HOSTING OLI'S BDAY PARTY + How I Stay Productive!!

Welcome to the vlog.I am making myself a matcha latte.I just made some matcha And I thought that we could do this together.I have a new bottle of my alfred world famous vanilla syrup the sugar -free one I love this one so much and I was feeling a banana matcha today So we're gonna make that really quickly and it's actually the fourth of july today We're gonna do a little beach party today, which is gonna be so much fun And then tomorrow is Ollie's birthday.Hold on.I need to open this.

BRB.Okay, got it open, poured it into my glass pump here.Yay!

Oh my gosh, I'm so excited.This sounds so yummy right now.

As I was saying, tomorrow is Ollie's birthday.and we're hosting a birthday party for him.So that's gonna be such a fun time.Lots of friends are coming over for that.And a lot of people are seeing the house for the first time too, which is really exciting.So I have a lot to do before then because I want this house obviously to look good and ready.

So yes, it's gonna be such a fun vlog.Let's pour the matcha.I made a lot of matcha today because I need the caffeine.Look at that.And then, actually let me mix it first.A little mixy mix, stunning green color.

And then for extra fun, sprinkles on top because why not?I've got my nonpareils.Put some on top for a little flare.That's perfectly stunning.I'm going to enjoy this and I'll see you very soon.Hi guys.

Okay, getting ready for the day.I just put on a ton of sunscreen because as I said, we are going to the beach.Also, for the little party today, I wanted to makechocolate covered strawberries slash also my peanut butter stuffed dates.I think you're a little crooked, hold on.So Sweet Cow went to the store to go grab some ingredients for me and he texted me and said, the store is fully sold out of strawberries.

I don't know if I've ever seen a store fully sold out of strawberries, especially in the summertime, which is crazy.So he's going to a second store now to see if he can find them.Hopefully they do It's totally on me for waiting until now to grab them.I just had the idea today though So we'll see what happens.I do have some strawberries already that I could use I got them at Costco the other day, but they are not like big They're kind of like a small strawberry and for chocolate covered strawberries.I like big ones So at least we have a backup option if we need and then I also have the dates already So like at least I have that but yes, I'm just doing my normal glam.

I've been using the new road highlight milk This one's in the shade three.I really like this but as an oily girl I found that I only need a tiny little bit like maybe three drops or so and then I only Put it on kind of like my cheeks and I kind of keep it towards the outer part of the face But if I put it here I've been finding that I have to touch up with my powder even more throughout the day But it adds like a really nice glow on the outside of the face with that I'm going to just do normal glam.Nothing crazy.Maybe I'll do a sparkly eye and then we need to take out an outfit.So once I Okay guys, hair, I just ran the curling iron through it.for like a couple seconds.

So, so quick.Put a little loose curl on it.Makeup, same as always, but I did do a little sparkle this time.This red tank air tank top underneath.And then I have this sweater here from Roxy that I got from Nordstrom a few years ago.And it's like one of my favorite sweaters.

Oh, also, I didn't show you guys.I switched my nails.This is OPI's.It's their press ons or the glue ons in the shade.I think I might've been maud about you, but I love the baby pink.I love this sweater so much.

I feel like it's the perfect beachy summer sweater just to throw on have it like hang off the shoulder you could show a little pop of color underneath if you want but it'sand thin.And also if you get sand in it, it kind of just like shakes right out.Love that.Just my good American jeans and I'm wearing some Teeks flip flops.So that is the look.

Yesterday was so much fun and so cute and so wholesome.I'm so happy we got to see some fireworks.Came home, I was pooped.I fell asleep and I slept in this morning and now it is officially Ollie's birthday, which is so exciting.I'm having some strawberry frosted mini wheats for breakfast and I love to let them sit in the milk till they get soggy and they like soak up a ton of the milk.

They're like little soggy pillows.

I need to eat this.One sec.All right, we're back.I ate my cereal.Five big sips, everybody.I'm going to be honest.

I slept in way later than I should have.And so I feel like I don't have as much time as I initially wanted to get everything done.And I feel like I have a big list of things to do, but I don't know where to begin.So when those things happen to me, I like to take my planner out and I like to write them down.in my to -do list so that I can visually see everything.This works for like, you know, a weekend like today where there's a lot going on or also for my normal work week.

And then once I write it all down and I look at it, most of the time I'm like, oh, it's less than I was thinking in my brain or I'm like, I can totally figure out a schedule to get all this done.

Okay, so things that are on my to -do list.Oh shoot, I threw it on the island.

