and love Jason, our wedding planner. We haven't seen him pretty much since a little bit after the wedding. We also just recently hit our three month anniversary of being married, which is crazy. I feel so split because I'm
like it does feel like the wedding was yesterday, but then also on the flip side, I can't believe how much has happened in the past three months. He can walk again. Yay! I'm so excited So we're gonna get lunch. Everybody's in a good mood. Everyone's good. And yes, let's get to it We have arrived at our luncheon. We have us and the real star

As you saw, we were yapping the entirety of the luncheon. I'm so happy he's doing so much better. He just recently got his surgery and he's been walking again, well as you saw, tap dancing and buffaloing and shuffling for the past week and a half and I'm so happy that he has made such a miraculous recovery. I cannot believe that he went through everything
that he did and we were all just like reminiscing about the wedding and just the lead up and everything that happened. It's just crazy We just kept being like it's been three months. How has it been three months with that being said? He also got us a housewarming gift and I have to show you guys How sweet is this one big reason as to why Jason and I really hit it off when we first met is we're both
Korean we're also both from Orange County if you didn't know. And so he got us this basket of goodies that he got at the Korean market. This is pear or Korean pear. One of my favorite fruits ever if you've never tried one. It's like a cross between a pear and an apple and it's so crunchy.
I like mine extra cold. I literally have some in the fridge right now. I always have them on hand. They make really delicious marinades also, like galbi, the Korean short ribs, in my recipe and a lot of recipes. You put in blended pear to not only sweeten, but also to help break down the meat
and make it more tender. Korean melon, which I grew up with this, but as we know, I'm not the biggest melon fan. Cal will love these though, but my mom and dad love these. Mom, how do you say this in Korean? Oh my God, my mind went blank. Cham-ae. Cham-ae, cham-ae, that's what it's called.
Okay, and then also he got us two bags of candy and this adorable basket, which I will be keeping for when I have a garden to harvest fruits and veggies because I always wanted a basket and I could never find one that I loved. I don't know why I got really picky. I know I have one that is so beautiful and sentimental I also want to give you guys an amazing small business haul
It's a box of stuff that I've been so excited to share as you guys know. I love my drinks I love making speaking of which I actually forgot I made this just now at home. I love making homemade lattes Drinks tea constantly. I actually heard about this business from Bretman. I believe he told me in Japan He was like Rem you have to check this out I feel like it's very up our alley and he was so right and I made an order and let me show you Look at these are these not the most neat things ever
I specifically got the pastels and they're quite literally perfect. So first off I got two of these Espresso cups Perfect. So first off I got two of these espresso cups I got the baby pink and the butter yellow because I'm very into baby pink as you can see and I also have been very Into butter yellow and they're adorable again they're gonna be linked down below and the actual texture of the Like ceramics itself is kind of like gritty and then they're dipped in this beautiful like lacquer Paint drippiness and they're so pretty so I got got the butter yellow, as I said, the baby pink
and these are espresso, double espresso cups to pull espresso shots into. Obviously you could use this also for like a little bit of ice cream. If you just want a couple bites of ice cream, a little chia pudding, I don't know what else.
You'd put little stuff in, a little honey, I don't know. You could use these for so many things, obviously more than just drinks. And then I also got this one. I think this one was called the Squat Cylinder. Again, they have so many color options. They sell out pretty quickly though. So definitely stay on them if you wanna see. But again, it has that black and white
kinda gritty texture. And then this one I got in purple. I thought this would be so perfect for whether it's a hot drink or quite literally so many other things. I like how creative you can get with them And then also I got two of the standard mugs again because I have a hot latte Usually once a day or hot tea once a day for sure
So I got the mint green and the baby blue and I feel like I just have all my colors now And they're so perfect and I can't wait to use everything on the regular and I just had to share because it's an amazing small business to support. Okay, guys, I was gonna give you a haul of some things that I've been accumulating and that I thought maybe it'd be more fun to, instead of just me doing it alone, me more so showing Cal, and then you can watch.

