This is me, presenting an award to a scammer.Marcia, the most profitable business in the world!Getting assaulted by a protester.Marine Faruqi, do you have anything to say about the NDIS fraud and why you voted no?Confronting a man who stole $340 ,000.

0:16

Stop filming me!

0:17

We're just trying to ask about Jamal's subsidy. We're trying to ask - And even getting in trouble for trying to stop bad people from stealing from disabled citizens.

0:28

But in order for all of this to make sense, meet my new friend Rick.

0:40

I wish it was 2017 again and I didn't go to work that day.He was viciously bashed by a group of thugs.Ricky Ward was just five minutes into his shift. It's nice to see you.You too.I was a bouncer in 2017.

0:54

He asked a group of patrons to leave because he believed they were doing drugs.Six guys jumped me from a bind. That's when they flew into a fit of rage, holding Ricky down as they repeatedly punched and kicked him.Now it's left him with some pretty horrific injuries.I just caused He's now recovering in a wheelchair, unable to walk properly.Doctors even believe he may have suffered a minor stroke.

1:28

the basin in the bathroom and snap that in half with my head.

1:31

Our new friend Rick, unfortunately like many other people, needs help to be able to live the best possible life. Now if you're new around here, the NDIS stands for National Disability Insurance Scam Scheme.I meant to say scheme. It's a $52 billion government program in Australia created to fund support for people living with a disability. And the budget's more than our entire frickin' military. On paper, this sounds exactly like what you'd want.

1:58

Funding for therapy, daily care.equipment, and even support for people wanting to live more independently. But the way the system actually operates is where things start to get insane.Because we're actually funneling billions and billions of dollars into this scheme. And in reality we've been finding out that not all of the money is going to where it should be going and not everyone in the system is being helped in the way you'd expect.Did you ever see Like the invoices?

2:23

Did you know what they were charging?

2:24

No.I thought she got it from a government thing, which was NDIS.

2:28

So they were essentially charging you.In control.

2:30

They were in control of...I wouldn't know what their rate was.I didn't know what their rate was.

2:36

So it was like they were doing everything behind the scenes, doing the charging. If you got a support worker, invoicing.

2:40

She sent the support workers invoicing.

2:42

What was the name of the person?who actually ran this specific NDIS provider.

3:14

people like Maria potentially trafficking participants and stealing from them.Unbelievably, there are serious allegations that a young man tragically took his own life while under her company's care. She's essentially forcing the patients into her own properties and when they want to leave, she's threatening them with homelessness. She handled everything.Everything.The whole thing.

3:34

We've been in touch the past week.Tell us about these messed up invoices you received.

3:38

Well, I was told by plan managers that I didn't have enough funding left.

3:44

They said you were about to run out.

3:45

About to run out.She sent me invoices because Marsha was the only one that sent invoices in.She sent me the breakdown of the invoices of the days and the hours and all that. She sent me that many invoices, it just did my head in.I didn't sleep for two or three weeks because it was just telling me that somebody could do that. She was telling me support workers, you can't stay back late and help him because he doesn't have enough funding.

4:12

And then you look at the And just to further confirm this, not only did Rick show us the invoices, but he introduced us to his support worker, who we will call Chelsea, as she would like to remain anonymous.

4:34

But she used to work for Marsha and had this to say.

4:43

Yeah. You can't tell the client anything about your shift notes, about your roster.Really?Nothing like that.I didn't work that day, but I know who worked was Mayor. She was here from 10 to 1.

4:59

So she worked 3 hours. She invoiced and just 10 hours on that particular day.And the workers stayed for 3 hours.

5:08

You stayed for 3 hours.

5:09

She charged...I was away and she stayed for 3 hours.

5:13

And then she charged 10 hours.

5:15

on a public holiday rate.

5:17

It gets way worse than you think for Marsha because we have two invoices right here. This first invoice has the dates from 13th of October 2023 all the way to 27th of October 2023 and they charged $10 ,217 .57.That's 14 days.Keep those dates in mind because on this second invoice that she is charged to Rick.It says the exact same dates, 13th of October, 2023, all the way until 27th of October, 2023.So she's potentially charged double on both of these invoices.

5:53

We're gonna give her a clap for what she's done on these two invoices. She's a great woman. We all love her because $10 ,217 .57 down the drain of our taxpayer dollars and taking advantage of Rick.Marshall was telling the government that you had somebody here each day, 10 hours a day?

6:11

10 hours a day, every single day.Weekends, Saturday, Sunday, 10 hours.Public holidays, 10 hours.

6:16

Would she tell the staff that they could only be there for four hours?

6:21

Yeah.I was the only worker. He would be like, oh, can you please stay longer today?Because he would sometimes have sessions throughout the night. And she would say, he can't because he doesn't have any funding. But then she would be invoicing all those hours.

6:34

Yeah, how?Is it because she was busy?Pretty much putting the money into her pocket.

100%.

6:38

How are people allowed to do this in the NDIS?

6:41

I can't believe they didn't pass that bill. What, do they just want to lose money?

6:46

Oh, what, you're saying Pauline Hanson?

6:49

They're doing the government's job.

6:50

34 senators voted no to look into abuse and fraud in the NDIS.They voted against it.Oh, they sure did, alright. The Senate just voted no to investigate billions of dollars of fraud in the NDIS.

7:02

This is our fault.

7:04

I'm feeling good, man. I'm just about to speak to Maureen Faruqi.Maureen Faruqi makes $300 ,000 a year and claims to be this environmentalist. She actually submitted an application to remove 20 trees, which koalas actually lived in, which is quite ironic, to make room for a brand new luxury rental property. And she actually owns a lot more as well.Let's ask her about why she's not interested in investigating fraud. You don't want to speak about the motion about voting no to investigate NDIS fraud.

7:45

So you don't, yeah, so you don't, do you agree with investigating NDIS fraud?