Most importantly, I need to clean up party space.I'm going to divide it between things that I need to get done and things that I want to get done before it starts because there's some things that I really don't like haveto get done before.Everyone comes.Get.Guest.

room ready we have some people spending the night tonight so i want to make sure that's ready party snacks so everyone's coming over at four and chef bernardy's coming over at three to start prepping and we're gonna eat at six so i wanted to make sure that we have some snacks for the first couple hours before everybody eats dinner the dinner tonight is going to be insane though so i just wanted like little like snacky snacks so that people can just like have a little light munch but nothing crazy because we want room for dinner i'm just gonna make a couple dips and a couple of like finger foods i think on the menu i'm gonna do I'm gonna do just some cut up fruit.I'm gonna do the bacon wrap dates.I will do, oh my God, Alicia and I, when we went to dinner before the off campus party thing the other night, we had this truffle honey ricotta dip with this like delicious grilled bread.And it was so yummy.I was like, that's what I want to make for a little snack for Ollie's party.So we'll do that.

Guacamole.And then also, oh, Lauren's coming.So I'm gonna make her favorite bacon dip recipe, which is in the cookbook.So those are the snacks we're gonna make, like little finger foods, little things to munch on but not get too full that we can't have dinner.

So, other things we need to do.

Oh, write Ollie's birthday card, b -day card.I really want to decorate the movie theater shelves because I'm sure I'm gonna give everybody a tour today and I want it to look cute.Something that's not as necessary is swap the guest room rug.We got a new rug for the guest room.So if I have the time, I'll swap that out and I think that's it.See written now, not bad at all.

Oh, also I need to obviously get ready for the party.Let me write that in there.You know what I'm going to do?I'm going to go get ready right now because if I've learned anything from all of my hosting throughout the years, holidays, big things like that, I will save my getting ready till the last minute and then I'm rushing to get ready and then I usually don't look my best if I'm being honest.So getting ready first allows me any of the time after that until guests arrive to get anything done that I need to get done.So I learned.

that throughout the years.We did already clean up the kitchen and the living room, so that's looking good.Let me show you that.Okay, kitchen is looking nice and clean.Also, I forgot to add a couple more things to the list, so I just updated that, one of which being vacuuming all the floors.Kitchen looks great, and so does the living room.

I folded up all the blankets, kind of fixed the couch as much as I can.Obviously, the dogs are always jumping on it, so it gets a little crazy, but it looks good in here.Right, Miss Lou?Miss Luna.Hi guys.Okay.

I got glam.I have to say my glam turned out really great today I actually instead of using foundation use the hourglass hydrating skin tint now I still put my normal concealer on so honestly It's not like I'm only wearing the skin tint, but it looks so pretty and then I I use the One Size Caramel Glow Until Dawn, the new, like, bronzing setting spray.I tried this on my bare face recently, and I didn't notice a difference.I think that it's probably because I have a lot of acne scars and hyperpigmentation and things.If you have, like, perfect skin, I'm sure this will look much better on your bare skin, but...But with the makeup, it looks great.

And I didn't do any lashes today.These are my natural lashes.I just put some mascara on.And I love the blush.I've been loving this shade from Kylie Cosmetics.I love these blushes, and I've been wearing them with...

These are the Insatiable Liquid Blushes.I have been loving these.This is like...I haven't loved a cream or liquid blush this much, maybe ever.Today, I'm wearing the shade Behave, which honestly was like so neutral.It didn't show up a ton.

But I've also been loving this one, K Kahlour.I actually have all the shades here.I haven't tried them all, but they're amazing.I love the formula.I've been loving the road little pocket bronze in the shade bake.That's been so nice for summer.

And then I love the Kylie cosmetics blushes on top.These are the hybrid blushes.So it's kind of like a cream to powder, but like not really a cream, powder cream.And I've been loving the shade.This is the one that I wore today.Summer sorbet.

So pretty.It's definitely showing up more in real life than it is in the video.It's like a little bit washed out on camera, but these are so gorgeous and they last a really long time as well Which is great because normally I feel like my face really wears makeup throughout the day like it wears off especially blush So love that so much.Oh, and I love the lippy for the lips I did the road the new peptide lip shape and the color jump.It's like a dark brown Just a little bit on the outside.I did twist on the inside and then and I did the summer Fridays strawberry soft serve on top.