And you can get Cal's reactions. First off, I got two shirts, a cream and a black. From Reformation, it's kind of my perfect shirt. It's tighter here in the body, but the wings or like the sleeves are nice and billowy. And then there's a tie so you can cinch it in the back. I also went to Guess.
First off, I got this red t-shirt. This one's a little bit more snug and like tight. And it's got the Guess logo and in Ryanson. And this one is not as tight. It's more of like a loose t-shirt But how cool is this Marie with my color theory and then the guest logo. Younger girls that is the one size fits all thing Okay, which I haven't bought from Brandy in a very long time. I got some cute things. First off, I got this t-shirt because again, I wanna just cut it to be propped. I wanna cut it to be off the shoulder.
I love a t-shirt. Yeah, it's really nice and big and soft. I figured I would wear that a ton, so I got that. I also got this tank top, I'm just gonna wear as a pajama shirt. Thank you. It's got a little duck on it. Thank you. It's much more fun giving a ha when I get reactions. Okay, I got this tank top,
which I wish I had this to wear out the other night. I should have worn this out the other night. Butter yellow, lacy top. So cute. I don't know if my boob is gonna fit in this. That's the only thing. Well, both boobs. Just one singular boob. I don't know if they're gonna fit, so that might not work.
I also did already try these on, and I'm going to return these because these are so short.
They look tiny.
They're so tiny. Like, they were just, my butt was fully hanging out, so these will be returned. This, my boob might pop out, so I'm gonna pop out as well. So I might have to return this to a little yellow cami. I did try this on and this fits like a glove
and it's really cute and perfect for our trip coming up. A butter yellow, long linen skirt. I think it's linen, cotton skirt. I love the tears, I love the floral detail. I love the scalloped edge.

Hello, guys. It is the next day. We are in a very bumpy car, as you can see. place this morning, which if you guys remember the Korea vlogs, the first time that we went to Korea, Alicia, myself, my mom, my dad, and then we met up with my aunt who was there. You guys might remember we went to this place.
I've only been to this place one time, again, in Korea, but they just opened up a chain in Orange County and we are so excited about it. I am a little hesitant to say the name of the restaurant because when I did say it on TikTok, I got ripped apart for pronouncing it wrong. So I'm just gonna link it down below
and tell you that the restaurant is spelled D-O-O-K-K-I. I'll ask my mom. You guys know, I'm always working on my Korean pronunciation. Sometimes it's hard for me. Actually, most of the time it's hard for me. But with that being said, we're gonna go. It's like a DIY tteokbokki place if you guys remember and I'm so excited because my two favorite Korean foods of all time are
goryeongtang which is the oxtail soup and tteokbokki which is Korean rice cakes and I've been Craving craving craving tteokbokki for like I mean I crave it every day But like a really hankering craving for like maybe two weeks now and it's time Also obsessed my outfit. I'm wearing this blue shirt with a matching blue bag and blue nails,
got some blue going on.
With that being said, I haven't done my lip yet and I wanted to show you guys it because I love this new combo. It's the Rode Peptide Lip Shapes in Stretch and Twist. So what I'll do is I'll take stretch which is the dark brown one. The only thing I don't love about these is at the beginning
they had like a nice fine pointed tip which made you know drawing my lips on much easier but once you get past that tip it's obviously very dull and you can't really sharpen it so that's the only thing but I'll use this to draw very lightly on the outside of my lips and kind of Overline a little bit and it just adds like a nice shadow You can see one side versus the other and I'll kind of just feather it down if I'm over lining. I personally only Overline my top lip just because my bottom lip is bigger and then I'll use a little rubber tip to kind of feather it out
And then I'll use the shade twist to fill in The rest of my lip and they're really nice and smooth and creamy. The only thing is they don't last a super long time, so you do have to touch up. And then last but not least, I love Midnight Mauve from Makeup By Mario the Gloss. Perfect little glossy touch right on top. And that is the new go-to lip color.
With that being said, let's go get some buck bucky! We made it! They opened up yesterday. They had their grand opening, and then their hours are 11 to nine, I think it is. We got here right at 11, and there's already so many people here.

