first baseline appointment for the transfer cycle. So they want to see that my lining is thin and she said it was really thin so she was happy about that. I think I'm gonna have like a little period because they had me stop my birth control. Yes. And she said there was like a little bit of bleeding, so I'm feeling a little cramping,

so I think that's on its way. And then the great, great, great news is that she looked to see the endometriomas and stuff on my right side. Yes. To see the endometriomas and stuff on my right side. Yeah everything have a couple but they're small So that means that the Lupron that I've been taking it is job

It is the job not only did it stop the growth because they had gotten up to two and a half centimeters But now they're even smaller. Yeah, it's really good news So it looks good over there and then on the left, she doesn't anything wrong and then I had so many follicles. It was crazy. Why so many follicles? I don't know. But yeah so everything looks good she said uterus looks good so we're gonna in a little bit I don't know exactly the days right now but we're gonna start

growing the uterus lining for the transfer. When we did in Italy the lining was amazing and we have a good... we never had problems with the lighting just for the people asking oh can you carry whatever. Jesse never had a problem actually have the best lighting so that looks good. So hopefully this time it looks good too exactly yes so we are so happy excited for this news especially for the end of maturity go a little bit low that is a great news

another one guys i'm injuring my foot for do a tick tock but it's okay today still IVF Today another visit Okay, I'm already way off home. So what is, how was the visit?

The visit went really well today. So we went in to check the lining because I've already started taking estrogen now for about almost a week. So they want to see how the lining of my uterus is growing. She said it's already over seven and they want ideally over eight. So we're really going gonna be good for that.

And then it's tri-laminar, which means it has three layers, which is what they wanna see. And she reminded us too, that we've never had a problem with my uterus lining. It's never been an issue to get it thick enough

or looking good. So this is all to be expected. And yeah, we just need to keep going.

And the cysts don't grow up.

Yes, which is really good, because when you add the estrogen back in, we're always nervous it's gonna make the cysts grow

from an extra cyst.

And we try to keep less two centimeter.

Yeah.

So for now, it's still under two centimeter. We don't know if we're gonna stay like this 2cm But for now, it's two weeks left. So yeah, two weeks guys Today is the 7th, no, today is the 7th

So now we have one more visit and then it is the transfer

They said everything looks great guys! Yes, everything is great. So set the journey to the transfer. I can't believe it. I can't believe we're here. It feels surreal. Like it hasn't hit me that we're about to do another transfer.

Listen, you need to do the puntura now. I know.

In a couple of days, we start the progesterone and oil shots at this appointment. After they did the ultrasound, which by the way, they said the lining looks perfect, the endometriosis is down, like it all looks really good. She's really happy.

So if she's happy, we're happy.

Then they draw the little spot on your glute where you're supposed to do the pio injections so we know where it goes but now I have to do it. Yeah. I'm so scared. Because in Italy we have the easy way. Yeah it's like suppository so there's these little capsules they go in. You have to do it multiple times a day but it's not as scary as... You just put an air stay on now. The big long needle. I'm hoping once we do it a couple times we're gonna get in the groove and we're not gonna be scared anymore but then you have to also make sure that you help the oil like spread otherwise you'll get these little lumps

because the oil when it goes in it solidifies yeah so you're gonna have like these big chunks of oil and it sounds horrible guys everyone everything I hear they say all these horrible things but then they say but it's not that bad okay like okay Like, okay, but you just gave me all these horrible, horrible things that could happen and it's not that bad. So we'll see. Maybe it is horrible and

I was so nervous, guys. You want to explain how is the practice? So you put the needle and then you need to pull a little bit up.

You have to pull out a little bit to make sure there's no blood. If it's good, then you start going but you have to go really slow because it's an oil. Then once it's done, take it out, put some pressure and we had to do like a massage to try and help distribute the oil. I read online that some people said to do like a massage to try and help distribute the oil. I read online that some people said to do like squats. You did just now. That's why I'm a little out of breath because I just did like some workouts to try and move the oil, some squats and like leg lifts. And now we're gonna put the

heater pad. Yeah so hopefully we did good. I just don't want to get those really painful knots that

everybody talks about. Okay everybody's talking about about knots. So we for do the injection we did a minute. I was counting like uno, due, like really slow because the video says not faster than 30 seconds. So we did a minute like I was going super slow a little bit at the time. It take a minute counting. If I just think about it, how long did this journey

spread to Italy? Because we did the three trials to get the three egg retrieval and now finally we are here. We started at the end of January this whole process. And in January we are in August. 8 months. Nervous? A little bit. More like I want to go. I want to go. Yeah I want to go. So this is going to be I guess different from Italy because I can assist. It was a good experience guys. So basically if you don't know what happens, we go in.

We have to change clothes into all the stuff so Alessio had to wear scrubs something can only happen in Italy yeah this is exciting because Alessio didn't get to go in with me so this was his first experience I have to change into the gown the socks everything they put you in the bed they check your vitals they kind of prepare you make you sign all this stuff. We got to see the picture of our embryo Yes, and they said it looks so good because you know when you unfreeze it, there's always a chance

There's always a chance it's gonna happen. Yeah. Ours is already a really good quality embryo So they didn't think anything bad would happen, but it's just a relief that yeah, you know, nothing dead So then you kind of sit there and wait. You have to have a full bladder because the bladder, if it's full, it helps put the uterus in a good position for when they put the catheter in.

So when the catheter goes in is where they put the embryo in. So after you sit there, having to go to the bathroom really bad, and then we go in the little room. Yeah. Alessio got to see on the screen for the first time. Yeah you can see everything, it was so exciting. You can see the

uterus and then you've got the classic little flash which is what this picture is here. Yeah. This

white blob here. It is our embryo there. It's like bubble liquid and that's where the embryo goes. Now 24 hours, 48 hours the waiting can attach and then we need to wait the big day because it's going to be a couple weeks. It's surreal to have like

to be in this moment for some reason I'm it's hard to wrap my mind around it. It's really hard

uh I was thinking it's hard third time this but feel like it's the first time. Yeah, why? It's weird. Because it's been such a long time coming. It's a long time. Yeah, for me it was the different experience because you're there.

But... How excited you got to be there. Yeah, it's nice to be there. It was a little lonely without you in there before.

I think it should, Italy should change that. The husband should be inside. After all, you go through together, that I think to have just, you know, it's not this dangerous of stuff, you know.