Okay, also I just put my hair in a ponytail because I'm gonna be crafting and I'm gonna get into it and I want my hair out of my face and also my cat look was just doing flips today.For attire for this party, everybody is dressing up in all black a la Ollie and we're gonna surprise him and honestly it's like a chill crafting party so I'm just gonna wear like black leggings and like a black t -shirt or something.I don't know, I'm gonna look in my closet but Oh, actually, first, let me change.Okay, outfit.I'm just wearing black leggings.I put on this black jersey from Aritzia.

I'm wearing black underwear and a black bralette underneath.We went all out for Holly.And finishing touches.You guys remember when I used to wear this bow so much?Probably like two or three years ago, I want to say.Obviously, I still have her and I love adding it to a little ponytail just to add some extra flair.

And of course, again, black.Adorable.Okay, perfume.We're gonna do the Le Labo Citron Korea perfume because Ollie loves this one.We also all made a joke that like somehow he's going to come in not black for the first time ever while we're all like wearing all black for him.Also he's coming here early because we're setting up for the party.

We're gonna do some filming of making the food and things and I'm curious if he's gonna pick up that I'm wearing all black.I feel like this is still a very me outfit so I don't think he will until like everyone starts arriving and then after like person number three he's gonna be like, wait a second.Okay, with that though, we're all ready.We have about an hour and a half or so before Ollie arrives and about three and a half hours before everybody else is coming.So we've got time.Let's go vacuum.

Wrote that, check.Okay, we're making good time.Okay, next I wanna work on the drink fridge, which I will show you, but I also got hungry, so I'm having a little snack.Couple hard -boiled eggs for a quick little protein hit.I don't know if we're gonna get to the decorating the shelves today, which not a big deal if we don't, but the house is looking spectacular.I'm so happy.

Okay guys, so we have a wine fridge that's built into the island Looney has her face deep in the bag that I just brought over there's wine and champagne in here, but Also, I have fun sodas in here because I have wine and champagne less frequently than I do fun sodas So in the wine fridge here, I have it stocked with like energy drinks.We've got spindrift tea We also have a ton of bloom pop ton of poppy got the barebells protein shakes here.I have some matcha here Actually, I drink a drink out of here at least one today And then also we've had so many people coming over lately that it's just like always being utilized, which is great The only thing is obviously not everybody wants an energy drink And also not everybody loves the like prebiotic sodas, which is totally fine I want to make sure I have something for everybody here.So I'm going to take some of the Prebiotic sodas out here.I also have waters, but they're in a different fridge I'm gonna take some of the prebiotic ones out here some classic regular sodas here for anybody who doesn't want a prebiotic soda So I've got regular coke.I've got diet coke and I've got Sprite especially for the birthday boy He is a regular coke fan and I want to make sure that these have enough time to chill in the fridge fridge before everyone comes.

So just gonna stock this guy up here.should be good for now and now I will move these somewhere else.Hey vlog Hi vlog.Hi.I said, I'm sure I just felt it.I was like she needs an update I do need an update my I was running around with like a oh my god I can't talk to me. Hello guys birthday was so so so so much fun I'm gonna get ready for the day as I just kind of reach outyou guys and catch up on what's been going on.Today, I have a very, very, very busy workday.I just made a very full iced coffee.I've been loving the honey sea salt pistachio lattes I've been making.

And I like it.It's very nice and thick.It's like a thick squeezy tube as well as like a thick product on the lips.Very like lip mask -y.All right, let's get to it.So we have been in our hosting era at the house and it has been so much fun.

We actually have another big hosting event this weekend, which I have a lot, a lot, a lot of prep to do.I have a lot of filming to do which I'm trying to get done now So I can spend the rest of the day getting the house ready again for our next hosting that we're doing this weekend We are hosting basically unfiltered I'm so excited if you guys listen to the pod and we've talked about how we've been wanting to host a big Sleepover for everybody because Heath and Zane haven't seen the house yet And we've talked about doing a sleepover forever just like on the patreon like a traditional like sleepover sleepover So we figured this is perfect.We're breaking the house in we're having parties so frequently and it's gonna be So much fun.So I have a lot that I want to get done today And I am determined to have a very productive day today.Ollie's party was so much fun.It was so cute I had such a good time.

We all had such a good time.Everybody was so sweet.The food was absolutely Phenomenal also chef Bernardi is coming back this weekend for the BU party.So I'm so excited I kept just telling her like I can't wait for you to come back.I can't wait for you to come back.Almost every time we throw a party I'm cooking and I have to say it was super nice and luxurious and just a fun experience to be able to actually like fully participate in all the activities and things that were happening because normally I'm cooking, I'm cleaning, I'm doing all the things, I'm doing dishes, I'm trying to like clean up after everybody.