7:53

Excuse me sir, I'm the 18th Inspector Nick Godson from Sydney City Police.Yeah.I'm trying to conduct a protest here in relation to women's rights.

8:01

Yeah.So can you please move away and Okay, am I able to ask her questions about why she voted no to investigate NDIS fraud? Is it illegal to ask a question? It's funny the cops I think support what we're doing because they didn't even give us a move -on order or anything like that so we're just here to ask Maureen Faruqi why she voted no.Hey Maureen Faruqi Why did you vote no to Pauline Hanson's motion to investigate NDIS fraud? Why is she touching me?

8:30

You can't touch me. I just want to know why she voted no to investigate NDIS fraud.

8:38

Do you have something to say?We need you to say something, Maureen.

8:46

Don't play this game.I'm focusing on Maureen Faruqi. She's a senator. We're trying to protect Australian taxpayers.Don't block him.

8:55

She's blocking me. I'm walking in a straight line.

8:57

Alright, I'll walk a straight line.Maureen Faruqi, do you have anything to say about the NDIS fraud and why you voted no?To save the taxpayer dollars.

9:05

Honestly, just leave this person alone, bro. It's okay, man.No, no it's not.Leave her alone.

9:11

Look at him.Leave her alone.

9:13

So now technically he's in the way.Maureen Faruqi, why did you vote no to investigating NDIS fraud? Why are you so against it?I don't understand.People are ripping over the taxpayer dollars and Marine Faruqi votes no.She blocked my way again.

9:29

Can you get this guy like out?

9:31

What's your goal?I'm asking questions to Marine Faruqi. What's the problem?

9:34

Why can't you just have one answer to this? What's your goal?

9:37

I want to investigate NDIS fraud.I know you'reto ignore it.How come? Why not?To protect disabled Australians, to protect the taxpayers, and Marine Faruqi clearly doesn't want to protect any of these people.

9:48

How come you're focusing on that though?Isn't there like a bunch of problems?

9:50

No, this is a huge problem to the taxpayer.

9:54

Marine Faruqi.Yeah, I am against that as well. No, I'm I'm trying I'm trying to ask marine for Marie do you have any answers about that why you voted no?

10:08

Marine for you I'm I'm right to ask any question.I want yeah marine This isn't harassment. This is just asking a question. There's a difference. She's clearly ignoring you man You can you can keep talking in my head. It's not gonna make a difference Marine, what?

10:28

Why?If you're a part of the government, you're a senator, why aren't you?

10:33

It's clearly harassment.Harassment, yeah.It is!

10:36

Marine, do you have any response to why you voted no to investigate NDIS fraud?

10:42

Are they allowed to just simply block me?Yeah. They can't.Don't get any closer.Okay.

10:46

Maureen, do you have a response at all? She's a senator. She's supposed to be protecting the taxpayer dollar and she's not doing any of that.

10:54

What else are you investigating?

10:55

I'm investigating NDIS fraud. What's the problem with answering the question? It's clear Maureen doesn't want to answer the question because she clearly doesn't want to go after fraud. That's why.

11:07

She's a sitting senator.She's a green senator.

11:09

Have you done this to other people?

11:10

Maureen Faruqi, I just want to ask one question. Why did you vote no?I'm going to speak to every single one.Yeah, have you though?I will be, yeah.

11:17

How many?

11:17

34.

11:18

How many other people?

11:19

There's 34 senators that voted no.I'm asking Maureen Faruqi why she voted no and she's clearly not answering because she doesn't care about the taxpayers and she doesn't care about disabled Australians who are getting taken advantage of by scammers.Maureen, you have no response.Let's set up.Really align with any political party, to be honest. We don't need to get so heated up.

11:42

We're all calm here.

11:43

I wanted to ask her a question.

11:45

She's obviously focused on the rally.

11:46

And I have the right to ask the question.

11:49

But she clearly didn't want to answer it.Fine.

11:51

That's her right. That's my right to ask her a question. That's her right to not respond. Is it against the law to ask a question?

11:58

It is definitely not against the law, but At all, actually.

12:01

So what was the problem?

12:02

I don't believe, like, it just made a scene and it interrupted the space, man. That's the main focus.

12:07

No, of course.I'm against domestic violence and I'm also against stealing the taxpayer dollars.I'm against, obviously, all the fraud in the NDIS.I'm against taking advantage of disabled Australians. All of that.So are you against that?

12:17

Yeah, for sure, man.Like, there was no other way of getting in contact with her.She literally didn't respond to my emails, nothing. We did end up actually going across Australia to the other 34 senators who voted no and Is Senator Larissa Waters in the office today? She's not there.Oh, I'm from YouTube.

We just want to ask the senators why they voted against investigating NDIS fraud.Thank you.You know, she might actually come out that door and speak to us.That's the big mystery right now. He's putting his ear to the door.Hello.

13:14

Sorry for the wait.

13:15

No worries.

13:16

For all media inquiries just contact our media person. This is their email address.

13:21

Oh nice. Was that you putting your ear on the door?

13:24

No I was putting the ear on the door.

13:26

Oh someone was going.

13:27

No I was there.

13:30

I saw someone's big ear planted on the door and I could see.their ear on the, you know, their head and their ear, listening in.

13:37

For all the media inquiries, just contact our media person.

13:41

Okay.Since we couldn't get a straight answer out of any of these politicians right here, even though they claim to speak for the people, we went right back to Rick to investigate further. They came for five hours, she put ten hours. How much of that do you think she was pocketing?

13:55

She pays the staff five hours, right?

13:56

Yeah, yeah. She'd get a cut out of the staff's money.Like, you'd get a percentage for running the business, that's how I ran mine. And then keep 100 % of the whatever's extra she put on.

14:07

Yeah, that's incredible. So we're talking thousands and thousands of dollars.Tens of thousands of dollars.

