La NOVIA ubicó a El MENCHO: Así lo cercaron hasta Tapalpa

For more than 30 years, he was a shadow, a priority target for Mexico and the United States. Leader of the most expansive cartel in the country. A man who had evaded operations, close ones and persecutions for decades. And in the end, what no intelligence operation had achieved in 30 years, was opened by a visit. Not for a betrayal, not for a tactical mistake, but for a human rendition in his armor, a visit, a confidence, a track followed patiently for years. General Trevilla made it clear. All the follow-up to the intimate circle, to the couple, to the collaborators,
