I Hunted All 1,202 Minecraft Advancements

In Minecraft there are over 100 advancements, like obtaining every potion effect in the game, killing every mob in the game, and even discovering every single biome.But what would happen if you joined a world that had over 1 ,000?With even harder ones like fight 10 withers at once, mine an entire stack of netherite, get every enchant in the game, collect every item in the game, collect a stack of every item in the game.Well, that's the exact world I was in.And I wanted to see just how many of the 1000 plus advancements a player like myself could earn in a week.All while competing against some of the most skilled survival players I know to see who could get the most.

Two, one, go.Oh my goodness!No freaking way!At the start, I knew I had my work cut out for me and needed a plan ASAP.There are just so many advancements that by the time I had punched my first tree and crafted a set of stone tools, I had already gotten 12.I even got an advancement for crafting a stone shovel.

That took me like no effort at all.However, I knew all of them were not going to be this simple, so I set myself a goal for the first day.But also, I want to get an Elytra.Travel is like the most important thing in this, and the Elytra is just the ultimate travel item.So, I got right to it.And since I basically have to speedrun the whole game to get to the end, I made sure to mine all the diamonds and iron I could find to make tools and armor, but might have gotten a little sidetracked.

Oh my god, no way.This has to be an advancement.Oh, haha, poultry boy?But to be fair, this chicken jockey actually earned me a blue advancement, which actually increased my score by two, unlike the green advancements that are only worth one.So I'm at 53 total right now.So from here, I made myself a diamond pickaxe, iconic merchandising prop.

Okay, W advancement, I guess.And right before going into the nether, I made myself a full set of armor.Okay, I just got the iron man advancement too, wear a full set of iron armor, that was easy.And it was a blue.The next thing I did,I was focused on were enderpearls and blaze rods, so I can locate the nearest stronghold.

Alright, I think I'm first one in the nether?It's a blue advancement too!Okay, that's perfect.That's a bastion!Oh my god.Yo, the lava almost trolled me.

Somewhere in this bastion lays a room filled with blocks of gold.If I could get my hands on it, I could trade the gold with piglins in exchange for the enderpearls.Okay.Will I get attacked if I mine this?But right after I mined my first block, I spotted some nether wart down in the middle.Ooh, I hear you charging.

Oh my God, I'm insane.He's like S -tapping.I destroyed.But as I got distracted, I let other players catch up.I see their portal.I see them.

Oh my God, no way.Okay, well I know where the gold rooms are.I don't think these other players do.So if I can just navigate to it, I can just get it and leave.Gold, yes.They had no idea where this was.

Oh my God.My speedrunner roots.Now I can trade and get pearls.Oh my god, let's go.When I was done with the Bastion, I traveled a bit further out and traded with some Piglins, hoping to get all of the pearls I needed.Pearls!

What is this?The hunt begins.Kill Wither Skeleton.Oh, they're at a fortress.So they're probably not going for me at least.At least not for now.

Oh, they're down trading.Okay.Um...But by the time the Piglins were finished with all of the gold, I only had four Ender Pearls, when I needed at least 12.So, I made a quick pit stop back in the overworld for more food, but also to enchant my items.This gave me another blue advancement with enchanter, but more importantly, this could help me in case other hostile players tried to stop me. I'm dead.

Nevermind.As bad as almost dying there was, this did give me an idea.See, nearby was a warped forest biome, where endermen have a much higher spawn rate.So, my idea was to trap them in my boat in order to easily kill them and hopefully get to 12 pearls.Um, hello?But, with two more players approaching, I had to figure out how to keep farming endermen while not getting caught.

It's okay, bro.I knew this going in.We're gonna be the best.Wait, it's like, imagine being like a chef and having like, one of those aprons and it's just like one of like the gamer things on like the gamer shirt where it's like good loading there's like a loading bar on it do you like get one quick round?oh my god i'm dead no you haven't discord You're dead too, Mako.You're dead too.

I'm sorry.Okay, I gotta get these pearls and leave.I gotta get these pearls and leave.Okay, I have 10 pearls.They're probably coming back for revenge.I think I just have to move out and try to find a new blue biome or else I'm just gonna get rolled up on.

I have to be tactical.Now, I was lucky enough to spot another bastion where I was able to do another round of gold trading.Yes, 13!That, I think, is just barely enough.So, having completed the hard part of getting pearls, I locateda nether fortress and collected some blaze powder to turn them all into eyes of ender.

Okay, this is probably just close enough right here.I'm gonna mine into this wall, make a portal, and get out.Okay, I also just made some potions in case I run into anyone I gotta fight, but I think it's time I throw my first ender eye.Okay, stronghold's this way.Oh my god.Let's go.

I think I'm the first one to a stronghold.That's so hype.Before going through the portal, I actually stopped in a library room since the chests in here are guaranteed to have the Eye Armor trim, which not only gave me a free blue advancement, but could also be used for even harder advancements later on.Oh my God.Come on.I'm first in the end.

I'm first in the end.Come on.Just no one else come here while I'm doing my business.Oh my God.I should have set a bed back in the stronghold, shouldn't I?Nice.

Nice.Do I have any more left?No, it's all the towers.Perfect.I have to wait for the perch.Oh it just perched but that was too soon.

After taking out the end crystals, I had to wait for the dragon to perch again so I could use my beds to deal a ton of explosion damage.But instead of waiting and doing nothing, I took this as a chance to get the plane walker advancement which I achieved by getting a kill on an Enderman in all three dimensions.Why'd it charge at me like that bro?Oh he's perching.Oh my god Enderman get out of my way.Dude I just messed it up so bad.

Okay that was so trash but it's okay.I'm rusty on my beds.SP737 just messaged me, remember Team Apocalypse forever.Okay, bruh.go.Let's go.