14:12

Hundreds of thousands of dollars. She did it for more than 12 months.Wow.I could only, and I even got it, her saying it on recording.

14:19

And this evidence is going to be very fun for later.Yeah, I'll play the voice recording. This is directly from your mouth actually.

14:26

The conversation was, I would take as much money and to show the NDS that you need always So she said she took the money earlier.

14:50

Yeah.I take the money.I take the money.I said, where's the money? She said, I take the money.

I take the money for the whole year, but I take it earlier.

14:57

If you don't take it, I'll have money for the whole year.I'm not going to take it.smartest guy anymore, but even I know that doesn't sound right.

15:04

But what did the NDIS do when you sent in that claim?

15:07

I didn't hear anything back and I even tried to ring them a few times and they said it went to some other section.I was flagged on overspending in the months that I was with Marsha because when I found out and I was verified that she was taken, she threatened me saying that she would have me taken.off NDIS because if I went any further with it.

15:28

So if you were to speak about this in public and report it...

15:33

I don't tell anyone. The next phone call I got from NDIS was to say, yeah, I'm red flagged because of overspending.

15:40

So the NDIS get mad at you?

15:41

Yeah.

15:42

Not at the NDIS provider. They get mad at the participant.

15:45

Yeah. And they shut down the case. They didn't want to look any further into it.It gets stuck in my head.I won't sleep and I'll get irritated and I'll have seizures. It just brings the seizures and that on even more.

15:58

Rick also told us that his occupational therapist, Sarah Pottage, who's this lady right here. It's a massive property. Is Sarah Pottage here by chance?Sarah Pottage?Yeah, I didn't...

16:09

We've been here since...

16:12

Yeah, I'm trying to find her.Apparently she was charging for multiple sessions when Rick never even showed up.According to Rick, I saw her once. And she charged a crazy amount of money.Like for instance, if you look at this, this was one of the sessions that they had and they charged $1 ,066 .95.Now of course, Rick never showed up, but Sarah Potter.

16:33

you know, love to charge that amount anyway. That's just one example. So this session was $775 .96.$387 .98.$1 ,163 .95.Rick claims he never went in person and Rick claimed that he never received any of the documentation as well.

16:52

$484 .98.They charged the same again, again, and again.Allegedly taking $6 ,013 .72 directly out of Rick's pocket. But this gets even worse, because Rick showed us another exclusive voice recording of what Marsha said, and it's honestly disturbing.

17:15

I say to you, I'm going to put as much hours as possible together.

17:20

Together.

17:28

Why do you have to take the extra out?

17:29

Because I want them to see that you need more. That's it.We talked about this in the past.

17:33

We never.

17:34

We didn't.

17:35

Every time you put an invoice in, you're getting paid.

17:37

Yeah.

17:38

And then you're getting paid an extra four hours.

17:41

I get paid. There's at least $70 ,000 in there, listen.I am stealing from you, but I never stole from you.

17:49

She said F that and F off to Rick. This is an NDIS participant and she just said that as she was leaving his apartment. What the hell? How does that not disqualify her instantly? That's just one part of it though. She actually admitted to stealing the money.

18:05

She admitted to taking the money. This is potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars that have gotten stolen by Marsha.Ah, let's just clap for Marsha for her great work right now.Marsha is currently approved as an NDIS provider. She's able to get funding from the government. And that's just the first thing.

18:22

Now, when I looked into her ABN, if you don't know what an ABN is, it's Australian Business Number. And essentially every single business in Australia must have one of these to be able to run their business. So she's got two ABNs.MGC Care Group and MCG Care Group. Now watch this, you press the first one and it shows it's cancelled. Now when you press the second one, it's also being cancelled.

18:44

From 2020 all the way to 2025, they cancelled it.

18:49

So...Welcome to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. What's the ABN number?

18:54

843.They're approved under the NDIS and I'm assuming they're charging people under that ABN.So I wanted to look more into that.

19:02

Yeah, they... yeah.Well, they shouldn't be.But other than that, that's all we can say.We don't know whether they're still operating. We wouldn't know that.

19:12

They definitely are.And let's prove that right now.big boy drew what is happening man?Are you ready?Man we're gonna do this Rick yes, so we've got this trophy here that we're gonna be presenting to Marcia the greatest most profitable business in the NDIS King Hey, what is happening, man?Chris is an NDIS participant and he reached out to see if he could help trick Marsha into meeting up.

19:42

If they speak out, they're threatened to be taken off this program or not become a recipient anymore.

19:47

So it's good that there's people that have no affiliation to the NDIS, don't really have anything to lose from it, that are speaking out.But I also thought that it might help you guys showing that You are doing the right thing by people with disabilities and that's what I'm trying to do by being here is prove it.

You're a legend, brother.You're a legend.Let's freaking get Marsha right now.Let's go.Big Marsha.Big Marsha.

20:07

Big Marsha. She's not a bad monkey. Now Chris set up the meeting with Marsha, but...Do you think she just bailed out? She's 20 minutes late from the time she was supposed to come, so I don't know what she's doing. We then spent the next few days trying to get a hold of her, but nothing was working.

20:36

She won't answer. But while we were trying to sort that out, we got hit with the biggest tip -off ever.

20:43

$340 ,000.Stop filming me!

20:45

We're trying to ask about Jamal Subsabi.

20:47

We already told you.

20:48

And he stole $340 ,000.

20:50

Why are we here? And now he's living in a freaking mansion.

20:54

But before we get to that, I had to resort to bringing out the big guns.My mother!Big dog Marcia.Marcia, whatever her name is.This is who you're about to talk to.

21:05

Okay.Marcia speaking.Yes, hi.Is that Marcia?Marcia, yes.Yes, is this my Gold Coast Carers Group?

