i bought a new car!!!

hello everyone welcome back to another vlog i'm just getting myself ready because it's my nonna's birthday today so i'm going over to their house i think we're ordering turkish um i'm just gonna sit in the garden because today is like that really hot day to be honest i've spent most of my day indoors so i'm not really hot but i'm pretty sure isn't it like 30 something degrees outside right now oh my god 33 degrees right now so yeah we're gonna sit in the garden we thought that made more sense than going out for dinner get a turkish takeaway and celebrate nola's birthday i thought i'd start the vlog now because my skin is terrible right now don't really know how much you can see i think you'll be able to see a little bit that it's flared up i've got a lot around here i've got a lot of like actual spot spots which i don't usually get but also i am during my period but my skin is just really angry like it's stinging like mad right now it's just i don't know it kind of goes through these phases like i'm used to it it is what it is but i thought i'd show you kind of what i would use now to cover up my skin in case it helps any acne girlies i've been dealing with acne to varying degrees obviously since i was in year six i remember looking at my friends in year six being like why don't they have spots meanwhile i was already getting spots so i've had plenty of years covering spots you can never cover things perfectly and i've definitely learned over the years that less is more but you can obviously do things to make you feel better and more comfortable and for me right now this makes me feel better i've spent all day with no makeup on kind of another reason why i didn't leave the apartment just feeling pretty ugly today to be honest like it is kind of killing me coming on camera like this for now i'm just going to use the arborean cc red correct because there is a lot of red don't forget i have a lightyou can see it on me right now, which is why I'll be looking really light and glowy.I've also put on the Medicube Collagen Jelly Cream.This is super hydrating.I spoke about this on my TikTok.I'm really enjoying that.

But yeah, I've put that on as a base, but yeah, like my face is boiling right now.It's just very irritated, but fine.This is an expensive product.i know and i'm not saying you need to get this but if you are someone that suffers with redness if you have rosacea or acne and you don't really like putting a full face of foundation on every day this is really good and i have had this for so long to be honest it's defo expired yeah six months there's no way i should still be using this i'm gonna use it anyway but yeah this is really good it also has spf 25 in it because it's a green color corrector it counteracts redness so right now this is what i would reach for purely because a lot of my face has a lot of redness going on if i had one or two areas that i wanted to cover up i wouldn't do probably use this all over my face i would go in with my concealer for just an even and quick fix because i don't have that long i'm just going to use this so yeah you can see it's green and then you just kind of rub it into your face god it honestly feels my face is boiling the more you work into your face you can see on my forehead where i had a little less the more it just kind of adapts to your skin colour.It's also pretty hydrating I would say, quite glowy, so to be honest you probably don't necessarily need moisturiser with this first.What I will say is obviously this cannot just adapt to every single skin colour, I don't really think it would work like that, so I'm still gonna have to go in with bronzer over this but that's fine because I would do it anyway, but this is kind of just like

even everything out.I'm hoping you can see that that has just kind of made my face more one colour and then I just kind of pat it in just to get rid of any finger marks.I am planning on doing a more in -depth makeup tutorial again i do have one up on my channel but again i feel like my makeup routine has changed quite a bit since then so my skincare routine so i'm definitely going to film an updated one of those for you guys because people ask for that quite a lot again this isn't going to be a miracle worker i've still got blemishes on my face, but it really has just evened everything out.It's just kind of giving me like a fresh start.And like I said, I like that it's quite glowy, it feels hydrating.And then I'm just going to do my regular makeup, which I'm not going to go into depth with now but just add my bronzer and my blush this video is obviously going out not in real time but last night for me was when we had those crazy thunderstorms which i don't know if anybody experienced those i don't know if they were across the whole of the uk but oh my god were they loud?