And I don't mind it at all.I genuinely enjoy cooking and hosting and things like that.But it was just a very different experience and it was really nice to just be able to actually like sit and participate in all the activities that were happening.Ellie absolutely crushed it with the little kits that she made everybody and it was just like so much fun.Everyone had the best time and then after we did the artwork and we ate dinner and we did cake.Carla brought Sunny Angels as you guys saw.

We opened those up and then we all went into the movie theater and we all played the crane or the claw machine And just all like hung out and talked and it was so much fun and Cal and I were absolutely I still need to fix that chandelier I'm gonna fix that today or Cal will it made us so happy because we were saying how when we initially toured this house We'd go into every room and imagine like oh one day this will be the nursery This will be where we watch movies.This will be where we hang out This will be like where we swim, you know things like that and we had always imagined like oh my gosh like once we finish this movie theater like it's gonna be so cool to host and have friends and family over like even when we were doing inspections like we had family here and we were imagining it all together and it was just really special to see it all actually come to life and we were just like over the moon so happy everyone had so much fun and i feel like i'm still on a high from just like how fun it was overall also it was crazy check out ollie's blog if you haven't seen it already his birthday vlog he's gonna post because he was gifted the most beautiful and Saint present from Lana and Chuck and it was just like so cute and so fun.And I love a birthday.So now we're getting back to the normal routine.And yes, I have like a huge pimple on my chin.Oh no.

It's currently that time of the month for me and my chin is freaking out a little bit.Okay.So as I said today, we're going to do a lot of work.I think I'm going to do, I'll do my normal foundation today since we're filming.I think I'm going to try my fingers.Should I try my fingers?

I'm going to try.I feel like the brush isbeen leaving some kind of crazy brushstrokes lately So we'll just try fingers and see how this goes.Also.I had to schedule an emergency Botox appointment hear me out.I haven't gotten Botox in probably almost almost a year I want to say and I honestly should have gone back but just with the move and everything I kept postponing it But I have not been able to sleep for the past couple nights because I've been in so much pain with my jaw I personally do get Botox I've gotten it a couple times now in my forehead and it's definitely worn off because it's been so long since I got it So since I'm already going in I'm gonna touch up my forehead, but more importantly I'm going to go in and get my masseter Botox redone which is down here at the jaw.

I have TMD or TMJ my jaw I've told you guys already listen to this I have a lot of jaw issues and master Botox, which is the jaw Botox is the one thing that's actually Really really helped my jaw pain.And again, I've not been consistent with it Which is not good because I start to get really bad headaches kind of like the peanut butter baby, right?I don't think it looks bad per se.

I feel like it just takes like a lot more working in with the fingers.

But it's not bad.Oh, yes.Okay, headaches, obviously jaw pain.It's hard for me to sleep.So I texted Belle and she got me in.I'm gonna go in tomorrow and I'm really excited because I just don't want the jaw pain anymore.

And I'm very much looking forward to that.So we will go do that tomorrow and we'll have one more day of jaw pain, head pain, neck and shoulder pain.It's just all kind of like also linked together.I so, so, so, so badly want a breast reduction.I know I've talked about this for so long.The only thing is between my jaw and my boobs I have so much neck shoulder head just pain all in this vicinity for all the time My shoulders are always in pain It's just like a constant thing that I live with and I know my other girl is like jaw pain or big boobs or both Feel me and I wanted to get the surgery done for so long

but I feel like now I've just put it off too long where in the next couple of years we're gonna want to start our family and I know my body's gonna change a lot with that if we are lucky enough to get pregnant and I just feel like the timing isn't right because I could also see myself after having kids maybe wanting to do the surgery then so lately I've just been feeling very in the middle of everything.I just feel like the timing isn't good, but I've just been also feeling kind of honestly feeling a lot of, I don't want to say negative because it's not negative, but just like complicated feelings with my chest personally and with my body.with the clothes that I can wear and what I feel comfortable in especially with like weather being hotter outside and wanting to wear dresses or like cute little tops and things and just feeling like I can't because I feel like I walk into a room chest first or I feel like it looks like a certain way or people perceive me a certain way because of the clothes that I wear or the chest that I have all these sorts of things I know a lot of you out there with large chests feel everything that I'm talking about right now I think it's a pretty universal experience but that's also just been going through my mind lately and then on top of that like Again, the neck and shoulder pain that I feel on the daily and then the jaw pain mixed in with that.Just, it's been a lot of pain lately if I'm just being honest, but it is all right.We will get through it.We're going to have a productive day.