21:15

Yes.I'm looking at getting NDIS support for my son that's been just recently diagnosed with a couple of things.I was wondering if you can help me and if you offer those services?Yes.Yes.Would I be able to come in one day this week and discuss this with you on Wednesday?

21:33

Absolutely.Okay.Yeah.

21:36

You at least got it!You set it up!Come on!Holy crap!Marsha! Here we go!

21:49

Marsha, Marsha, how would you say her name?

21:51

Marsha?I think it is.

21:53

Well you need to finish that up.

21:55

Well now I'm hoping that part.

22:06

She's a manipulator. At the start she told me you gotta watch out for these people, they're gonna steal from you.And she turned out to be one of those people that steal from you.

22:13

She's been a bad woman. She was charging 10 hours a day for 4 hours worth of work.I know. They say that there's a support worker coming, but then charge for 10 hours on the invoice. And we have that on the invoice. And I'm wearing a wire right now.

22:26

He's an undercover detective, come on!Undercover.

22:29

Oh hi, Marcia.Hi, sorry, no, my mom, my mom's Tanya.Yeah, and she, I'm the son, so I'm the son, and this is my brother. He's actually the one who's autistic.Yeah, how you doing? Are we able to, can we sit and have a coffee or whatever you want?

22:43

Yeah.George?

22:44

Can I give you my hands?Hello.Marcia, pleased to meet you.

22:47

Hello, Marcia.Hi, my name's Ben Parker.

22:49

Ben, pleased to meet you.

22:50

Yes, nice to meet you.

22:51

So George, what do you like to do normally?

22:53

I like going to see movies.

22:56

Which kind of movies?

22:59

Superman.You're Marvel.

23:01

Yeah. And DC, which one?Yes.Marvel or DC, what do you prefer?

23:05

Batman, Batman.

23:06

Nice.I'm a Marvel girl.

23:08

Would you like Marcia to take you to a theme park potentially?Yeah. So you're the one that obviously handles all the, you handle the funding, you like pretty much do it all yourself.

23:20

Yeah, yeah.So we do actually have, I don't know if you know, so this is what we have.I know this guy, yeah. You remember Rick?

23:28

Yes.

23:28

Yeah, nice, nice.Rick.He's a very good man.We actually spoke to Rick the other day.Yeah.And Rick was telling us about some of the things that you were potentially doing to him.

23:39

But Rick is upset with me.

23:41

Yeah, but Rick was telling us about how you were allegedly putting on the invoices, saying that you were going to bring a support worker, they were coming for four hours, and then you charge 10 hours for the invoice.No.No.No.

23:57

No.

23:57

Do you have a response?

23:58

I do have a response.Okay, tell me.When he told me I'm going to call the NDIS, I said call NDIS.

24:03

Yeah.

24:04

Because, who are you anyway?

24:05

I'm just Peter Reno.

24:07

Okay, what do you do?

24:08

So, Peter Reno, Ben Parker is my name.

24:10

So I'm currently just...What do you do?Before you told me this, you introduced me as a business.

24:14

Rick's hired me as a private investigator.Okay.To look into potential...

24:19

Give me your credentials.

24:20

My credentials?Yes.My credentials are Ben Parker. So let's keep going into this.So essentially...

24:28

Okay, so we've got...George?

24:31

So, I just wanna know...You were charging at $10...You were charging 10 hours...So we have...You were charging...

24:43

You're calling us a scam.So you charged 10 hours...Yeah, call the police.

24:48

Okay, okay.

24:51

Hey Marzia, so we were wondering why you were charging him 10 hours when you only sent a carer to his house for 3 hours. So we're just trying to work out...the discrepancy is there. We're also confused why you're not registered with the NDIS, but you're still operating an NDIS business.I believe Rick said that you basically took about $100 ,000 off his plan without his...Yes.

25:13

And we actually have a voice recording of you saying that.

25:18

So we've got a voice recording of you saying to Rick that you took his money, you took it early, you took it at the start of the year, without any invoicing.Do you want to hear it?Do you want to hear the voiceover?Let's hear it.I'll play it.I'll play it for you.

25:30

Yeah, let's go outside.Let's go outside, yeah.If you want to listen to the voiceover, we have it.So she's calling us scammers, but obviously she's the potential scammer right here.

25:42

Well, we just want to know why you were charging Rick for 10 hours a day, many days in fact.Yes.Yeah, sure, we'll go outside as soon as Marcia wants to go outside.

25:52

So she's a part of my Gold Coast Care Group.

25:55

She's saying that we're scammers. So Marcia, I've got your audio here.Yeah, can you listen?Could you listen to the audio? So in the audio you say, you tell Rick, yeah, we're public, so we're, yeah, sure, we'll go outside, so we're investigating.

26:08

So we're with, this is the most profitable business award for Marcia right here. The most profitable business award.

26:16

Rick says that you bought a new house and a new car shortly after.after starting. We also learned that apparently a participant died under your company's care.

26:26

Are you guys for real?

26:27

Yes, we're investigative journalists. So we're just, no, we're just trying to figure out.We can give you a right of response if you like, Marcia.

26:34

No, you are doing wrong, because if you are real, you're supposed to contact me officially.

26:38

Yeah, this is going to YouTube to a million people, so you can give a response. This is official. We're just trying to work out why you said there was a support worker coming, and then you charge 10 hours, when we have clearly the support worker telling us, and Rick.

26:52

Rick gave us video footage where you actually said that you took his money.I mean we've got we have a name Rick there are the two names right there we've got um we've got your invoices here Marcia actually no so you can you can have a right to response that's what we need so so you were charging for up to 10 hours a day nine hours a day but Rick says that on all these occasions you actually only send somebody for three four hours and then you're telling You were telling the staff member that he didn't have enough money in his plan, so that's why they were going home early. You want to play the voice recording for it?