i really don't like thunderstorms anyway i know some people really love them i really really don't like them i don't know why i guess i don't think scared is the word but they just make me really unsettled i really really don't like it it woke me up obviously and i've never seen lightning like that in my life it was just constant constant lightning you know what it's like you see lightning i don't know maybe every minute but this was constant lightning lightning lightning there was one crack of thunder at 4 22 i know because i looked at my phone that was unlike anything i have ever heard in my entire life it was so loud and obviously we've got a view of like a lot of london so it was kind of mad to see all of thisreally creepy.By the way if you think I'm looking mad with my bronzer right now, trust the process.Anyway like I said it's my nonna's birthday today and I just want to tell you this story about my nonna because it's so funny.On Father's Day we had a family party.We went out for food afterwards and my nonna had a a nice bag it was a coach bag like a cream coach bag and i said to her oh i love your bag nando and she was like you like it you really like i was like yeah i love it it's really lovely my uncle was like yeah we got it at the market in spain obviously it's not it's not a real coach bag and my nonna has no idea what coach is uh she just has like she just likes that bag which is lovely so she's telling me about this bag and how much of a bargain it was at the market and stuff like that and she was going you like you really like i was like yeah i love it nonna it's really nice it's like a cream you know the tabby bags like that with the gold sea loved it um she was like okay i remember i remember anyway this was at the dinner table fast forward like an hour and a half nearly two hours they were getting in the car to go home because we went out for dinner near me and i was like give my nonna a hug she hands me the bag she has emptied out all of her belongings from her handbag into the car to give me her bag and i was like no nonna this is your bag no not for me she was like no you like it you have it you like it and i was like nonna no it's yours and she's like no you have it, you have it darling, you have it and i felt bad saying no because obviously i don't want to hurt her feelings but also it's her bag she likes it so i didn't want her to give me it but i just thought that was so funny and what a if you have a nonna you just know there's so many tiktoks about nonna's they will just do anything but i was gonna say my my nonna would give you the clothes off her back literally anything you say you want i say one time that i don't

something like the prickly pears gosh if you've been there from my from the beginning in my youtube video you'll know in the core food vlog i spoke about how much i love the fruit on prickly pears that's because growing up that's what they eat in sicily so my nonna always gets them from i think like the turkish shops nearby i don't know if they used to be an italian one when i grew up so yeah that's why i've always had the prickly pears every single time i see my nonna there will be a full bowl probably with about 20 prickly pears and she's not just put the prickly pears in a bowl she's prepped them she's cut them she sliced them ready for me to literally put them into my mouth that is what nonna's like you mentioned one thing first like she had this powder in her room i said oh that smells really lovely next time i see her i've got she's gone and got the powder for me it's just it's like a known thing in our family don't mention to nonna that you like something because you will end up with it every single time you see her which is obviously so sweet but it's just it's so funny on the blemishes that haven't covered with the cc correct cream which to be honest most of the ones on my cheeks have just because like i mentioned in my other vlog they are just like little red splotches but where i've got bigger blemishes i'm using the kosas concealer and I just kind of tap over it, but so lightly.That's something I've learned over the years.I used to, God, I used to beat my face up with a beauty blender.Obviously, I use one of these now, which I feel like keeps the pigment more anyway, but go really lightly when you tap over something.Otherwise, I feel like you're just re -picking the product up.I've got another one there.

That's my fault because I squeezed my face earlier, which I know I shouldn't do.So I'm just going to pop that on there as well.There is only so much that you can hide blemishes on your face.I feel like that's something that I've had to try to come to terms with and I used to really, really struggle with when I was in school.You probably will have seen like the videos on TikTok now when it talks about 2016 instagram and 2016 this it was all makeup videos it was just makeup video makeup video lipstick videos skincare videos and you'd have the glam glow masks and you'd have all of the kylie lip kits i was 15 slash 16 in 2016 so this is when i was in school i miss it so much don't even get me depressed those 2016 tiktoks literally made me depressed but like i was saying things were probably a lot more filtered then than they are now or at least now i feel like people call it out more whereas you didn't really back then and i used to honestly just be baffled at how i would cover my skin but i would still have so much texture talk about this my very first vlog i get so many comments on my skin people saying oh my god your skin's looking so good but then You know, once I actually put the camera really close up, you can see it's not.But if you're far away from a camera, you've got a light on you.