Let's go.Let's go.And I'm the only one who's gonna have the Dragon Egg achievement.This is the only one -of -a -kind item in the game and it's mine.And that means I'm the only one that can get that advancement.I'm at 159.

I'm not in first.Epax is in first.Okay, good to know.And just like I had previously mentioned, the main thing I wanted to be in the end for were the end cities.Here there were a ton of other advancements I had access to.Pretty sure I get advancements from collecting these blocks though.

Maybe an end rod?Oh, I place it.There we go, another advancement.But also gained some extremely important items that are going to help a ton in this challenge.Hey, would you look at that though?I can make a shulker box.

Let's go.That's a ship.There we are, the Elytra.And boom, there we go.Perfect, that is perfect timing because I was running right out of resources.Oh my god, this armor is so strong.

But the elytra was obviously the best because so many of these advancements require some kind of traveling.Like finding rare biomes, rare mobs, rare resources.They all become so much easier to get because I can now travel so much faster than just sprinting on foot.I even used it to find more end cities that helped me get max diamond armor.Armor for the masses.In every protection related advancement, enchantment, that's crazy.

Oh, I should get the dragon head.I bet this is an achievement.Yep.Off with this head.Oh, yes, a good sword.And I got this, uh, trim.

Oh, my God.So I have a full set of proper armor.Just the leggings are iron.I got a sharpness for sword, efficiency for pickaxe, quite a few spare elytra, some extra gems, trims.I'm set up pretty well here, to be honest.I have 185 advancements.

I was feeling just about ready to leave, until I remembered one advancement End Cities could help me with.A great view from up here, which requires a shulker levitate me over 50 blocks in the air.But most importantly, this would be my first purple color advancement.This is the next tier after blue and are worth five points each.So it was worth my time to go for it.Okay, levitate me 50 meters, please.

At first, I thought this would be pretty easy.But after about 20 blocks, I realized the Shulkers lost their aggro on me, meaning I eventually ran out of levitation.Oh, they stopped levitating me.Oh, that's what makes this challenging.They just ran out of my render.So, I tried again, but this time, I made them generate as much orbs as possible before taking off.

This way, I could keep getting hit even after they lose their aggro.Okay, that's a lot.Okay, keep going.This definitely got me further, this time going up 40 blocks in the air, but there was still something missing.Dang, yeah, I didn't get it.From here, I tried it one more time, but in the middle of the levitation, I tried to get the aggro from a new Shulker so I had fresh orbs to work with in the middle of the run.

Come on, give me it.Yeah, it's a great view from up here, perfect.Amazing.That's my first purple one, I think, so that gave me a plus five.Oh, it unlocked more too.Bring a Shulker into the overworld and let it give you anti -gravity.

Okay, that is just...That just sounds insanely hard.I'll save that one for later.So, after this, I returned to the overworld.Here, I wanted to find a nice place to set up a base, because I still have loads of advancements to chase.Even in the description of the Blazing Caves datapack, the thing installed on the world to make this possible, it says there are 1 ,202.

So, while I was traveling, I made sure to do some of the Elytra -related advancements.Like, for example, I got one called Dye Fom, which I think I just got from Simba.landing in water after flying for a bit.And then another one called firework display, just by crafting some rockets so I could keep traveling.I think if I fly past the height limit, I get an advancement.Let me see.

Pretty pink, what?I'll find a cherry grove.Okay.Yep.Sky high.Ooh, pillager outposts.

Surely this has to be an achievement.Out of posts.Go horn.Wait, this has to be important.Wait, there's some other advancements I can get here as well.Who's the pillager now?

Okay.Oh, can I get an ominous bottle?Oh, please let me get an ominous bottle.That'll help me a lot with Trial Chambers.I always got to think about the overlap.How can I optimize this run?

I only have a week.Oh, yes, you.Yes, there we go.Ominous bottle.I'll save that for when I go to Trial Chambers because I'll speed things up there.It's all about the overlap.

Oh my, Elytra's almost broken.Wait, that's an advancement.Some breakthrough.Wait, that's a purple one?Exhaust your Elytra?Let me just replace it now.

And after grinding out some of these advancements, I located a village where I could start my base.I think this will be my village.Looks like it's right next to an ocean, so I could put farms there.And...I'll just become OP and win.Look, that's advancement right there.

I chose a village because having access to trades would be huge.Mainly for librarians who could give me really overpowered enchanted books, but as well for other niche items I normally can't find as well from natural exploration.Yeah, there's a lot of achievements I can do with the help of villagers.I think there's even one for getting every type of villager.So I'm going to set up a breeder so I can get a bunch of them and do whatever I need.I'm going to give them some bread so they can get going.

There we go.We have life.With the breeder now working, I took a break and waited for the first villager to be ready for trading, and specifically made them a Fletcher.The reason for this is they have a chance to trade you emeralds in exchange for tripwire hooks.So with the help of a tripwire hook duper, I could essentially have infinite emeralds.Yes, this one got the trade.

It already ran out, oh my god.With these emeralds, I can trade with librarians until I get the good enchants I need.Trying to start off with Mending, put that on my Elytra.Oh, that's kind of expensive, but I can cure that.Okay, I'll go for that though.Out of all of the enchants in the game, Mending is by far the most important.

I'll be using my tools a ton this challenge, and with all the time saved by having them not break, I could spend even more on hunting advancements.Putting that right in the elytra.Let's go.From here, I set up even more Fletchers so I could increase my emerald production even further and even got a blue advancement from all the trading I was doing.Big spender, trade with a villager 500 times.Okay.

Where are my, where are all my village related ones?Trade with villagers 2 ,500 times.Oh my goodness.I just got to 500.If you get 25, that's crazy.Filthy rich make 64 emeralds.

