Israel and South Korea clash over old West Bank video

This video just triggered a diplomatic clash between Israel and South Korea. Disturbing images from 2024 shared by South Korean President Lee Jae-myung appearing to show Israeli soldiers on a rooftop in the occupied West Bank, kicking and dragging bodies across the roof, throwing at least three over the edge, one after the other. Israel says the operation targeted militants. President Lee's post says we need to check if this is true, and if it is, we should find out what measures were taken.