All of those things completely change how your skin can look.And I feel like, yeah, it's only really been.since being around those sorts of people that I've realised that actually it's quite normal to do your makeup to cover, yeah you can cover the actual redness and again not always depending on the type of blemish it is, but that doesn't mean that the texture is going to go away of course.Again you can do things to help it but it doesn't mean it's going to go away.Okay sorry back to makeup.I'm going to use the Charlotte Tilbury pressed powder.

Where I can't fully fully cover things up because they're bigger spots, this just adds an added layer and i think i've mentioned before but once you put on powder over the top of blemishes because it mattifies it it draws less light to it so obviously now my forehead is really standing out because it's really shiny now that i've kind of pressed some product onto this it's reallyflattened it and made it disappear.That's my makeup done.I thought I'd come out here where it's actually a bit brighter but yeah.

See, it's still tidy in my room.I'm gonna wear this because we're only going to the garden.

I know, he's the nicest guy ever, isn't he?We're now on our way home.I couldn't really film because it wasn't really the film.We went to the wrap place and decided on a colour.It didn't really help, I had Isaac there, my dad there, cousin and then the wrap guy.They all kept showing me different shades, which wasn't helping.

You're better off just showing me, like, three shades, and that's all I have to pick from.Obviously, there was so many packs, it's like when you get your nails done, there was so, so many things.And then when you hold them up in the sun, they look different, in the shade and stuff like that.There was one shade that kept catching my eye all the time, and at the very start, I was like, I like that one.And I kept going back to that one, so I was like, alright, I think I'm gonna do this.So, that is gonna be wrapped next week.

oh yeah i've got my bubble tea and wow.this stuff I'll tell you my order in case you want to try it.So it's from Haiti, the black milk tea.So they do do a like a supreme boba brown sugar milk tea, but it's just a little bit too sweet for me.It's too much.It gets really nice when you have your first couple sips and then you're like, Oh, I'm over it now.

Like this is a bit much, but if you like really, really sweet things and you'll like it.But I like the black milk tea, less ice, obviously more liquid, light sugar.And then I add the brown sugar boba balls, which are just amazing from here.but i genuinely used to get those like why am i out of breath i genuinely used to get those like every single day when i first moved to london it was a bit of a problem because they're bloody expensive as well obviously london prices are like five pounds so it's a lot but they are delicious always been a sucker for a milk tea like as a teenager rachel and i would always always go and get bubble tea anytime we went into town we'd be getting a bubble tea When she was at uni, we'd be going to the Asian marts, we'd be getting bubble teas and buying the milk teas.and i can't remember the brand now you know you can buy them in stores oh my gosh we loved them so i'm a bit of a milk tea connoisseur and there's just quite nothing that's hit like this milk tea i went and got one when i went back home but can't remember what it was from it was just one like in the middle of a shopping center you know like in the stalls and it just had nothing on there so i don't know what they do to their milk teas but it's so good but anyway what have i been up to yeah i haven't filmed over this weekend because i had my grandparents come down on saturday i'm very very very close to my grandparents but they've never come to see the apartment so far it's been a really hectic two years family wise and it's just not aligned for when it's been a good time for either of us to do anything and obviously we move out soon and i wanted them to see the apartment they really wanted to see our apartment so they came down for the day on saturday which was really really nice and we just chilled really obviously like i mentioned last vlog we're really lucky that we've got aircon here so it was they actually just wanted to chill and be in the cool because it's been so so hot outside obviously so hot in their house yeah it was nice to just be in the cold we went out for food to a place called barbarella which is an italian restaurant i've been to it a couple times but isaac hadn't been before and obviously my grandparents hadn't been before it was good like i said i already know it's good because i've been there but oh the food was just the food was delish so yeah we did that saturday and and then today is sunday i saw my friend tom he was in london so he came to see me on his way home we went out for brunch but we actually ended up being there for like three and a half hours just chatting i've been doing a bit of work i've been doing a bit of house prep ordering some things and also just getting some inspo of what's going onand then apart from that I started a puzzle because last night Isaac was watching the England game and I was like what what do I want to do I'm on my last episode I can't believe it if you followed me for a while you'll know I'm on my last episode of Desperate Housewives I'm not gonna go too much into it now.