Okay.Yeah, I finished my fleet of Fletchers.I have my mending villager over here I'll get more librarians in the future.But for now, that's all I need right now what I'm focused on though is is in this box i have all the materials for gunpowder farm i want to get unlimited rockets and that way i can branch out into more exploration and more advancements right now we just have the foundation i do have a 276 score right now which is not bad but it's not first so let me get to work now the gunpowder farm didn't take too long and i used a mod called lightmatica which basically creates ablueprint of where I need to place all of the blocks, ensuring I don't make a mistake and waste any time.Look at this.

This farm is OP.Oh my goodness.Creeper Killer, collect a stack of gunpowder, Creeper Killer.Okay.As you can see here, there are 16 tabs of different groups of advancements.With our Elytra, we're definitely gonna put a dent in all of these.

I ended the first day off at 280 points, which to be honest, most of them felt like I just got an accident while setting up the basics.However, with the Elytra, I was excited to dive deeper into the more specific advancements and maybe go for more purple ones as well.Okay, now that I've effectively unlocked infinite travel, there's some things I want to do.On day two, my main focus was on the nether.Here, I want to get a ton of netherite to upgrade my gear and unlock some more blue and purple advancements, all while using a redstone machine that makes finding ancient debris a lot easier.Alright, Now, of course, I can't make netherite without a smithing upgrade template, so I started off by looking for bastions to find one and get any other advancements along the way.

Guild of Blackstone, that's an advancement.Iron chains, there we go.Oh, don't die to the brute.Oh my god.Oh, netherite scrap.Wait.

Holy scrap.Oh, treasure bastion.Wait, these are actually really good for me right now.A treasure bastion was actually the best for this because not only is there a lot of loot, but also guaranteed netherite in the bottom chest.I just had to be careful of the brutes.I'm dead!

Oh my f - Oh my god, no way, bro.Now I was able to get most of my stuff back.No way, right?No way I just equipped all my stuff and fell in the lava, right?Okay.like whatever bro and soon my luck turned around okay what do we got here another netherite ingot and upgrader perfect actually i should probably be focusing on netherite right now because i have these upgraders and there's quite a few advancements i can get just by making a full set of netherite too okay so with this goal in mind it was time i bust out the machine i mentioned earlier okay i'm about to put y 'all on genuine tech when it comes to netherite mining see with me in this bundle In this minecart, I've prepared some items for a machine.

And it's very inexpensive too, like this is less than a bundle's worth of items.I'll probably get down to like Y10.Then you want to clear out some space, and make sure you're doing this within a singular chunk.Then here you'll want to build the certain machine.I'm using a blueprinting mod so I can see where to place blocks, it's not actually built yet.Beh, there's the bulk of the machine built.

Took like no time at all.Now to actually power the machine, I can't just do it manually like this with the lever.Instead, I need to make sure the chunk is loaded in what's called lazy chunks.You can do it with the chunk loader, or you can do it manually just by being a certain distance away.And I'm going to do that second option because it's cheaper.Okay, I'm far enough now that it's working.

Let it run for a bit and I'll show you what it does.Essentially, what I've built is a machine that will continuously dupe TNT.But since I'm standing a certain distance away, it's technically generating this TNT in what's called lazy chunks, which won't actually let it explode until I walk back into its range.And after I've let it run for a bit, all I gotta do is just run back into the chunks.You see all the TNT is preparing itself.Oh, oh yeah.

Okay.Already some netherite.Be a baby.what this does is it generates a giant tnt laser and just shoots it in a direction making netherite a lot easier to find oh yeah easiest netherite ever and it's just like more fun too to do it this way because you don't normally see netherite just this out in the open yeah just from letting this machine run for like 10 minutes i just got 12 ancient debris and there's much stronger versions of it too that i'll probably build later on But for now in the early game, this is perfect.And so I went back to my base and combined this new batch of ancient debris with all the previous netherite I had to get some of the advancements I was after.Now I can easily make a full set of netherite armor.

A knight to never forget.Use a smoothing template to upgrade your diamond armor.And I'll put this last ingot on my sword.Probably should've done it on my pickaxe actually.But oh well, I can get more netherite really easily now.Okay, gonna run it again.

Uh oh.Oh, that was a giant lag spike.Oh, no.Oh, yeah, this is a new terrain.Oh, my goodness.This thing went far, I bet.

Oh, it's bouncing on an accident.OK, one big advancement.I'm about to get out of the way here.It's all netherite tools.Boom.More upgraded tools.

Craft a netherite pickaxe, axe, shovel, and hoe.I'm at 326 score so far.OK.So now that I had my netherite, there was a pretty easy purple advancement I could get, which requires me to break a netherite hoe by using all of its durability.And this was as fun as you'd probably guess.Oh, there we go.

Fooled me twice.Completely used up a netherite hoe.That was a nice plus five right there.Mythical side quest.All right.Yeah.

Now I have about 2000 blocks of farmland spread all throughout this coast.I'll come back to that later if I need it.So, after grinding out some of the netherite advancements, I went back to my base to see what else I could reasonably do next.And here I noticed I had a few extra armor trims laying around.Let me fancy up my armor.Boom.

Crafting a new look.Now this was just one advancement.However, some of the rarer trims in the game come with a blue advancement simply just by holding them.But even more, I could earn a purple one if I got every single trim in the game.Now there are 18 total, but I already had some of them and I had an elytra that could help me get the rest.So before exploring, I made a trade with a new librarian for an Unbreaking 3 book so my elytra durability could last even longer, especially paired with the mending.

and set flight for structures that could have trims.Ooh, ruined portal.Oh, notch apple?Let's go, it's an easiest purple advancement.Obtain a notch apple, overpowered.The notch apple was definitely nice, but ruined portals will never have armored trims in the chest, so I kept flying and eventually spotted a trail ruins.

