LeBron's New Warmup Routine

Why does LeBron do this new pregame warmup routine? You see, LeBron started this new thing where he throws his ball in the air as high as possible. Then he catches it as the entire team copies his squat. He then ends it off with this little unk skip. While you may think it's just a fun thing to do as a team, a lot of fans think it's to see who will join in or get traded.