27:24

Yeah, I'll play the voice recording. This is directly from your mouth actually.

27:27

So Rick recorded this and as you know in Queensland it's legal to record conversations that you're part of.No it's not.Yes it is.In Queensland it is.

27:33

The conversation was about taking as much money.and to show them the assets you need always.

27:41

So you said that you took his money early. You said that you took the money for the whole year.

27:46

No, I didn't.He's a plan manager. They don't allow to do that. You just stated it on the voice record.Call his plan manager.

27:53

Marsha, the most profitable business in the world.Marsha, it's an amazing achievement what she's been able to do.Basically charging people for 10 hours a day when she only sends a carer for three hours. What a great business. That's a great profitable enterprise.

28:11

We just sent all of that evidence to the NDIS.Also, Sarah Pottage did end up responding to my emails and she claims, according to her, she's totally legitimate. But as I said earlier, we got the biggest tip off ever.Hi, is this Jane? It's okay. We're trying to help the country out.

28:46

We're trying to help the most vulnerable people.as well.

28:48

I know, but just be safe because you know how these people can be very, very relaxed, especially the lot of people in and around Bankstown area. The guy actually, the owner of Freedom Care Group is Jamal Sabashi.

29:03

Jamal Sabsabi, that's his actual name. Now get this, he ran a company known as Freedom Care Group.and stole $340 ,000 from literal prisoners.

29:12

Jamal Subsabi charged the government for 24 -7 disability care that he claimed to be providing to participants. The only problem is that the participants were prisoners sitting in jail cells. The way it worked is he would submit the invoices to the government. They never even checked to make sure that he was delivering the services. They never checked the identities of the participants against, say, jail records.

29:31

They just paid it out.And not only that, he actually got banned by the NDIS commission. And now he's allegedly reopened another NDIS provider under a new name, even though they were banned for screwing over other participants.

29:44

He's not supposed to contact anybody, but...He always comes to place where I work. And then he actually, because I knew, he sent me a referral form. And when I look into that, and the same guy, Jamal.

29:59

Really? The crazy thing is, he stole $340 ,000 and is able to run another NDIS provider.

30:06

Because he got his family daughter, wife or brother.

30:22

This guy right here, Jamal Sabsabi, obviously ran Freedom Care Group Pty Ltd.Freedom Care Group was permanently banned for stealing $340 ,000 for NDIS services and supports that it did not deliver to the people that were incarcerated at that time.So he was sending money to people who were incarcerated and stole.$340 ,000.Now this is where things get very interesting. She claims, the lady that sent us the tip -off, that he reopened under Lifelink Supports.

30:57

He sent her an email under Lifelink Supports and his name is clearly stated there.Go down here.Jamal Subsabi And Jamal Subsabi. So Freedom Care Group prepares for ASX debut with $3 .2 million raise. This is literally the previous company he had, Freedom Care Group. There he is.

31:22

Always a pleasure.

31:23

Look, he's all smiley. He's like, oh, this is great.$340 ,000.Cha -ching!Let's steal it from the taxpayers. And look at the phone number.

31:31

It appears to be the exact same phone number that's connected to the previously banned NDIS provider. And he's got his name clearly labeled at the top.Jamal Subsabi.Jamal Subsabi.Same phone number. And same phone number.

31:44

We need to confirm this.Is Jamal actually working there? That's the big question. So I grabbed my things and drove there with one goal in mind.Let's see if Jamal Subsabi is working with Lifelink Supports.

31:56

I think that's it right there.

31:57

So that's where it's linked currently, where Jamal is running, allegedly, his new NDIS provider known as Lifelink Supports.Recording?Yeah.The undercover disguises are back in action with life link support.

32:12

Nobody knows it's us.

32:13

Yes.

32:14

I'm just going to knock on the door.I think Pete is maybe a bit more recognizable in the video at this point.

32:19

You know, Drew looks like a man that looks very normal right now. You're a typical undercover man, Drew.Look at him.God bless.Drew was taking a century, so I decided to go in a different way myself. And you'll never guess who I bumped into.

32:39

Excuse me.do you know if...Hi, how are you?Good.Very good.Yeah, I'm doing well.

32:45

Jamal.Jamal?

32:46

Yep.

32:47

My name's Joseph as well.

32:48

That's your Joseph?

32:49

Yes, Joseph.Yes, yes.Very nice to meet you.

32:52

Nice to meet you.

32:53

So is this just a new NDIS provider that's open? No, we've been around for a while.Okay.We just opened a new office.Oh.Wait, where were you guys located previously?

33:04

Not too far.We just needed a new office.

33:07

Oh.And so you just moved there?Yeah.Okay, nice.So it's like approved with the NDIS and all that?Yeah.

33:13

Okay, awesome.Thank you so much.Very nice to meet you.See ya.

33:22

Jamal Sabzabi.

33:24

I just spoke to him.I just spoke to him.Did you see him?Bro, I spoke to him about NDIS plans and everything. That's him.Bro, that was him.

33:34

I can just walk.

33:36

Look at Drew.Drew's trying to see where he is.He can't find him.So at this point, we know that Jamal Jigley is either working or running Lifelink Supports. But as we've done some further investigating, there's a man that's currently running Lifelink Supports, and that is Joseph Yousef, the man that hired Jamal Subsabi for some reason. Now, this guy has six different legal names.

33:59

It's unbelievable. He operates using six different aliases, six different names.Let's read them out right now.Joseph Yousef.Joseph Yousef.Joseph Yousef.

34:08

Joseph Yousef.

34:11

Joseph Youssef, Joseph Youssef. So it's just the same name spelled six different ways. The reason why he's using different names is because he's got a massive court record. So he's been in court more than 50 times. We've got 22 printed out right here under one of the names. As we know, he's got six different names.

