That right there is a windshield barnacle. It's a device that suction to a windshield so you can't drive and it costs big bucks to get it off. Last month, the investigative team parked in this lot on the 4600

block of Main Street in Manion. Paid $7 for two hours and waited within just a few minutes of overstaying our parking time. This man was putting what's called a windshield barnacle on our front window.

There's nothing on here that says anything about a barnacle.

Teresa Rodak also got barnacled in August. She says her parking expired in the same lot. She was 15 minutes late. She had to pay $475 up front to A-Bobs Towing, like us, to have it removed. She told us she believed the barnacles were legal. That signage out front of the lot is