Honestly, I feel like it looks pretty good.You just have to really blend it down to your neck because it's like my fingers weren't able to like really blend well in this area, but overall that actually looks like really good.Really good.Slay.Okay, with that, I'm going to finish my makeup, do my hair, get to filming, and I will catch up with you throughout the day.We're gonna have a productive one.

Hi, guys.Okay, did my makeup, did my hair.I've been doing some filming.I am now stopping for a little lunch break.The microwave is going off.I love this dress that I'm wearing.

I think it's from Princess Polly, I want to say.So cute.I love the little, like, metal stud things here, and it's really comfortable.It's cottony.It's stretchy and nice.comfy.

For lunch, I have here some broccoli.I made garlic broccoli as well as some of the chicken from the meal prep.And then we also just cooked some rice in the rice cooker.So I'm just going to add some of that to my bowl and mix it all around.Steaming rice.Do a couple spoons of that.

And then I'm gonna do some sauce.My chicken needed to be heated.Normally I put the rice at the bottom first, but I'm just gonna mix it all up.Rice, chicken, broccoli.This is the marinade that I used for the chicken that I got at Costco.It's the Kogi sweet garlic teriyaki.

It's really, really good.Everyone loves the chicken.I've been sharing with also like friends and everybody that's been coming over just cause I made a lot and everyone loves it.Taste test.I love the meal prep because my lunch is ready in like three minutes and I'm someone who always waits to cook Until I'm hungry.I need to stop that so good.

I just love chicken and rice I feel like that's always my go -to when I'm not sure what I want to eat It's just classic and the sauce is so yummy.All right, I'm gonna eat my lunch I gotta get back to work and I will show you guys some updates along the way.Hi guys Okay, I just finished all my filming work for the day that I needed to get done We were productive, but I'm also moving very slowly today.So I still have quite a bit to do but I got all my filming done.I got a lot of branded content done.And now I need to go work on my computer.

So just wanted to check in.I cut off the hood from this leopard white fox hoodie.And then I also cut off the bottom and I think it's so cute.I love the way that it turned out.I've been loving the little off the shoulder sweatshirt moment.I've always loved that, but like lately I've been really into it.

And I just think it's so cute.So let's go to the office and get some computer work done.

I also think I need a snack because I'm still hungry.So let's go.

Okay guys, we are in the office.I'm going to get my computer work done now.I have some voiceovers to do, some invoices to pay, some editing to do.I have to send some footage today.I grabbed my little snack.for when I'm working on the computer.

I got, I've been back on the turtle chip craze.If you've never tried these before, it's a Korean chip and it kind of looks like a turtle shell, but they're really yummy and they come in so many different flavors.Like honestly, there's almost too many to name.Some of my favorites though, churro, there's like a chocolate one that's really good.These are the seaweed.I think these might be my favorite.

They almost taste like an umami Frito because of the seaweed.They're really light and airy and it kind of just depends what flavor you're looking for like flavor profile if you want salty or if you want sweet.Right now in the pantry I also have matcha which I've yet to try those but I love matcha obviously.I also have the carbonara or what was it called like the spicy fire chicken but I like the seaweed more but there's like spicy ones, barbecue, all the things, corn.I think there's like a Mexican street corn.I've tried that.

I like that one.These are my favorite though.I love a little snack when I'm on the computer.Like a crunchy little snacky.All right with that.I'll see you soon.

It's dinner time.The girls are eating and so are Cal and I.We made some Korean ramen for dinner tonight.I put some fish cake in there, eggs, bok choy.My mouth is salivating.I've been craving this.

It's like a serum.Like if you can see in the bottle, it's like solid.Do you see this?Like it's like a jelly, but it has a sprayer on it.And it sprays out in like a very fine mist.This is the Caviar PDRN Jelly Serum Mist.

I just had to share because I think it's like the craziest thing ever.And when I'm just sitting here all day at my desk, it'll just like spritz my face and I've been loving it.Anyways, that's besides the point.I got all of my work related things done today, which I feel good about.But there are quite a few things that I did not get to outside of work.Work things just took me longer than I thought today because again, I was moving at like a glacial pace, even though I don't know how or why, there are some things that I wanted to do in the movies.

theater.I wanted to set up some stuff for the basically unfiltered sleepover, but honestly, that can all wait.It's still a few days out, so I can handle that tomorrow and the next day, but the important thing is I got all my work done, and with that, I am now going to do a little bit more editing and then head to sleep, but I hope you guys enjoyed the vlog.Thank you so much for watching, and I will see you guys in the next one.
