Aaron Parnas. What's up?The one and only. How are you?First time on the channel, which is crazy.
I guess you were like on a live stream once.
Keith doesn't invite me. I invite Aaron all the time and he says he's too busy. He's too busy.
False.False.Fake news.Fake news.
Well, great.Great to have you on.I know there's going to be so many people who are so excited to see you here with me.And I'm just really great.Glad we could have this time.So I wanted to have you on because, of course, we are on Mitch McConnell Watch.
It's officially August 4th, which means the deadline has passed for him to drop out or for a special election to get called. We can talk about the process of that a different day.But you have been going down there.Quite often now, you've made it like you've made a concerted effort to make your presence known, to go to the hospital, to just check it out.And I'm not I'm not in D .C.
, but I really would love to just I wanted to have you on because I want to get some color on like what you're hearing, what you're seeing and what you know.from your ability to go down there?
Yeah, so he's at the George Washington University Hospital. If anyone knows where that is, it's in Foggy Bottom. It's about a 15 minute walk away from the White House. It's like the center of Washington, D .C.It's the hospital where a lot of members of Congress, dignitaries, you often see them go there if they need a checkup or if they need to be hospitalized for any reason.
So that's kind of just generally where he's at.George Washington University Hospital on the fourth floor has an acute rehabilitation facility. And that's going to be important. And we'll talk about that in a minute, which is where I think Mitch McConnell is currently at.Now, outside the hospital, you have two Black suburbans, Capitol Police vehicles, that have been stationed out there for the 50 -plus days that he's been inside the facility.Sometimes there are people inside there, and the car is running.
Other times, the car is not running.I haven't tried to knock on the window, but they're not going to respond to me in any way, shape, or form.Getting into the hospital is relatively actually easy. And I was a student at GW.I went to law school there. And so anyone can just walk into the hospital to go to the ER or to go to the cafeteria.
The cafeteria is open Monday through Friday. And I've been inside the cafeteria even recently. But to get to where Mitch McConnell would be, it is next to impossible unless you have business being there and unless you have a relative or a family member there, you're not going to get in.And even if you do, I guarantee you, Mitch McConnell is being held in a more secure kind of area, like kind of like a presidential wing, so to speak. So the reason why I say the fourth floor is kind of important is because if you read the recent statement from his physician, they say he's been, quote, discharged from hospital care, not from the hospital. He's now in a rehabilitation facility.
There's actually one inside the hospital. So I believe he's still in the hospital, just not in hospital care in this other acute facility or whatnot.
Got it.And rehabilitation can look like a lot of things, too.I think I think I originally was like, oh, like he must be awake and responding and like, you know, moving with the physical therapist. But he could very well be not conscious. And like, they're just basically moving his limbs and stuff to make sure that his joints stay intact and that like his blood flow remains and like, like that could be the rehabilitation. We just don't know, right?
Yeah.I mean, we don't know anything regarding his medical care. It'd be a violation of HIPAA to actually provide any of that information.I'm actually shocked that we don't know anything.Like I would have totally expected by this point, like a hospital staffer to leak something to the press, but they've been completely quiet and mum.So we don't know anything.
Yeah, and that is crazy to me that there has been absolutely no transparency.I mean, we've done videos on this in the past where when Mitch McConnell has fallen before, there are very detailedin how he fell, what he injured, and in his road to recovery. And that's what this, that's why this is so different, is that there's just not been any transparency. And so you're, have you not been able to like get any, you're not be able to get any color from anyone at the hospital about Mitch or any sort of insight as to like, What? No, nothing.
No, they won't tell you anything. If you try to ask, they won't even bring it up.I mean, like I have the other day, a couple weeks ago, I just went in the cafeteria and just sat down and just like people watched and listened.Because oftentimes people just start talking.Nothing, no one will even mention him being there or any of that.I would I'm not I'm gonna be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if on top of the HIPAA, they have NDAs that they're forcing people to sign.
If they're treating Mitch McConnell, for example, would not surprise me in the slightest.
You can do that.Yeah, why not?I don't know.It doesn't seem like you should be allowed to make a nurse sign an NDA.

I don't know.Yeah, that's crazy.Well, OK, well, I guess we will keep we'll stay tuned on that. What do you how do you think this resolves?Like, I personally, I don't know how you feel.I think this motherfucker is not I don't think he's aware of anything.
Yes.So I think it's interesting.People say he's not alive.I think he's alive.He might not be aware that he's like that.I do think he's alive.
If he was dead, like legally, they can't not produce a death certificate.I mean, it's hard to cover a dead body.Correct.Very hard.I think he's alive.I think that ultimately the way it ends is I don't see Mitch McConnell ever coming back to the United States Senate.
I think Mitch McConnell will be either in this facility or work from home or something.until January, at which point you're going to have a new Republican senator from Kentucky. That's that's kind of how I see things going. He has no and he has no reason to come back.I mean, they have, what, 15 days left in the election?this year.