There's not a lot of us, but we love it. Heart of Dixie, Happy Endings, both of which are some of my favorite shows ever. But what I was going to say before I was rudely yucked. I was not yucking. The Warner Brothers lot is obviously iconic. I'm sure we're gonna hear about where they shot a lot of really iconic shows, movies, all the things,
Heart of Dixie included. I believe the same set where they filmed Heart of Dixie, they also filmed Desperate Housewives. I believe Wisteria Lane is right there as well as, it's like that town center gazebo sort of thing as well as Pretty Little Liars and I'm sure a lot of other iconic shows and things.
So I've heard it's amazing, can't wait, let's go. Oh, and we're going specifically because it's Batman day so they're doing an event and Cal loves Batman and I was like, I wanna see where Heart of Beals is.

I started with my iced latte base I just have milk sugar-free vanilla syrup and then some espresso in here and to top it I've been on a cold foam kick
So we're gonna do a little cold foam right on top or cream top not cold foam cream top right on top Just a little bit a little bit of heavy whipping cream in a glass. Just a tiny smidge. And then to sweeten that, I'm gonna do some syrup. Today I'm gonna do almond syrup. One of my absolute favorites. Just the tiniest little bit of that. And then now we whisk. So this morning we are about to hit up the door and we are actually gonna go look at a couple houses. Again, as I told you guys, we're looking around, keeping our options open, seeing what peaks in interest. So we were gonna go to the mall yesterday. The tour ended up being a little bit longer than we
thought and we wanted to get home to the dogs. So we ended up coming home and then we're gonna go to the mall today now. As I said, we're looking's Sunday and the wedding is on Saturday. So it's actually in six days gorge Okay, that looks nice and thick now. We're gonna pour this on top Beautiful. Okay almond cream top latte Mmm-hmm. That's so good. It definitely gonna use a little bit more almond syrup. I'm working out the ratios But with that being said, after the mall, we've got lots of stuff to get to today.

They really don't have a lot of stuff here. They came out with this tank top with a built-in bra for the teams and Packers is sold out, but I need it. Next, we're going to Zara. I love this jacket. I feel like Cal should wear that.

It's really not giving much. I'm wearing this Aviator Nation sweatshirt in collab with the Dodgers. Yoga pants and Uggs. That's the look.
Mall haul!
We're back in the car, guys. I got some basic things that I wanted to replenish that I'll get kind of every year Honestly usually around this time because my fall and winter Wardrobe is thawing and as you know that pretty much is just this it's a sweatshirt and yoga pants on a casual day So I got new skims bralettes. The scoop bralettes are my favorite I'm wearing one right now and this is like all I wear underneath my sweatshirts. This one is the racerback one, if you can see.
You probably can't see. My favorite is the scoop. I got a black and I got a clay. I got these at Nordstrom. And then I also just got some of these little Skims dresses with a built in bra.
Or actually no, it would make a really nice nightgown because I love nightgowns and I love a big pajama shirt as well, which is normally what I wear. But I do love a nightgown as an incredibly hot sleeper. I literally bought these with the intent of wearing them to sleep
and the cashier was so sweet. She's like, these are so great And you can! I'll be wearing them to sleep. They're extra soft too and I just love sleeping in cotton. It's my favorite thing. So I got a couple of those. Last but not least, I did get Cal a gift.

If you've never seen The Boy and the Heron, it's an amazing Hayao Miyazaki Studio Ghibli movie, and it's really, really cute. And these little characters, of course, baby. These little characters are so cute, and I will be borrowing this sweatshirt as part of my fall uniform, so.