I've been putting it off.I've been on the last episode for three days now and I just don't think I can bring myself to watch it because then it really is over.So I didn't want to watch that but I also didn't want to start something else.So I decided to do a puzzle which was really lovely actually and I remember how much I enjoy doing puzzles because the time just goes so fast.Literally the England game finished.I thought it was halftime.

That's how fast the time had gone i don't know what on earth happened but it was really nice to just not be on my phone because my the amount of scrolling i'm doing at the moment is actually terrible like terrible so yeah i want to do more things not on my phone i guess with a moving update we have booked our packers we've got someone coming in next weekend they will box everything up for us and then move it for us on the monday we move on the monday i feel like it still doesn't feel real we have a week left of living here less than that no a week a week it doesn't feel real like i just don't really know how to explain i i don't know if it will when the pack has come i i don't really know i don't know what i feel i'm excited to move obviously but also i feel like living in london has been a completely different life i think i've spoken about it before i don't know if it's because everything changed so much my life has changed so much in this period moving to london new job new friends completely new life like living in a city is so different to living in a village like it was before it's very just very very different and it's gone so fast but it feels like a little bitup here it really does feel like a different life i feel like i have like a live in London, me, and then live back home, me, and they don't feel like the same person.Not that I act different, but just, like I said, it feels, it just feels very different here.I don't know how to describe it, to be honest.I'm just waffling, but I don't know.I don't really know how to explain it.

I just think, again, it's another big change, which is a good change.It's a change we both want to do, but it's still scary like change is a little bit scary and i guess yeah like our routines will completely change mine especially i'm excited but just i guess a little bit nervous it's the same with any big change isn't it you always think oh what if i'm making the wrong decision what if it's the wrong thing but i guess what you have to remember is nothing's permanent it's not hitting that it's only a week like i can't believe it oh my gosh okay i was not planning on speaking about this is anyone on model land side of tiktok please please tell me that some of you guys are so rachel put me on she was like have you not seen all this i was like no and then obviously now because she sent me the tiktoks and i've watched them my whole for you page is this tyra banks model land world which is just confusing is the word to define it to be honest if you know you know i would just like it explained to me it's very 2000s so please if you're on that on that side of tiktok let me know in the comments because it's honestly the funniest thing ever.in short you can go look at them on tiktok but in short tyra banks bought out a book and there was like so much stuff to do with this book and she also had a song which if you'd heard the song you would you would genuinely not think that it's real like i thought it was a joke when i first heard the song rachel's like no that's that's actually a song like it's just please let me know if you're onmodel land side of tiktok because it's actually it's so hilarious i love it i'm gonna go do more of my puzzle i mean what time is it 20 to 10 i did think i'm feeling tired and i don't think i'm gonna go to bed to be honest with you because as you can probably tell by my face i just feel oh my god honestly live i just look rotten won't miss the sounds of london i can tell you that I will speak to you tomorrow.Good morning everyone.It's the start of a new week and I'm just about to leave the house to go and get my nails done.

