I hate cooking so I power through a few hours to meal prep enough food for the week. My husband eats spaghetti bolognese every day and never gets tired of it so we do make this weekly, but I get bored of things after the week so I like to rotate other meals too. I did try a new recipe, peanut butter ramen. I could have made a bigger batch but I don't like to if I'm trying a new recipe just in case it's not good, but this was really easy to make and pretty good with some tweaks. I would give it like a 7 out of 10. I just used the protein spaghetti from the bolognese as noodles for extra protein and to save myself a step. I used my label maker to label what's what so in the freezer it's easy to see what there is to choose
from and I also give my husband bigger portions than me so I make sure to label who's is whose. Anyway this was another new recipe crockpot thai peanut butter chicken. Can you tell that I was craving peanut butter? This was really good, like nine out of ten and super super easy. I will definitely be making this one again. The cool thing about freezing batched meals is we also always have some left from previous week, so there's a lot to choose from and something is always ready to go.