34:28

What kind of guy has six different names?Yeah. But not only that, we found out that he's being sentenced next week in court.Joseph Youssef.what are you being charged for?Why do you have seven different aliases?

34:38

He's been convicted multiple times in criminal court. We don't know exactly what for. We've written to the courts to try and find out.

34:43

So now that we know 100 % that Jamal works for Lifelink Supports, it's time to get prepared and make things very awkward.

34:50

Prison changed us.

34:52

Prison has changed us a lot.

34:54

We're bad to the core now.

34:55

Hey, when I was locked down next to Drew in the...So on top of the information that we have about Jamal Jiggly Biggles, Drew has found out something crazy that you guys have to hear.

35:05

He had a shell scheme where he set up more than 30 different companies, most of them linked to Care and the NDIS.The money was going through the main company, which he listed on the ASX stock market. He was siphoning off money from the government to dozens of different companies that he controlled, saying they were all service payments, when they were in fact him transferring money from himself, which was actually government money, to his main business.Freedom Care Group, by the way.In 2024, Jamal Jigley told the paper he wanted them to look into NDIS fraudsters. He said, it'll be great for my business, which is legitimate.

"Your service and product truly is the best and best value I have found after hours of searching."

35:34

The NDIS is casting a big net to catch the fraudsters. And rightfully so, Subsabi says.Rightfully so.

35:40

Now, literally within three months of making that statement, the government shut down his business for fraud.Quite ironic. Now, when the company collapsed, it owed more than $6 million in debt. And that's because he was taking the government money and just siphoning it off to dozens of different companies that he ran.And that meant that the workers for his companies were left out of pocket. They were left out of pocket to the tune of $550 ,000.

36:01

They also owed more than $360 ,000 for five years of unpaid workers' compensation insurance premium. So he was basically taking his own workers' money. What a great guy.Jamal!Let go!I've never seen this guy that eyed.

36:16

And now you know the full reason behind the outfits.

36:19

Hello, we're looking for Dr. Jamal.Dr. Joel, he was here yesterday. So we just came out of Silverwater Prison and we're just looking for Dr. Jamal.

36:28

Yeah.

36:28

We heard you guys do NDIS services.for prisoners. We heard you do NDI services for prisoners. We saw Jamal Sabsabi walk out of that door yesterday.

36:38

Yeah.Is he here?Jamal Sabsabi isn't here.

36:41

We saw him yesterday right here.Yeah.Yeah.

36:45

We're just trying to find where Jamal Sabsabi is.Do you know him?

36:49

Um, please don't forget me.

36:51

Yeah.So Jamal Sabsabi walked out of here yesterday, brother.Yes.No, we want to know, how come Jamal Sabsabi was here yesterday? Why can he be here, sir?You claim that he's not working here, he's not here, but we clearly saw him walk outside of the door, sir.

37:07

So we know that you guys charged $340 - One question at a time.Okay, yeah.

37:12

We'll get through all your questions, we've got nothing to hide.

37:15

Okay, nothing to hide, yeah.So why did he come out of here yesterday?

37:19

Why can't he walk out of here, sir?

37:20

Well, we got a tip off that he owns this place.

37:25

We got a tip off that he owns this place.Yeah, you want to see this so under lifelink supports there was an email sent out from Jamal subsabi Yeah, but he claimed that he doesn't work here.So Jamal and then we also received a text earlier on saying Jamal does not work here He's not a part of this.We say Jamal is not he now.You said he doesn't work here. There's a difference They said he doesn't work here.

37:50

Why do you walk out of here yesterday?Well, he said that he worked here when we got him on video saying that he worked here.

37:55

He said, why did he walk out of here?Because he was here.

37:58

Yeah, we walked out of here.We filmed him on video saying that he works here.Sorry? We filmed him on video yesterday saying he works here.Yeah.

38:06

He works for Lifelink, yeah?So he can work for Lifelink. What's the problem? Why can't he work?

38:11

So we got information that his last NDIS business was shut down by the government for fraud.

38:16

Correct.

38:17

$340 ,000 phantom payments to prisoners in prison, which is why we've come in today.

38:23

Correct.

38:23

Correct?Okay, you admit?Yeah, so we came in here today as, you know, we just got out of jail, we want NDI services as prisoners.

38:30

How much did that cost out of interest?

38:34

20 bucks. Is Dr. Jamal in here? We're trying to find Dr. Jamal. He doesn't work here?Okay. They claim that he's not actually working here, but we clearly saw him working here.

38:45

So Jamal Sabsabi is at Lifelink Supports, correct?Correct.Everyone's claiming he doesn't work here.He works for the company, as Lifelink, I don't admit it.

38:53

What are you guys doing? We've got our security guards just in case.

38:57

Not them, I'm talking about the girls. They seem to be whispering to themselves.Nah, she's on the phone.

39:03

Nah, it's okay.It's okay right now.It's okay.

39:05

Oh, she's calling the police.Calling the police.

39:08

Let's call the police.Come on.Okay, okay.

39:10

I don't understand. Why are you calling?Get off the phone.Get off the phone, man.Get off the phone. Why are you guys worried about?

39:19

So Jamal Subsabi, you clearly stated that he does work here, right?Absolutely. So after stealing $340 ,000 with Freedom Care Group, he was a director and secretary.Yep.And now he's currently working under your company, Lifelink.

39:35

He's clean by the NDIS.

39:37

Well, he's clean by the NDIS.His last company was shut down for massive fraud.Hold on a sec.

39:40

Hold on.Yeah, let's talk.So we all know what happened.

39:43

Yeah.

39:45

The company was shut, but he wasn't banned to work as an employee.

39:49

So you're fine to hire people who have been shut down for massive fraud in the past?

39:53

No, no.I mean, he's got a lot of experience. You know, when I've got someone that's got a lot of experience, I can help my company.Oh, of course he's got experience.

40:02

$340 ,000 in scam payments.

