FIRST DAY OF HIGH SCHOOL GRWM! ✨🚌 Freshman Year Edition + Vlog 🩷

I survived my first day of high school I don't even know where I'm going Today is officially my first day of high school Just yesterday I was like in third grade I set an alarm for 530 and I caught up and I had to get back in the back because I Anyway, I did the most extensive routine yesterday. So now I don't have to do as much and I have my first day of school off.

I picked out and I would be bringing you guys along with me as I get ready for my first day of school. It's looking kind of cold and whoa. Okay, so it's a little bright.

I'm gonna move a couple things around so I can set you guys up. And then, angle. And I'm gonna take out my retainer. I slept with it last night. Are you proud of me? Because for the past couple of days, I have forgotten to put my retainer in. And that's kinda bad, because I don't want my teeth to be crooked again.

There was a pimple in my nose crack. You see it? But it's so much better now that I put that pimple patch on. I have five minutes. I Was five minutes to brush your teeth at the pool So you have to water floss and then you have to brush your teeth and then walk mouthwash I'll get back to you guys. I'm watching my face cuz brushing my teeth on camera kind of gross

It started my water for sure shot it right up my nose. Guys a life hack, I learned this from Demetra Caligaris. Whenever you brush your teeth, if you want your lips to be exfoliated and a little bit plump before you do your makeup routine, just use your toothbrush. Now it's time to do my skincare. Let's put my acne medicine on. I'm actually pretty excited. I'm nervous, really nervous, but I'm also excited. I was low-key last night crashing out. The worst I've ever crashed out in a really long time.

I start high school in less than 12 hours and I'm scared and I have the mat pulled up and all my classes are gonna get lost and mom says that everybody else is gonna get lost too but I'm scared and I have to go to a pep rally I've never been to a pep rally before

Out with my night last night panicking for no reason what's going on with Kennedy Um turn to my page. My name is Kennedy I have been going to public school full-time all the classes since second grade That's a little bit scary for me since apparently high school is astronomically different than second grade There are a lot of different expectations and rules and how things work So I'm a little bit scared, but I'm also kind of excited, you know, it's a new place

So I'm excited to meet new people But I'm also pretty nervous about like getting lost I'm bringing a full map of the layout of the school and a list of all my classes and rooms because I don't even have it Memorized by heart. It's fine. It's fine. In one of my last videos I did what's in my backpack I also did packing an emergency kit, and I also did school supply shopping. So make sure you watch my back to school series.

But the camera's overheating for some reason, so I'll get back to you guys later. It's makeup time! And I have my little clips. I'm gonna try to clip my hair down so my bangs can fall. Cool. Let's do the makeup. I've been watching so many like advice for freshmen videos because I've been just like scared.

Mostly the main advice is to just be yourself, be kind to other people, and that your friend group most likely will fall apart, but you'll make new friends and it'll be okay. That's what I've been hearing the most. Just to stay focused on your studies

and not to worry so much about what's going on in like the social world but also to attend football games and join clubs so you can get kind of like that interaction with people so I actually am doing African American Student Union yeah I'm pretty excited about that but this pimple underneath my nose she needs to go girl you need to go get out I woke up this morning and I wasn't even super tired. Like, because I had just so much like adrenaline.

Like, same thing when I went to Puerto Rico. I made a vlog about it. We had to wake up at literally 4.30 a.m. And I was just so excited to go to Puerto Rico that I was not even tired. Like, I had so much adrenaline that it was keeping me up and keeping me awake. Hi mom. Hi. You just woke up from your routine, why you gotta make that face? There you go. I know.

I have my bag all packed. I have like my binders and stuff guys The hair literally has no frizz like I can't believe I did that like, how did I do that? Oh, wait, it worked. I'm gonna now oh you wonder a little bit more I don't like bake my face but I like put a little bit of powder just to make sure that it stays where's my powder brush oh here it is it looks crazy for a second it's fine but the camera's overheating so I'll get back to you guys

in a second I'm back and I powdered my. So now I need to reinforce all of the cream and liquid products I did. You guys have seen my makeup routine once and once again. I don't think I need to guide you through my makeup routine. I'm gonna tell you guys my class schedule. So basically I have TVIA, TVIA? The heck? I have TV and media production as my first block. Girl, I don't even know my whole schedule. I don't have it memorized which I feel like is a Crucial part. I feel like I should know my schedule by now. And what is this black cyst on my head? Hello? What is that? Maybe my hair will cover it. It'll be fine.

But anyway on x days I have TV and media production, honors world history are on one day and then on y days I have creative writing and I have PE Algebra and then I have French absolutely love I'm taking three honors classes this year and then I have some electives which I'm pretty excited about This camera keeps freaking over heating and I swear I'm gonna cry Guys actually have so much energy this morning. Like, I'm feeling good. I'm feeling good. Feeling happy, feeling grateful to be alive. I've seen like my friends' Snapchat stories and they're all posting like, Day 1 of jail.

Guys, it cannot be that bad. But I'm just about to find out for myself. But this camera is really starting to annoy me, you guys. I don't even know. I think I need a new camera. Petition in the comments to get Kennedy a new vlogging camera because this one is just getting on my last nerve. It's not even hot in here. It's fairly cold and it's overheating. I don't know what's going on. It's not that serious. I hope I don't cry. Oh my gosh, that's gonna be my biggest fear. Not in school,

but right now if I cry while curling my eyelashes and then when I mess up my makeup, Oh my gosh. I hope that doesn't happen guys It's usually when I do my eyelashes my eyes start watering because of like how I'm doing them I hope that doesn't happen. The camera is overheating again. I'm happy I get to see my friend and all that kind of stuff today I'm very very happy. I have been busy and booked and busy this summer y'all I Have mascara on my eyelid, it's okay. Hello you guys, this is the first day of school outfit. So happy guys, let me put up my little lowers so you can actually see the full fit. But I'm wearing this shirt, this shirt is from Addicted. It's super, super cute. And then I'm wearing these light wash jeans. These are from Aeropostale.

And then I'm wearing my Encampuses because I was gonna wear my pink Birkenstocks, but they don't look super cute underneath jeans. But this is super cute. And now I need to accessorize. So, it's just a mess. Together, I'm literally supposed to be leaving the house like right now. Need to make sure everything is tea first.

Pretty excited and then I have this one from every jewels and I'm gonna slide that on too and then I have this ring I'm gonna put that on my middle finger and then I have some earrings. I hope they go in I haven't had earrings in a while. Alright guys, I'm almost ready I'm having a foot crisis because I put on socks and I usually don't wear socks guys because I don't like socks They make my feet sweat. They're not cute. We had a pep rally. It was really fun. The band was actually really good and the dance team They had a really good routine It was hip-hop and then the cheer team did some backflips and all kinds of stuff like that and then we had like class comps So the freshmen were against the upperclassmen and the freshmen won We had lunch and I ate most of my food, but it felt really short. I used the bathroom today It was clean, which was great. I know it won't stay like that, but for the first day

Exactly Pauly is happy and I had a great first day of school. I have school tomorrow. It's not like I get to go to school every other day now. I have school all day every day. But it'll be fine. I survived my first day of high school and it wasn't nearly half as bad as they say it is in movies. And Holly's laying on my knee I'm so so so happy that I had a great first day.
