election because it has come out that they have had a number of members of their community who have stolen large sums of money through fraud and they've committed just an inordinate amount of fraud in the community according to the authorities. It's drawn the attention of Donald Trump. It's drawn the attention of everybody. And in today's video, we're going to take a look at three different things. Maine is cracking down on medical fraud by a prominent Somali person who ran for like

president warlord. He ran for warlord in an African country. Okay, so this just happened recently y'all. So it's a follow up from our previous video. Two, we're gonna take a look at a social media personality who visited Somali daycares that are getting millions of dollars.

He just went and visited them and you're gonna see what happened. You're gonna see if he found children there. You're gonna see what happened. You're gonna see if he found children there You're gonna see if they're actually running institutions or not You're gonna see all of that here and then three yo girl Ilhan Omar Y'all there is a there's a Somali clan split

there are at least two prominent clans or two factions of Somalis in Minnesota in the world right now and What just happened on an international level involving Israel is major and I'm going to bring you all the update on that and it does tie back into Minnesota politics. I'm going to show it all to you it ties back into Ilhan Omar. So we have just a diaspora of Somali American news today y'all so without further, let's go ahead and jump into it. The State Department of Health and Human Services is once again asking Gateway Community Services to pay back money that auditors claim Gateway overbuilt MainCare for. Chris Costa has been following this story. Chris, what did state auditors find?

Well, Brian and Bailey, a big development tonight. DHHS is now issuing this, an immediate temporary payment suspension for Gateway Community Services. That suspension means that state investigators believe there is some credible allegation of fraud. The big accusations is that Gateway was billing for services they did not provide and billing for services that Main-Care does not cover. Now this suspension is one of three new documents we received from DHHS. The second one is the result of a third separate audit. We told you earlier this month that two

prior DHHS audits found that Gateway had overbilled Main-Care by a combination of $660,000. This third, latest audit covers March 1, December 2021 to December 31, 2022. In that third audit, it found that Gateway overbilled Main-Care by more than $1 million during that time period. DHHS also confirmed to us how much Main-Care paid Gateway between the years of 2019 and 2024. It's about four to five million each year,

a total of more than $28 million. And this third audit falls right in the middle of that timeframe. In the report, auditors told Gateway, we have already audited you twice, already penalized you, already educated you, and the same problems

continue. A lawyer for Gateway told us, These gross revenue figures do not account for Gateway's significant costs in delivering these services. Because of its multiple locations and more than 100 employees, most of whom are New Americans, Gateway incurs significant fixed operating costs to provide these services.

And the company's net revenue is substantially lower.

So there you see, Maine is cracking down on the fraud. And of course, this is in the wake of the Minnesota situation and a Maine whistleblower who came out and said, y'all I've been trying to tell y'all about this. Of course, Janet Mills is running for senator and I guess she doesn't want

to have this stain on her record. So we'll definitely continue to follow up with that and now we're gonna take a look at a social media personality Nick Shirley. He actually went to some of these daycare centers that are receiving money apparently and this is what he found y'all this is

absolutely wild check this out i knocked on the door and to my surprise somebody actually answered the door hello can we speak i would like to check a child in the daycare. Can I speak to a manager? Where can I get paperwork to file for my son? I wanted to put my son Joey in daycare. And after a few questions, the lady went silent. Looks like little Joey surely ain't going to daycare here. And now where are we going?

Now we're going to Sweet Angel Childcare.

We're in the middle of a strip mall here inside of this neighborhood.

In fiscal year 2025, this facility, which has its license for 74 kids, was paid 1.26 million dollars in tax money. And there are no kids. And all the facilities are the same way.

All of them. Let's see if anyone opens. Yeah, let's see. Once again, I try to find a spot for my son Joey, and they would not open the door. I want to put my son Joey in daycare.

Because I need a spot to put my son Joey. Is this your daycare center? I just want to put a child in daycare, but all the daycare centers seem to be closed. No one's opening the doors.

It says it's licensed for 74 children. Right here, state of Minnesota. Where are the kids? They got paid $1.26 million in fiscal year 2025. It says they have a capacity for 74 children. When? When? Where are the kids?

Finally, do you all remember how Omar Fattah was running for mayor of Minneapolis? Of course, he is a prominent Somali politician in that city. And then a group of Somalis actually came out against him and favored the current mayor Frye, who actually went on to win. This reflects something of a battle in the Somali community that comes back from the home country that is now being seen here

in the United States. And it all has to do with the breakup of Somalia into two different countries, Somalia and Somaliland. And it turns out that Somaliland has just been recognized, formally recognized by the first UN country ever. Okay. So Somaliland was like a breakaway government,

but now Israel has just recognized Somaliland y'all. So here, Benjamin Netanyahu said on X, I announced today the official recognition of the Republic of Somaliland as an independent sovereign state. Together with Foreign Minister Sa'ar

and the President of the Republic of Somaliland, we signed a joint and mutual declaration." And it goes on to say, "'The State of Israel plans to immediately expand its relations with the Republic of Somaliland through extensive cooperation in the fields of agriculture,

health, technology, and economy. Now y'all, this, you need to understand this. According to what people are saying, and I have not been able to verify this y'all, but this all started during the Somali Civil War back in 1991.

Somaliland broke off from the main Somalia and now Israel is recognizing it the first country to recognize it as its own country and Supposedly now this is unverified supposedly Ilhan Omar's father Was one of the people

Responsible for fighting the Somaliland rebels. So you would suppose she's actually on the side of Somalia where these people that I'm about to show you who are going against Ilhan Omar in Minnesota y'all okay in Minnesota they're on the Somaliland side so take a look at this y'all now take a look at what Ilhan Omar says here again y'all I'm using the subtitles that came with this so we're just gonna rock with it as if this this is properly translated this isn't a long clip but you'll see where she says look y'all we need to all come together the different

So who at the beginning of 2025 would have guessed that Somalia, Somaliland, Ilhan Omar, what's happening in that region of the world would have been part of our

national United States conversation. I mean, I would have never guessed, but here we are. So Somalians in the country are currently under investigation. They're under suspicion. And I think what's gonna happen is

eventually we're gonna get to some sort of normalization of the situation, but it is gonna be probably sometime because as Tim Walz has said, he believes there's quite a bit more fraud to be discovered in Minnesota. And frankly I think that that may take his government down. In particular he may not win re-election. And in the meantime you know Ilhan Omar has been critical of Israel. Now her side of the Somalia, Somaliland debate just took a huge hit as Benjamin Netanyahu

and Israel is the first country to recognize the breakaway and now sovereign country of Somaliland y'all. This is just, this is just a lot, but I'm bringing y'all this news.
