Let's remember that to get a search warrant in any case whether it's you or I or the former president you have to go before a federal judge and convince that judge that there is probable cause to believe both that a federal crime has been committed and that evidence of that crime is contained within the space you have described

in your warrant request. So we have, in this situation, a federal judge who made that determination.

Now that was the before, that was when Trump's property was raided all very proper but when Bolton was raided well this is clearly a case of political persecution. He was raided because he criticized the president's CNN claims. We know that Mr.

Bolton has said critical things about the president. That's not illegal. That's not a crime. That's pretty squarely within your First Amendment right in this country. And in fact, you shouldn't be, you're not supposed to be. The Department of Justice and the FBI have all kinds of policies absolutely prohibiting investigating people for the exercise of their First Amendment rights. And so if that's what's going on here, and there's all kinds of reasons to believe that that might be the true motivation.

There's a stat that says in the past seven years in DC that black people are 112 times more likely to be unalived than white people. So if black lives matter, the left, Democrats,

progressives, how come you all are not celebrating that no black person has been unalived in the past 11 days in DC since Trump took over.

Seven, eight of the top 10 deadliest cities in America. Big cities are usually in red states. If you look at, you know, Gavin Newsom and the Speaker sort of had a back and forth this weekend. Speaker Johnson's home state of Louisiana 400 times more likely, you're 100 times more likely to be killed in Louisiana than you are in California. Certainly nothing you ever hear

in the right wing sort of blogosphere. Yeah you may not hear that among the right

wing joke because it's a pack of verifiable lies. Louisiana having a murder rate 400 times higher than California. Just a flat out lie. You're either really, really bad at maths or you're lying. Take your pick. Now if you want to know why Louisiana has a high crime rate, then you only need to look

at the cities where the crime is happening. Are they Republican strongholds? Well of course they're not. Surely Joe or Mika would mention that important fact to their dwindling audience. He's about to

get specific here. Specifically the chances of being killed or having violent crime done to you or your family member is so much higher. The percentage is in Monroe, Louisiana, which is right by the Speaker's district. Shreveport, Louisiana, which is in the Speaker's district. New Orleans, Louisiana, which is in the Speaker's home state.

Okay, let's do a little fact checking. So you mentioned three cities in Louisiana having terrible crime rates, terrible rates of violence, true, but are they Republican strongholds or Democrat cities? Just because the state is Republican

doesn't mean the big cities are. Indeed, America's biggest cities have become dominated by the Democrats, and it shows. He mentioned New Orleans, well, terrible crime rate and terribly run by Democrats, not Republicans, Joe. Less than 35% of New Orleans voted for Trump last year

and New Orleans has been Democrat run for more than a hundred years. How are you blaming Republicans for that? Indeed, the last Republican mayor was elected in 1870. As for the other two cities he named there, well they too have suffered from Democrat rule. Munro is over 60% black and only last year they elected an independent

mayor after decades of Democrat rule. The only Republican-led city named there by Joe is Shreveport, but that mayor was only elected in 2022 after decades of continuous Democrat rule. But the MSNBC misinformation didn't end there. Listen to Joe name more Democrat-run cities that he says are proof that Republicans are bad at law and order. Little Rock, Arkansas, home of of course Tom Cotton and some very very

conservative governor. Bessemer, Alabama right there in Birmingham again you know

Joe Scarborough seriously mentioned Little Rock as an example of a Republican run town, a town which hasn't had a Republican mayor since the 1950s. That just leaves

Bessemer, Alabama and guess what? It's another Democrat-led city. The current Bessemer, Alabama and guess what? It's another Democrat-led city. The current mayor's serving a fourth term so we give Joe Scarborough and MSNBC five Pinocchios there.
