Hezbollah Fears U.S. Could Strike Iran in 72 Hours

Hezbollah expects that the US is gonna strike Iran in the next 72 hours. The Navy's Fifth Fleet, HQ, and Bahrain just reduced its staffing to mission critical. And all of that as the US said Iran failed to reach a nuclear deal for the third time.

Right, when some called the last chance for diplomacy. And while negotiations are expected to continue, Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff reportedly came away from this round of negotiations very unhappy with Iran's proposals. Iran said that the framework for a deal is possible if the United States seriously separates nuclear and non-nuclear issues.

Here are the US's demands. One, Iran must destroy its three nuclear sites. Two, it must fork over all its enriched uranium to the United States. Three, no future enrichment, though Tehran could keep its reactor.

Four, minimal sanctions relief up front, more if Iran stays compliant. And five, none of these demands can have sunset clauses, aka they are forever. And that's key because Republicans have long criticized Obama for agreeing to a nuclear deal that sunsetted and Trump doesn't want to be seen as soft here. And he's also hoping to strip Iran of its ballistic missiles as well as its support for the Houthis and Hezbollah.

But Iran said that those are off the table. And also off the table, And also off the table, Iran believes uranium enrichment is a sovereign right.