40:04

Look, what happened then? You know, you heard what happened from the outsider story, but what happened after that?I haven't read that.Sorry?

40:18

Why not?

40:20

Why should I?Why isn't he banned from the NDIS?Yeah, well, I mean...Why can I hire him?

40:34

Honestly?

40:35

Honestly, as a straightforward question, he's got a lot of experience in NDIS and a lot of experience of... you know, directing, but he's not involved in management, he's not involved in...

40:51

Hey, we're investigators, we're here to see Dr. Jamal. We are investigators.

40:57

We're real investigators, so we're trying to find...We are investigators actually.

No, we are real investigators.

41:05

Yeah, no, we are.Jamal Subsabi.Jamal Subsabi. No, we're trying to find Jamal Subsabi and he's connected to this business. So we're trying to find out.Why do we need to find him?

41:18

He was shut down by the government for fraud.$340 ,000.

41:20

He did not commit fraud. It was clearly stated.

41:24

It was in the Liquidate report. We've got the Liquidate reports right here.So he was charging the government $340 ,000.He hasn't yet been charged, but he should be.

41:32

He's not going to be charged. He should be.But he should be.

41:37

Look, that's what you think as a person. We're reading what the Liquidate report says. You're just talking about a human being. You told me you just walked out of jail. That works here. You just walked out of jail.

41:50

Ah, he doesn't work here.

41:51

He doesn't work here.He just told us that he does work here. You're contradicting your words. He said he works here.

41:58

So he said he was an employee, now he's a contractor.NDIS Commission issues permanent ban to Freedom Care Group.Yep, yep.Who is the director and secretary of that freedom camp?He should be banned, yeah.

42:15

That's your problem.

42:16

He should be banned.

42:17

Don't do that.

42:18

Why did you hire him?Because he's not banned.

42:20

You hired him because it's abroad stuff. But just to be clear. You come out of jail and you come forward.Should I hire him or not?

42:25

Well, I think we've been rehabilitated. We did some NDIS services with him in prison. We were in the hole for 20 years while we didn't get services from Jamal Sabsabi.

42:37

I don't care if you did or not, that's not my problem.

42:51

We're just trying to ask about Jamal Subsabi. We're trying to ask about Jamal Subsabi. And he stole $340 ,000 from Freedom Care Group. We saw him walk out yesterday. We saw him walk out yesterday.Clearly from this door.

43:09

Clearly from this door. Why can't we ask these questions? What's the problem? You're playing it very smart, I'll give you that.

43:19

He's done very well, the others haven't.

43:23

No, you're very calm, I appreciate that.Of course, because there's nothing to hide.

43:27

Is she calling the police? They're our security.I'm just trying to figure out if she's calling the police. They're the wrong places, they shouldn't be in a business.Exactly, yeah, you agree.100%.

43:37

So I'm telling you, go and check on the company. If the company is owned by Jamal, or anything to do with Jamal, Please, come back with whoever you want.

43:46

Yeah, we know why, because obviously he puts a new director on the actual ASIC records. Can you confirm for us right now?And then he actually is the one running it, potentially behind the scenes.

43:56

I've got a question.Could you confirm right now you're not running the business for Jamal? He hasn't just put you in as a director?Okay, okay.So he hasn't just put you in as a director?Okay, well we've got your word now.

44:07

Would you swear on your mum's life for that?I swear on my mum's life.life is not fair.On my mom's life? No, don't swear on my mom's life. No, I want you to swear on your mom's life.

44:16

Why?Because you said it's true.

44:17

What's my mom got to do with it?

44:19

But you swore on my mum's life.

44:20

What are you asking me to do?

44:21

No, I said swear on your mum's life.

44:23

No, I swear on your mum's life.

44:24

Yeah, don't swear on my mum's life, because you're lying. So don't swear on my mum's life.Swear on your mum's life.

44:29

On your mum's life, on my mum's life, I'm not lying.

44:33

On your mum's life, on my mum's life, he doesn't run this place.

44:35

Don't do it on my mum's life, please.

44:38

You started all this, so you get your mum's life. No, do not.

44:41

Oh, why?Are you threatening me now?

44:42

I'm not threatening you. What is it then? Why are you threatening me by telling me?

44:47

I'm not threatening you with anything.

44:48

I'm asking you questions.Look, this guy's smart. This guy's smart. He knows to keep her away from the camera.

44:52

Big trouble.

44:56

Why is that?

44:56

Why?Why?If we're just asking questions? What's wrong with that?

44:59

Defame.

45:02

Defame.Defame.What?We're just honestly putting the information out?Well, he's done well. He's had a good response, but you guys have been quite aggressive.

45:09

Can you tell them?

45:11

Well, you do actually, because...No, actually because the NDIS is run by taxpayer money, so we are here to make sure taxpayer money is okay.

45:18

This is government funded, taxpayer dollars. No, you don't need to, you have the right not to.Oh no, I believe that's in the public's interest, I do actually believe that. You see a problem with it getting posted?

45:32

It's not a problem being posted, but a problem is me being on social media for what?Potentially being connected with Jamal Sabsabi.

45:40

Look, look, all we've got right now, is you did hire somebody you know who was shut down for fraud.

45:47

It was about six months, it was like nine months ago.Like what's the evidence that he's been rehabilitated? That's good, we'll just talk to the police officers and we'll leave.Just passing, I mean, I don't know about that.excited that the police are going to know?

46:07

Are you excited?Which detective brings two security guards with him?

46:14

Just for our safety.

46:18

I appreciate you doing one of these Instagram type NBIS scam things. How are you man?Thank you.

46:47

Thank you.

46:47

Thank you very much man You've seen us on Insta.

46:53

Thank you.Thank you mate. What a legend exposing NDIS alleged fraud Thank you guys.Thank you.Thank you.Thank you.