Is that a trail ruin?Has to be.Yeah, this has to be a trail ruin.Okay, there's trims I can get from this that I actually like, but I need a brush.I don't have a brush.Oh, hello.

There we go, two advancements just like that.In fact, there are four different trims that you can only find within the Trail Ruins gravel.So in a way, this was the best structure I could be at.Oh, is that one right there?Oh my goodness.Raiders of the Lost Trim carefully excavate a smoothing template from the Trail Ruins.

Which one's this?Razor, that's like, oh my God, that's like my favorite one.Oh, I accidentally broke one.It just made the weird noise.Oh, it's another one.I think that's a different one too.

Wayfinder.Oh, it's another one.Is it new?Oh, it's one I already have.But hey, now I have a duplicate, so I don't feel as bad about using it.What is that?

Put all my stuff there.I'm gonna keep exploring though while I'm out.And there's a desert pyramid.Could find more trims than that.Okay, no trims.Oh, pillager outpost!

Trim potential.And since this desert was so close to my base, I thought I'd make a pit stop to apply some of the trims I'd found to my armor.Okay, hopefully I did that quick enough.So, this means I officially have...Yo, I only have seven trims.I think there's, what, 18 in the whole game?

Maybe I gotta make deals with people.Maybe I let someone hold the dragon egg for a couple seconds in exchange for some trims.That could work.So, I asked around in the Discord server if anyone wanted to do a trade for any spare trims they had.And soon, I had a contact.All right.

From here, I decided I was going to go for both of the trial chamber related trims.Not only because that's the only place you can find them, but because there was a lot of overlap and other advancements I could achieve in that structure.So, I went to a cartographer villager because they actually have a chance to trade you a map to the trial chamber, speeding up the process of finding one.Yes, trial explorer map.With this, I can locate a trial chamber, and here I'll get all sorts of advancements just from being there.Oh, here we are.

I'm gonna defeat a level one trial first, because maybe that's an advancement.There we go, got my first key.Okay, didn't get any advancements though, that's fine.That's an advancement right there.Oh, honey bottle?This surely has to be an advancement.

Yep, there we go.And after these advancements, I drank my ominous bottle, which boosts the difficulty of the trials, but also unlocks the possibility of earning an ominous key.These keys are the only thing that can open the higher valuable loot vault, where I can get the trims or maybe even a heavy core.So, I continued this process of finishing the ominous trials and earning more keys for more vaults.Yes, that's a trim.I don't know you can get them from this chest.

Trident?What?Easy.Oh my goodness.Yo, say psych.Do I not get an advancement for getting a heavy core?

I would have thought I would have, but I definitely know the mace opens up some advancements.Oh, there we go.Nice to mace you.Easy blue advancement there.You might notice there's a cool down after I use it, which is going to get interesting if I have to PVP people, but that is because maces are inherently broken.So seems like a fair balance.

Let's see, can I get the other trim now?I just need one more trim.No, it wasn't from that.Oh, that's the other trim.We actually just speed around everything I needed from this.Do I get an advancement for hitting something with this?

Yes, I do.I've done reasonably all of the trial chamber achievements I can right now, at least.So I don't feel too bad about leaving.Like, am I really going to collect a stack of one tier of ominous pot?Like, I'm not doing that right now, but I definitely got the reasonable ones.I'm at 425.

Yo, that was like the fastest trial chamber loot speedrun ever.This is right around where I ended day 2, which considering all of the netherite armor upgrades, all of the new trims I found, and the loot the trial chambers gave me, I'd say it was a rather productive day.However, I noticed other players were also starting to become more active, trying to stop me from staying in first place.So, when day 3 started, I had a few ambitious goals, even going as far as planning out how I wanted to get my first red advancement, which is the hardest class of advancement to get and they're worth 20 points each, quadruple that of the purple advancement.But this was going to take some time to set up, and I didn't want to fall behind on my efficiency, so I decided I was going to open up a trading post on the server.But of course, every good business needs a good logo, so I'm going to start putting this banner pattern on my shield.

Uh, some of you probably know why.Okay.I believe it's ready.I made a little build.It's nothing too crazy, but it's right at spawn where people will likely be.It's the Minute Maid Market.

I have my logo, and most importantly, I have my catalog.what they have to give me, and what they will get.I put a lot of stuff that helps me with advancements, specifically the remaining trims I need, the windburst to enchant my mace, god apples, quartz to a mushroom island, that one's big, diamonds, these are big because I have to duplicate the trims a bunch, so I put a trade in for that.They can contact me on discord, or what's probably going to be really risky, is they can find me on the locator bar.I'm taking the pumpkin off so that way they always know they can find and contact me for a trade.This does mean I'm more at risk of being found and fought by anyone that wants to sabotage me, but maybe it's worth it to have my trade market going.

So while I waited for these trade offers to be taken, I got started on grinding the Red Advancement, which this one in particular is called Immortal.And to achieve it, I need to fill every single slot in my inventory with a Totem of Undying.Obviously, this means I'd have to do a bunch of raids.And this should get me a lot more advancements as well.My score is currently 454.This should get me quite a bit actually.

So I'm gonna pop the bottle.I'm gonna start the raid.Oh, they're over here.Alright, come on.This maze is gonna make this a lot easier.Easy.

Oh, there's an advancement.Where'd they spawn this time?Oh, they spawned right here.This is a crazy spot for this to happen.I got a totem.I'm gonna offhand it.

One, fourth one.Oh, fifth one.Let's go.Is that the whole raid?I got five totems from that.Really?