Like senators work less than we do.
I mean, I mean, we work a lot.
You work a lot.You work a lot.We all work a lot.
But yeah, I guess like legally, is there anything that can be done?Like the fact that his name is being signed, if we find out that he wasn't aware of what's going on, these statements that have been produced that say that that McConnell is working on behalf of his constituents and he's being updated and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.Is there anything like it feels like we're being I mean, I know lying is no longer a big deal, but certainly is there not like some sort of like legal trouble his staff could be getting into?I mean, what's the repercussion, right?
Like, I mean, yes, there's theoretically forgery if you sign someone's signature without their permission and consent. But that's not really what happened here.Senators, members of Congress use auto pen and these kind of signatures all the time for mundane tasks. The bigger deal here is that we don't know where he is and he's signing this letter. But if he was still in office and like appearing every day, him using an auto pen to sign the letter is not a big deal at all.It happens all the time.
So, no, I mean, there's really nothing legally here because What's the recourse? What's the repercussion? You want the staff fired?Well, they're already losing their job. He's leaving office. You want the staff sued?
Who's suing them?Who has standing?I mean, I don't know the people of Kentucky, maybe, but like, no, that's not going to happen. So no, I mean, this cover up can continue for as long as they wanted to.
I just want someone somewhere in handcuffs.I just feel like that's what I want.Yeah.In this administration.Someone, someone somewhere in handcuffs, please. All right, well, let's let's move on.
I want to talk to you about Todd Blanche, who is likely to get confirmed as our attorney general, which is terrifying. Now, two Republican senators, Cornyn and Tillis, actually changed their votes because because theyproduced a letter saying that he's going to rescind the January 6 fund and something about the IRS settlement. Can you can you explain to me now we talked about this yesterday.I thought your thread was so important because it really did break down why this those two PDFs were basically meaningless. But can you please just break it down for the audience on like why even though he's saying that it's they're not going to do the fund.
that this doesn't, it's really not, it's just meaningless.Like they can still do it.
Even Trump said it's meaningless.I don't know if you heard Trump in the Oval Office today, but Trump in the Oval Office essentially said, Oh, Todd is just writing down what he's already said publicly. He's not doing anything differently.Like Trump knows this is meaningless because what happened was you have this settlement agreement in the Southern, which is very interesting because even that legally is dubious. The settlement agreement isn't even part of a pending case. It's just a contract that Blanche executed between the Justice Department, Trump, his two sons, and the IRS and the Treasury.
They all kind of came together and agreed on a contract. In that contract, in the so -called agreement, there is a paragraph that specifically says the agreement can be amended in writing signed by the parties, not just one party, the parties plural. And so any amendment to the original agreement, which created this weaponization fund, which created this immunity deal for Trump and his sons, would have to be signed by the president. He's a party to the lawsuit. And so yesterday's whole charade with Todd Blanche, only Blanche signed it.And funny enough, Blanche isn't even a party to the lawsuit.
It's the Treasury Department and the IRS.The DOJ is not a party to this lawsuit. So Blanche just kind of signs it, Trump doesn't sign it.Eric Trump, Don Jr., none of them sign it.It's not legally enforceable, this new document. And so what can happen and what I predict will happen is once

Get started freeof two things.Number one, Blanche takes off as Cornyn until us leave, and ultimately you just restart the weaponization fund, okay?Sign another amendment and restart it.Totally fine to do that on their part.Or number two, you just find other ways to pay out January 6th defendants. There is the Federal Tort Claims Act.
They already paid out millions of dollars to Ashley Babbitt's family through a wrongful death settlement.I mean, they're going to find ways to get money. They're already doing it.This is just a formality kind of to play Kate Cornyn and tell us so that they can say, oh, he checked our boxes, we're done. But it actually, to me, and I would love to hear your thoughts on this as well.I actually think it looks weaker for Tillis and Cornyn to go through this whole charade to actually literally get nothing, like literally nothing.
No, I mean, they I think they look like cowards.I mean, they're what the hell is the point of being a senator and certainly one that, you know, you're not going to ever have to get reelected again. What is the point of putting up this whole stink? And then for them to just like present this thing that I'm sure they're being advised that it's meaningless and they're going like, I don't I truly don't know.Like, are they physically are they afraid for like their safety?Like, I don't know.
I don't know. But it's absurd to me that they have decided to go through with it when they have when they when they I thought were in the right about this.one thing. And sure, like even if they did not advance Blanche, like he could still be acting attorney general, which is such a weird thing that we have in our system. And Trump could have pushed them through later, but they'd still would have been delaying it.
Correct.Yeah.I mean, Blanche is going to be attorney general, whether it's acting or confirmed. And at the end of the day, there's nothing that anyone can do to stop it.
And you have been following the Epstein survivors inlike really being a champion for them. And I believe that they were they were supposed to have a meeting. One of them was supposed to have a meeting with Tom Tillis.Well, and that.
