Illegal dumping caught on camera

Brazen illegal dumping in one Surrey neighborhood has people outraged and it was all caught on camera.A video taken by a bystander who asked not to be identified says this all happened on Colbrook Road and Frontage Road Friday morning.You can see three men loading the concrete back into their truck after witnesses confronted them, even blocking the road with their cars.The bystander says there could have been as much as 4 ,000 pounds of concrete left on the sidewalk.of the road if neighbors didn't intervene.The city of Surrey did not respond to our requests for comment.

People living in the area says this isn't unusual and they want the city to take action.