There's more?Oh my god, there's so much more.I'm gonna die.I think I defeated the raid, but it like glitched out and didn't give me raid credit.So I didn't get Hero of the Village or anything.Six totems now?

That's pretty good.This was good progress, but I needed something like 31 more totems to get the advancement.Please work, please work, please work.Post -mortal, there we go.Okay, maybe something like 32 more.And I just used my last ominous bottle to start this raid.

However, I did know of a farm design to get even more.So I need to transform this pillager outpost into a raid bottle farm.But I have a lot of clearing out to do.Pillager raid captains, or the ones with the banner on their head, are the mobs that drop the bottles.And they periodically spawn around these outpost structures.So if I clear the terrain out in a certain way, I can make sure that each one that spawns gets funneled into a kill chamber.

Oh, there's a captain.And then to make sure it's running as efficiently as possible for spawn rates, I'm gonna clear out the surrounding area.However, while I was doing this, I want to remind you that before this day started, I was noticing other players being more active.And well...while I was working, this happened.Wow, I thought I had this thing like on lock right now.

Now, only a squid wasn't just a regular player.I've known him for a while now to be someone who has a fiercely competitive mindset, usually joining servers aiming to be number one, no matter what he has to learn or do to get there.So I guess I should have seen something like this coming.However, while I'm staring at the tab list, I should mention he might not even be the biggest threat online.See, right below him is a player named SB737.He has a large background in survival Minecraft, most notably for having a 10 ,000 day old hardcore world, where he's done numerous extreme projects like making giant builds, complex redstone farms, or even figuring out a way to obtain a command block all within survival.

I mean, if there's some way to push the limits of the game, he's probably tried it.And he's even played this advancement pack just five months ago.Long story short, he has all of the knowledge you'd need to sweep in a challenge like this.And although his score is behind ours, it was still just day three of seven.Plenty could still happen.And then next, I have to put a bunch of iron golems.

Oh, oops.I should not have punched it.There we go.Yeah, I have to put a bunch of iron golems in the structure.So this way, the pillagers keep growing onto that instead of me, and they keep running into the traps.The last thing I need to do is build an AFK platform all the way up here.

This way I'm high enough so no mobs are spawning in the caves, taking up the mob cap space, and it's as much pillagers as possible.So, I decided to AFK until I had enough ominous bottles for two things.The first is for a purple advancement, detailing that I had to collect a stack of one tier of ominous bottle.And the next was to make sure I had enough for the raids needed to complete the immortal advancement.If all went well, I'd be one step closer to catching Squid's score.In fact, it's been about 10 minutes.

Let me see how good it's doing.Oh wait, it's actually doing quite well.I have a lot of bottles.Which one's closest to a stack?The tier 4 is at 13, so it's like roughly a quarter away to a stack, which is pretty good.Also, flipping through it, I think this is an advancement as well.

Pick up that totem.There we go.Dead really don't die.Give zombie totems, you have to kill twice.Okay.Wait, how did you get through?

That's not supposed to happen.I could kill the golem.It did kill a golem.What?Wait, I have to figure that out.But I think I have to replace the iron golem.

Okay, now with all of these ominous bottles, I'm going to make the raid farm, which I actually think I'll be able to use to get my first, oh, hello, what the heck?To get my first super challenge advancement.The Red Advancements.The raid farm I'm building is rather simple.The main thing is that I build it over an ocean, so I can make a platform all of the raid mobs would spawn on.From here, I just had to make sure I had a drop chute for them to fall down, that would make killing them a lot easier.

Okay, this is like the mob funnel where all the pillagers and ravengers are gonna go.Then they get funneled straight down to here, into a sort of kill chamber.with loot collection.And in order for a raid to actually start, there technically needs to be a village nearby, which I think all that requires is a villager, a bed, some kind of workstation, I think.And then this bell, this bell actually might be optional, but this bell is going to help highlight mobs if anyone gets stuck.Yeah, I think I've fully built everything.

I'm just going to drink a bad omen five to get the maximum level raid.Oh.War is coming.Start a raid with the highest level of Ad Omen, okay.And now if I've done everything correctly, when this hits zero, a raid will spawn, all the mobs will come down here.Sound the alarm, ring the bell.

My first red advancement.That just shot me up 20 points.Having gotten my first red, I went to see which others were technically possible as it stands.The red advancements are called super challenges, and there's only a little bit, but these are the hardest ones to get in the whole game.I don't even know if I could do any of these other ones right now.I mean, maybe I can do this one, reach an altitude of 10 ,000 blocks above the world.

I mean, surely with enough flight duration, three rockets, I hit that.I can prepare to do that one next.Mainly because in the time it took me to set up all of these farms, SB and Squid both took a sizable lead over me.So getting these plus 20s could be huge.OK, screw it.I'm going for it.

I have two Elytras in case durability becomes a problem.Both I'm breaking three.A lot of rockets.Let's send it.Whenever I see the numbers start to slow down, that's when I'll use another rocket.The Ad Astra advancement requires me to fly to Y -10 ,000, but I didn't realize there were some other Y -level related advancements I could get on the way up.

As the day went on, the competition was growing stronger.So, I got to work on a redstone machine that would help me get to 50 wardens without much work.Okay, I think I've made it.The wardens will spawn right here, get funneled up.I've spawn -proofed everything, so they're guaranteed to spawn here, I'm pretty sure.This does feel kind of risky, but...

I have to take this off and dry it.Oh, I think it's working.That warden just got sent up.And then for whatever reason, it just keeps spawning wardens.I think maybe because it's getting pushed away before the shrieker realizes, so it's trying to spawn another one.But that's cool.