Yeah, I mean, it's a little complicated. We were on Capitol Hill with them a few days ago last week, and we saw Tom Tillis leaving an elevator. And one of the survivors, Danny Bensky, runs up to him and says, hey, Senator, I'm a survivor. And he goes, I want to meet with you guys.No lawyers, just with survivors.I want to meet with you because I have a set of preconditions for Blanche.
I have it on video.I recorded it.No, never, never met with any of them.
But I read that they were waiting in his office for like 45 minutes.Yeah, they were.
At least Cornyn's team sends Cornyn's chief counsel in to meet with them.So they had a meeting with Cornyn's team with tell us nothing.
And the survivors have been very, like, direct about how Blanche just should not be confirmed, right?
Correct. They don't think Blanche should be confirmed because they had a meeting with Blanche and it's not a political thing.I mean, some of these survivors voted for Trump, right? This is not like a Democrat versus Republican issue. They went into that meeting and they were like, hey, listen, like we want support. We want you to confirm that you're going to at least investigate these investigative leads that are out there.
And he goes, oh, just get to the point.Just get to the point. And it just completely brushes aside their concerns.
So and let's just remember, everyone, like this is the guy who went to Ghislaine Maxwell's prison.Yeah.Says who knows what with her for eight hours. And then a few days later, she's being sent to a minimum security prison, basically like a summer camp.
Yeah.I mean, she got the deal of a lifetime. She has a puppy over there, charcuterie boards.Yeah, she she's great. Her and Elizabeth Holmes are chilling together over there.
Insane. And so Blanche is going to get confirmed. But but but it's it's it'sgoing to be any different than like how it is now in terms of like his power and his ability to get things like it's the same. It's the same.
It's just a formality, right? It's just a formality. But I think that once he's confirmed, I mean, there's literally nothing stopping him from like wielding all the powers of the Justice Department to go after Trump's political opponents. If you thought Pam Bondi was bad, Blanche is going to be on a whole nother level.Well, Blanche is, it seems actually effective.Yeah.
Well, that's the Yeah, that's scary.We'll see.

Get started freeTime to lawyer up, Keith.I wish I want to be on that website. Are you on the website? No enemies of the media or the media enemies website?
They don't update it.They updated it once just to throw Pacman and Brian on there, but they haven't updated it since.
I mean, I would have I would love for that, please. That would that would help me out a little bit.
No, I don't want to be targeted by this administration.I'm good.
Well, Aaron, what are the things you're focusing on right now that the mainstream media is just not Yeah, well, I'm officially taking over the McConnell beat at the hospital.
The baton was passed to me today, which I'm very excited. We did see that.
Congratulations.
Thank you.Thank you.I'll be there on the ground. The Epstein stuff, I think there was a really big report today that came out that showed that banks, JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, actively concealed millions and millions of dollars of payments.Made to Epstein knowing that he was a sex offender and then the Trump administration and Barry Weiss have covered it up.Maybe it's because Barry Weiss's partner, her wife is in the Epstein files.
That's just an opinion, not fact. And so I'm focused really just Epstein and McConnell right now is like the two primary things. And then also, generally speaking, really the way I think the biggest story that's really fallen out of all media is the way USAID's gutting has impacting America's soft power and just like killing people abroad. And so hopefully soon you'll see me abroad in places where USAID used to be to show you what it looks like now.
You know, that would be really important.I do think you're right.Like that's I mean, the thing is, is they're so good at at having so many different things for us to focus on.That's why I just think it's so incredible that at least it's happening during this time of independent media, where I truly don't think when it comes to the Mitch McConnell stuff, and certainly I don't think when it comes to like Donald Trump's obvious decline, that if not for independent media, showing that one, there's an appetite for people to be told the truth about the things they're not getting from mainstream media, but two, that folks actually get eyeballs when they talk about these things. The mainstream media just would not talk about it at all.And so I'm just so grateful that folks like you exist.
We use your content a lot here because it's just so thorough, but also it does such a good job of being concise. And so thank you for just being relentless. You truly have a superpower, Aaron Parnas.I say this to people all the time, not to gas you up too much, but you have a superpower and that is relentlessness. You are relentless.I will never stop.
You never stop.I think it's great.I actually need time off.Occasionally I need a day off.Well, it's guys, it's because Keith is aging.He's a little older.
How old are you?27.Okay, yeah.Well, welcome.Welcome.Almost your 30s.
I'm 41.So I do need a nap every now and then.Yeah.Grandpa.So but yeah, you are relentless. And we thank you for it.
And thanks for coming on to talk about all this people.People can find you on Substance Abuselike the place you want people to subscribe to?Where do you want them to go?
Substack, aaronparnes .substack .com, and my YouTube channel, which is Aaron Parnes, so go check it out.
Okay, and it's linked below. Thanks, Aaron, and please, please don't let that Mitch bitch, don't let up on him.I will not let up.Yeah, let's get some truth.I'll see you soon.
