So Trump in the state of the union announced an idea for a retirement plan that allows Americans that don't have access to 401ks to use the same TSP that Government employees use and the federal government will match a thousand dollars a year now on the surface that sounds good But like everything with Trump, it's actually a corporate bailout Why do I say that?

Because think of all the companies now that are gonna dump their employees off of the 401k they have which matches way more than a thousand dollars and on to the government plan which matches a thousand dollars. Thus the corporations are saving money, the government's in for thousand dollars. Thus the corporations are saving money, the government's in for a thousand bucks a person, and it's another corporate giveaway.