That should be a super challenge the second I get to 50.So while I waited for all the wardens to collect up above, I just had to make sure I stayed here pushing.on the shrieker.I think they're all funneling to where I put them.What are they taking aggro on?Maybe like a bat in a cave somewhere?

I hope that's not me.Now, after some time, the wardens kept collecting.However, around when I had maybe 30, I heard a troubling noise.They're dying to something.Were they entity cramming?No way.

It's actually so bad if they are.That sounds awful.It turns out I didn't leave enough room for all of the wardens to spread out up there, causing them to entity cram.But wardens do have a bunch of health, so I thought I could still generate more than I lost on my way to 50.Wardens have a ton of health, so maybe I get all 50 before they cram.But I don't think I was the only one investigating what to do here.

exactly 30 ahead of me at this point.But Squid hadn't logged on yet, so I had to wait to see how far he got.So in the meantime, there were a few enchanting related advancements I could easily do back at my base.First things first, I want to get myself a silk touch shovel.Oh, oh, I just got two more purple advancements.I think that's for getting maxed out at, um, Enchants on my axe and shovel.

I'll take that.Now when I say maxed out, I mean it has the most total possible enchantments applied at once, all at the highest tier.In fact, there's an advancement like this for every tool type that I thought I could easily grind out.However, between all of the enchanting and anvil costs this would take, I figured I should build an XP farm.So I had to leave my base to collect materials.But when I left, I noticed something wasn't right.

That's actually perfect.After all of our deals, I just needed silence to finish my search for all of the trims.However, before I get my hands on that, I returned to finishing the XP farm so I could keep doing the enchanting advancements.Nice amount of advancements.I have 737, alright.Okay, I think I finished the XP farm if I just press this button.

And I have to swing at this armor stand and it should get these silverfish.Pretty easy.To give a bit more explanation behind how this farm works, there are a bunch of armadillo constantly taking damage with the infested potion effect, causing them to spawn silverfish.However, since there's a zombie nearby, they're also constantly in shelled form, making them immune to that damage and unable to die.Meaning, they can spawn an infinite amount of silverfish for me to kill, so long as they're under the effect.And with all of the levels I now had, I could keep maxing out random tools.

In fact, each and every single one was another purple advancement.And since there are so many different tool types, I bet you can imagine I was really racking in the points with this.Master Farmer.Okay, did the hoe.Ooh, I got a maxed out bow.Master Fisher.

Master Tridenteer.Master Arbalest.Get a maxed out crossbow.Master Armor.Okay.So I've done every single maxing out tool advancement besides the mace.

Now the reason why the mace is the only tool I can't do right now is because I need a Windburst 3 book, which can only be found in trial chambers.where I already struck out once in finding it.Of course, I could go back, but the time it would take to find such a rare enchant was seeming like it wasn't worth it.At this point, I have a score of 806, second to SB who has 878.I felt like I couldn't waste too much time and needed to earn quick advancements to stay in the striking distance before he got too far ahead.So my plan from here was to track down a nether fortress.

Specifically for 3 wither skeleton skulls to not only fight a wither, but to get my very own beacon to work on more advancements.Now I know what you're probably thinking, this doesn't sound like the most time efficient thing, skulls are pretty rare.However, I have looting 3 on my sword which should increase the drop rates.Easy skeleton skull.And I'm doing this in a soul sand valley, where both variants of skeletons have higher spawn rates.But while I was working, I noticed Squid got a rather interesting advancement.

So, I tried to come up with a good offer for Squid, which in the meantime, I actually got my third wither skull.Okay, I'm about to knock a few advancements out with this.All right, so not only is it an advancement for summoning a wither, I think withering heights, it's like a vanilla one, but it's also a super challenge to defeat the wither while wearing a dragon head without touching the ground, which I think I can do pretty easily, actually.And squid's catching up to me, so this is a perfect time to try to go for this.Put the dragon head on, and I don't know exactly when this starts tracking, so I'm gonna mid -air place this last skull and fly up.Okay, I haven't touched the ground, I summoned it, I just have to stay in the air with the dragon head on and fight it.

This one was just have every enchantment, this one's everyone at the max level.And Breach 4 was the last one I needed.Okay, we're getting there.After this, I did some smaller blue advancements like using Riptide on a Trident.Why'd I just go like this?Oh, yeah, that was easy.

Or using Multishot on a Crossbow.And even picked up another Easy Purple by killing two Phantoms with one arrow.Oof.That was a cool one.I mean, I think you get it.I was really trying to make sure that at all minutes of the day, I was doing something, even if it was as small as a green.

But even still with all of these advancements, SB was at a total of 1 ,432.55 more than my 1 ,377.But, something rare had happened.He actually logged offline for once.This meant that no matter what, any advancement I got would close the gap even more.And coincidentally, this is right around when Squid asked me to meet back at the Wither Skeleton farm.

And here, he had a big idea.All right, I already have, I have four nether stars.So if you have one, we have fives.We just need 59 more.So we need 177 skulls.How many is that in stacks?

That's like a little bit less than three stacks, which he's not online to take up any mob cap.So I think this is like our prime opportunity.What I'm going to do is get like a piece of kelp, eat it, and then I can go AFK for like an hour.Okay.So I'll go over one side.Alright, bet.

I'll swing here.Our plan was to AFK wither skulls until we had enough to get a stack of nether stars, which is a super challenge.And of course, we could then craft these stars into a stack of beacons, a second super challenge.Since we're the only ones online right now, we're gonna have a lot of time with the mob cap all to ourselves, which will just make our rates that much better.Yeah, I just have to AFK here.This time I did the killing part since I think Squid went to take a nap because he had been on all night.