you could still see underneath which i just spilled my gales i actually can't be aesthetic for two seconds all over my puzzle as well oh well that's put me in a mood no it hasn't live oh well i was going to show you my puzzle but now it's drenched in coffee god's sake anyway well as you now know i went to go grab a gales after my nails so yeah i'm just going to drink that and then i've just made myself some lunch so i'm going out for dinner this evening but to be honest i think i'm going to bring this vlog to a close before that because i want to do like a my last week in london vlog which is obviously this week so yeah i think i'm gonna bring this to a close before that but not yet but anyway yeah i just got myself an ice latte which is now just literally all over the table and then i made myself some lunch i've been having this every day at the moment it probably doesn't look that appetizing but it's avocado love this is only half an avocado by the way and then i buy the roast chicken from m &s and i just shred it up put it in here bit of salt the what is it is it everything bagel seasoning is that what it's called and then i have it on these flatbreads which are delicious by the way they're gluten -free i got them when i was trying to eat gluten -free every day i can show you the box to be fair in case you want to get them it's these bad boys just crisp bread but they're really delicious they just taste really nice and i've been having this for lunch every single day all of this week because it's just so good it's obviously a bit of a light lunch because like i said yeah going out for dinner tonight and we're actually going to an italian restaurant uh so obviously i'm gonna stuff my face so i don't really want to eat too much nowso that I'm hungry later and then I can eat all the pasta in the world anyway I'm just gonna eat my lunch and I'll come back to you hello sorry I got I got sidetracked on FaceTime I wanted to show you my puzzle because I finished it then spilled coffee on it but I'm gonna show you it because it's super cute and I was actually thinking about putting it on vintage so that someone else can buy it but then now I'm like well just spilled coffee on it i mean you can't really tell but still it's gonna smell probably smells like coffee but still i'll show you here it is it was a little summer summer in the pub or pub garden in the summer or something like that and yeah it's so cute i love it it was a really fun one to do because there's lots of different colors which makes it easier to find the pieces but i love this honestly love doing puzzles yeah it's so cute i was actually going to chat to you guys because obviously i've mentioned about my bloating oh so many times and asked for help from you guys and thank you so much by the way for all the comments and dms and stuff like that i've had it's so helpful and something that loads and loads of people were recommending that i do is acupuncture which I didn't know, I always thought that acupuncture was just yeah like if your muscles are sore or something like that but so many people were saying that it's amazing for bloating so I found a place near me that had amazing amazing reviews and the acupuncture is done by a Chinese doctor so I booked in there literally on a whim the other day I was walking home from the gym and I was like I wonder if they've got space and they did so I went and i filled out my form and they said like what are your symptoms so i put bloating stuff like that anyway so then the acupuncture was on my stomach which i wasn't expecting i i don't know i just thought i'd tell them about the bloating anyway but i was still thinking that they were going to doacupuncture on my back.I didn't expect it to be there.I kid you not, after about two minutes of having the needles in, my stomach was going crazy.It was gargling like mad.

I could feel everything moving, like you could hear it.If you were in the room with me, you would have been able to hear it.And I was like, oh my God, this is actually doing something.i don't know why i thought it wouldn't but i just wasn't expecting i don't know i wasn't expecting to just feel that and know that it was going on it was half an hour i was lying there for and yeah the whole half an hour throughout that my my stomach was just going mad and yeah gargling and moving around so i wish i had found that earlier because i would have consistently gone there because it's amazing for you isn't it acupuncture there's so many benefits and when i went there she gave me she said i would recommend you these tablets which there is chinese herbal supplements there's quite a few things in here i can see chinese ginseng I can put it on, I can show you, for anyone who would know better than me.That's what's in them.I've not started taking them yet because I've been a little bit nervous to, but I was searching the ingredients online and yeah, they're all just herbal things that commonly treat, help with digestion, bloating, all those sorts of things.

So I think I might start taking them.I've not opened them yet.You've got to take five a day, five twice a day.which is a lot.I just wanted to tell you that I was really shocked by the results and thank you to all those people that recommended it because I probably wouldn't have tried it.It just smells very herbal but very strong.

So yeah, if you've always wanted to try it then I definitely recommend it because it was working.Another thing that they offer is reflexology which I've alwaysreally wanted to have done and again some people swear by it but i don't know if i'll have time to go before we move but maybe i will i'll see but yeah i'd really love to try that as well i think i am gonna bring this vlog to a close like i said i'm gonna start a new video today and do yeah like my last week in london what i'm gonna be getting up to and i guess this the start of the moving out process packing and sorting stuff out and yeah just things like that so yeah i'm gonna start that i hope you enjoyed this vlog thank you so so much for watching i hope you all have a lovely week and i'll speak to you soon bye