47:01

Actually, very good guy.Respectable police officer. But it's just funny that they resort to, like, calling the police for things like this. So, just for asking questions.

47:08

I appreciate what you're trying to do, but the manner in which you're doing it has caused the people working in that business fear and alarm. They've explained to me that they've asked you to leave and that you refused to leave.

47:18

The guy gave us permission to stand there because he was talking to us.The girl said leave, but then the guy who was owning the business said, no, no, no, let them. We'll keep talking to them.He did say that. That's on the video.

47:27

We're just trying to do the right thing.I understand in the manner of what it is, but we are trying to do the right thing by the taxpayers as well. Now there's two.Two police officers.

47:38

We actually wanted to give them the trophy, but...

47:40

They may actually think that we are prisoners. We've just come out of jail. That's true. It's possible.

47:58

That's already a member of the public we didn't pay him to do thatThank you.Thank you. What a legend.Thank you so much.He gave us $50.

48:04

We did not set that up.We did not set that up.What was that?It was a $50.Oh, a $100?Wait, what the?

48:08

Oh, damn.Damn, thank you, man.$100.That's crazy.

48:10

What a legend. What have you actually been thinking in regards to the NDIS fraud type of stuff? In this capacity, in this uniform, I have no opinion on it.Ah, OK, OK.Fair enough, yeah.I do know what you've been doing.

48:20

I have seen you.Yeah.Yeah, I've seen it.And you like the work we're doing?Like I said, no opinion. He loves the work.

48:36

Big Jamal driving that BMW.You know, we love speaking to Jamals of Sabi. That's our main goal here. We're about to greet them with some tremendous, tremendous flowers from big Drew right here.Nice Mercedes. It's a very nice Mercedes.

48:54

So that Mercedes starts at $87 ,000.This, this house is valued at $5 million.

49:01

And that's all from legitimate business.

49:03

Yeah. And then of course, look who showed up.

49:06

Oh, yes.Put the window down. What was your intentions here today?Wanted to deliver him flowers. As you can see in the back. Most profitable NDIS business of the year award.

49:15

Yeah.We would have loved to have spoken to Jamal. It would have been awesome. He's another neighbour.I wonder how he made his money.

49:24

Yeah, well now you know. He's got a nice BMW.

49:27

And the Merc.

49:28

Yeah, the Merc.He was getting a million plus a year in consulting fees from the NDIS business that got shut down by the government.

49:34

That's insane.And now it's time to go to court.Joseph Yusuf, what's happening man?What's going on?How you doing?

49:41

What are you in court for today for?

49:42

We want to know why you're in court for today.

49:45

What are you being sentenced for today?

49:48

What have you been sentenced for?

49:49

You've been sentenced today?Okay, we got you a gift to...Alright, you can have it, but...

49:54

You want it?It's free.for your desk on lifelink supports. So how come, what are you being charged for?Why do you have seven different aliases? We want to know what he's being sentenced for and why is he here?

gallery so now the police are giving us a formal move on order which we will comply with because unlike Mr. Joseph Youssef inside we don't break the law.

50:42

Joseph is trying to silence the true events that happen that's pretty much what he's doing.

50:46

If you're standing across the road, we're using common sense here, if you're standing right across the road and they can see you then there's going to be issues but if you're coming out and obviously he's going to come out The point of the move -on is obviously to prevent him from feeling scared, unsafe, harassed and all that.Does that make sense?Even though he stood over us and actually...

Yeah, he was like this, staring at us.Wait, he's back in action!Wait, you've got the same - He's being sentenced for a criminal matter, and as journalists we wanted to just - I can't believe we're seeing you again, this is - When you come to Liverpool - It's the man himself!

51:16

He's called the police so that we can't find out what he's being convicted of.We weren't gonna record or anything, obviously - Obviously inside - I was taking down - If it goes to court, it's on public record.

51:25

As you know though, it takes six months to get there. But you still have to wait, okay?I know.

51:38

He says he's got a driving offence but really isn't that that's the big question.I can't believe he's getting away with this.

51:46

I'm giving you an official move on directly from the vicinity of Liverpool local courthouse. What actually happens if we don't comply with the offence? You can be charged. And arrested? You may be charged. And potentially arrested?

51:55

Yes.That's it.Alright, no worries.

51:59

Thank you, bro.We would appreciate it a lot. What's happening, man?Yeah, yeah, all good.Nice to meet you. What was your name?

52:04

Joseph.Joseph?Alright, Joseph!Now we're doing this...They're still here!They're still here, everyone!

52:12

Joseph Youssef is about to come out of the courtroom. We don't know what he got sentenced for. It's a big mystery. We set up two people to go in there and figure out what he's being sentenced for.Joseph Youssef! How you doing, man?

52:24

He's gotta say that we're still here.

52:26

He's so annoying because we want to find out what he's being sentenced for and he's trying to hide that from you guys and from us, from the public.

52:32

Okay, we'll leave.Alright.We're out.

52:36

Alright, we're out.We don't want to get arrested.Joseph Youssef wants us to get arrested and it seems like.So Joseph Youssef wants us to get arrested. We're leaving, we're leaving. It actually freaking irritates me.

52:48

He's got nothing to hide, nothing to hide at all.If you want the government to actually put people like this in prison, then go to our petition page and sign up because that's going to help us out a lot.Because right now, they're doing nothing about it.And the only way for them to do something about it is with you guys. And obviously your support means a lot.Pete and I are receiving threats all the time because of this work.

53:07

You don't know me, and you don't know who I might know, and you don't know this city.

53:10

We've also created another GoFundMe, which is going to help us produce a third NDIS investigation video and help us with security and potential legal costs as well.Even something as little as $5, it's very much appreciated.Yeah, we appreciate it.Thank you for your help.Thank you very much, guys.God bless, and let's keep exposing this fraud.