But yeah, as you can see, it was working smoothly.Yeah, we're really getting skeletons now.I think I can also get an advancement for getting a stack of full blocks.Oh, wait, that was a purple?Oh my God.But yeah, I stayed here farming skulls, collecting more XP and eating apples for the 30 day challenge.

We finally have enough.That took like a decent amount of time, but that is pretty much it.guaranteed to give me two more super challenges i just turn them into stars and turn them into beacons i don't know squid fell asleep because he low -key stayed up all night so maybe i should just grind out these withers myself and thenthem to him later.Yeah, I can leave now.That feels good.

That was really boring, to be honest, but it'll be worth it when we have plus two super challenges or plus 40 points.OK, I have to make all of these into the stars, obviously, by defeating the wither.I think I'll be here literally all day if I try to do that, just by summoning the wither and trying to kill it and fighting it.However, there's a bit of a method to cheese the wither fight that I'm going to be using to get through this fast.First part, I have to go to the end.Oh my God, I almost fell in the void.

And I need to get below the fountain.Yeah, I need to make an obsidian platform like this.And then I believe I just have to do the wither placement just like that.I'm just gonna try it.But the idea is the wither gets stuck in the bedrock and won't be able to move once it starts.Just like that, actually.

Oh, I need the ice structure.This one has it.I need a looted chest in here.Yes.But this ancient city wasn't just good for this mere blue advancement.You see, there's a few purple ones I could get by bringing wardens over to obscure places.

But it wasn't by a whole lot, just 16 ahead of SB, which I knew he could make up if he really wanted.And I myself was kind of itching for a break at this point, but I didn't want my time away to be for nothing, so I gathered some materials for a redstone machine I can let run while I AFK.Okay, what I have the blueprint pulled up for right now is the ultimate netherite mining machine.Before, my first one, it was pretty good, but if lava got in the way of the TNT, it would stop early.This one not only is immune to that, it'll just go straight through the lava, but it doesn't just go in a straight line, it creates a whole plane.It just opens up to as much netherite as I need.

There's a lot of advancements I still need to get relating to netherite.The first one is to hold a stack of ancient debris.Then there's hold a stack of ingots, which is plus five.Now all I have to do is set the machine up and let it run.And the machine is not that expensive either, so this is pretty doable.This machine is by far one of the most impressive I've ever come across.

I don't even want to attempt to try and simplify what it's about to do.I even had to use a Google spreadsheet made by the designer to calculate the input settings.Okay, that's the place for the locks.Okay, I've built it.There are no notable things wrong with it.It says this is in the wrong state, but that's just because it's on the wrong tune or note, but that actually just does not matter.

And the machine... can be tuned to make a certain size explosion so i've inputted the right settings i want um right i have yes i've done all the good settings i think all that's left is turn it on let it do its thing it should take 37 minutes to fire an explosion so i just kind of have to afk for that long or i could technically do some other stuff but i'm kind of getting tired so i need to afk a little bit yeah i just have to make sure there's nothing in the way these lines need to be filled with nothing So I should just have to flick that.And now I just have to sit on the other side until it's done.Perfect, it is going.Now, it's important that no matter what, I do not load chunks in the nether before the37 minute timer is over.If I were to do that, the whole machine would blow itself up, because it's currently generating all of the TNT in lazy chunks, and being nearby would just mess it all up.

Okay, I've AFK'd for how long I need to wait for the TNT to generate and all that.Squid's gotten quite a bit of advancements, and SB just got open 500 loot chests, so I wonder if he's like, what is he doing?Is he trying to get the heart of the sea ones, or did he just get them by accident?If I knew SV's plot had something, you wouldn't just let me be in the lead for this long.But yeah, let's go reap my rewards.At least, assuming it all worked.

This is just like a thing that's possible in Minecraft.Like, I actually don't know what, like, how people come up with this.Like, I feel like I'm a pretty smart Minecraft player, but I would not...guess this would be real.I've done maybe 10 % of this tunnel, and I've gotten 27.Not even 10%.

I've probably done like 5 % of this tunnel.I mean, just look at this on my map real quick.That is actually insane.How far did this go?That spans 200 blocks, 220 blocks long.That's exactly how long I told it to go, too.

That's actually crazy.But look at that.Look at this plane of just nether just cut out.Okay, I'm gonna go more towards the center and let these items all despawn.I already almost have my first stack and we're maybe not even like a fifth of the way done.Yep, netherite miner.

And that's just getting a stack of ancient debris.If I get three more, I'll get my plus five advancement.Okay, from that, I was able to scrape out three stacks and 19.There's a good chance I missed some, somewhere in like a crevice, but I've definitely got the vast majority from this insane just carve out.That is actually crazy that you can just do this.Now, three sacks of 19 is technically short of what I need for the next plus five advancement, but I do have 39 scraps and two ingots already, which I believe is enough, just enough.

So I'm going to pack up the machine and go home to do that.All right.I just about have it.Master netherite miner, mine enough ancient debris to make a stack of netherite ingots.Boom.That machine was crazy.

And it says, don't worry, mining a stack of netherite blocks is optional.Now there actually is an advancement for that, but it's technically a hidden one, so you won't see it on the advancements menu.You just get it if you do it.I don't know how reasonable it is to spend money on that.on that, considering it's been about an hour and I only got one stack, I need nine stacks to do that.Am I really trying to sink nine hours?

I don't think so.It does put me up 24 on SB.So even if he did a super challenge right now, which I think he's working on, I'd still be ahead.From here, I kept searching for any purple advancement I hadn't gotten yet, like filling every slot in my inventory with a stack of rockets.Boom, rocket man.But I was really starting to notice that there wasn't much else left to do, and that I'd have to start working on the harder advancements I saved for last.

Okay, I'm going back to the end for two... well, technically three things.First off, I'm getting the Ring of the End advancement.Defeat the Ender Dragon 20 times.While I'm in the middle of that, I'll do the Is It a Plane?Look at the Ender Dragon through your Spyglass.If I do those two, I'm up plus six.

But then after that, I'm doing Obtain a Stack of Dragon Heads plus 20.Then I'm doing Travel 4 into the End Dimension, which I think is 10 ,000 or 1 ,000 Luxile, one of the two, I think it's 10 ,000.So that, all said and done, should be plus 28.Then maybe I do the stack of Shulker Shells, that's plus 30, total.from this next trip in the end.But at this point, there's not that many advances left.

I think it's worth it.So the first advancement I focused on was killing the ender dragon 20 times.Of course, this meant I'd have to respawn at a time.So my stack of end crystals from earlier was actually pretty big.However, I had one more precaution.See, I built a TNT duper that should hopefully kill the dragon for me, theoretically speeding up the process.

Okay, yeah, I literally think that's it built.All I have to do to activate it is just put an observer on the other side of this guy.Oh, yep, there we go.There's the TNT.And each time a dragon perches, it's gonna go right under that TNT and start taking a ton of damage.But yeah, you see now it's perched, it should start taking damage once it reaches the top, and then it'll just slowly die over time.

Yeah, something about placing a block in water right there just glitches the dragon out and makes it stuck.Okay, that does a ton of damage.Yeah, should be the first one down soon.Now, this system was actually working pretty well, but just as I repeated it for a second time, I had a question in mind.I think I just realized something.So, it says defeat the Ender Dragon 20 times?

So do I need to...Let the TNT get it down to like half and then go for it because in my statistics tab It still says I've only killed the ender dragon three times, but I technically should be at five by now Technically killed the ender dragon twice, but I didn't get the kill credit like last hit So I think I need beginning the last hit instead of not getting the last hit So I just stopped the machine right before and then do spear work, which is fine Sucks that I just wasted two turns of it, but I'm glad I figured this out now or at least question this now before I get too hung up.Now that should have increased my statistic, right?Okay, now it says four.Okay, now I think it's properly tracking.I'm gonna see how well I do if I just chase it around with my spear.

Which, I think Ring of the End literally means after the Ender Dragon dies 20 times, there should be 20 End Rings, or a ring of these gateways.Which is cool, I feel like that's something you don't see in every world, just every gateway on the End Island.Sorry about the noise.From here, I travel to the outer end islands to work on the other advancements I came for.For example, I need to do things like collect a stack of shulker shells and travel over 10 ,000 blocks out in the end.But most importantly, I was here to collect 64 dragon heads for yet another super challenge.

Now, I know this probably doesn't sound that bad.The dragon head can easily be mined from an end ship.But the problem is not only finding 64 end cities, but 64 end cities that even have the ship.That one doesn't have it.All without wasting too much time on the second to last day.I'm just like worried what SB's up to, because he hasn't gone many advancements.

So I think that means he's farming something.And I feel like it's the Heart of the Seas, which could get him a plus 40, because not only is it one to get Heart of the Seas, but it's another to turn them all into conduits, which is not that hard with farms.So I think that's what he's charging up here.But, I had a plan.You see, I've heard for the longest time that end cities sometimes spawn in a grid pattern.Meaning, if you just find one, and continue to fly in a straight line, you're likely to find another.

If this is actually true, I could cut down my exploration time by a ton.Okay, the strut is actually working pretty well.Um, it just kind of sucks because the stack is still a stack.I'm at five.Actually, I have a six in my inventory.So, okay, I'm technically at six.

Can I do that about ten more times?I feel like I can.Oh my god, it's another end city.It's this grid pattern.See, like, they're doing the grid.And this one has an end ship.

Okay, this is possible.So, I continued to use the method, committed to earning this advancement, and it was actually working pretty well.The grid wasn't always straight, sometimes the end cities would line up a few chunks off, but the idea was proving to be legitimate.But after getting about 11 dragon heads, I finally heard back from only a squid.I just got a message from squid, actually, that he's back.Ro woke up, I think, and he's ready to hand off the nether stars and transform them into beacons, which will give me a nice plus 20.

How do I do this?I just, boom, easy first advancement.After this, I discovered a purple advancement I could get by killing a piglin brute in the end.And since I knew there was a bastion near my stronghold nether portal, I thought this could be pretty easy.The reason why this is so doable is because that right there is my end portal portal.So if I just build a bridge, I should be able to bring him over to the end.

But the tricky part about this is that you only geta few seconds before a brute zombifies after leaving the nether.So I had to be quick.Time to do this.I have to be quick.I have to be like so quick.

So I crafted a stonecutter and got an interesting blue advancement from that.I don't even know, town planner?Craft and place every type of villager workstation?Okay, I guess?And in noticing this, I remembered there are two purple advancements I could reasonably do.One for curing every villager profession, and then another for killing every villager profession with a crossbow.

So with all of the spare villagers I had, I set up an area where I could give them all a unique workstation, and prepare them for curing.Villagers come through, good job!But right before I brought a zombie over, I made sure to trade with them at least once so their profession locks in place forever.Businessman, trade with a villager, every profession type.Perfect.Now time to get a zombie up in here.

But also while being in this desert, I discovered there are quite a few advancements left to do.Okay, there is an advancement for breeding two camels.I think I can do that real quick.Humpty, that's a crazy advancement name.And there was a blue just by killing a mob while riding a camel.There's an advancement for sniping a husk while I'm on a horse for more 50 blocks away.

Yes, it's high noon.Okay, can I leave the desert?Do I need more to do with the desert?I think I'm done with the desert for now.It was also around here that I could not tell you anymore who was in first place, because yes, while I had been working on mine,SB and especially Squid were locking in on theirs.
