MARKLE “CATHERINE IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK” STAFF SPILL BEANS #meghan #royal #summer
Welcome back Chums, lovely to see you as ever and thank you for taking the time out to join me.It's a blistering day here let me tell you, it's beautiful though isn't it?If you are in the United Kingdom and we're enjoying lovely weather, absolutely. The perfect weather of course for one of the most famous social events really of the year over here in the United Kingdom.
Centre Court, Wimbledon, Strawberry Scream, Champagne, Celebrities in the Royal Box, all of that sort of stuff.Of course, over in the land of Montecito, it's beautiful weather all the time, isn't it?But, you know, there's a lot of, shall we say, bitterness hanging around weather -wise, and I mean that in the nicest way. It's interesting, as I often say to you chums, when you talk to people that have actually, whether you call it misfortune or good fortune, to work for Harry and Meghan, I would say it's a bit of both, really.Personally, I would say it's kind of lucky, because it's something on your CV, and when you go into a meeting or go for another job, people will say, Oh, yeah, you know, what was that like? And so it does sort of work both ways.
It's like working for a member of the royal family. If you are a chef or a butler or a houseman or something, you can create a long term career.People are fascinated with the royals. What they invariably end up talking to me about is what it's like working for Meghan Markle. They're always quite complimentary, I have to say, chums, about Prince Harry. But again, you know, it's a two sided coin, isn't it?
The sort of report you get is that He's very easy going, doesn't demand too much, and more importantly, doesn't really require much looking after.I would put this down to the fact that he hasn't had to schlep it up the hard way and basically try and make something of himself. If you remember when Meghan Markle was interviewed, I think at the TED Talks thing or something like that, she openly slipped up at one point and said, you know, I never saw myself getting here.Oh no, you never do, because it's always the thing that you didn't see happening. And as many people have said, what's interesting is the way that this story is twist and twirtedalong the way.
What I find fascinating when you talk to these staff members is exactly how certain things keep coming back as a reoccurring theme.Let me explain.Morning, Chums.
Welcome back.As I say, lovely to see you.Thank you so much for joining me in the blistering hot sunshine.Could do with a cup of tea now.I know.
Well, you just do, don't you?You get out and you think, I'm now thirsty.I love it when people say to you, oh, just stop off for a tea break.
Yes, that's why I bring a flask. If you stopped off every time you wanted a slurp of tea, you'd have no money.left, would you?Price of a cup of tea in London right now. It's ridiculous. And have you seen the price of the strawberries and things in Wimbledon?
I'll be taking some in one way or another. You know me, chums.Oh, yes, absolutely. And thank you, by the way, for your comments regarding the flowers. As you can see, some beautiful flowers here on our hotel. And happy 4th of July also.
Yes, I know it's probably late and everything, but, you know, I genuinely mean that.I know celebrations mean a lot to people around the world and they should. It's our heritage. But yes, a very happy 4th of July.My grandmother was born on the 4th of July, so that's why I always remember it actually. And she was very proud of it.
Yeah, really pretty. She always said, well, people will never forget your birthday. But sadly, not to me. I never actually met her, but a lovely, lovely, lovely lady.So happy for the view, July.Let's get back, of course, to your royal story of the day.
This story, as I say, is a reoccurring theme when you talk to people who have worked with Meghan Markle. And invariably, it comes to the Princess of Wales, Catherine, the Princess of Wales. And Meghan's people have always reiterated back to me that, you know, what we see as a person is not what we actually get.yet with regards to Catherine.Meghan, you know, basically has insinuated that, you know, this nice sort of sweet girl act and, you know, whatever, she's as tough as nails. Now, in the defence, you know, looking at both sides, I would say absolutely what she's gone through in a
personal illness and anybody out there who's going through the same thing, you have to be tough. But of course, you also have to be strong for people around you, like your family, your brother, your sister, your mum, your dad, you know, it's not easy.Of course, Meghan was insinuating that the Princess of Wales was tougher in many different ways. And I would say she's had to develop something of a tough skin. And I would also say that that would have been given to her from the late monarch.Somebody else, really, who had to develop a tough skin at a very early age.
But it's all down to things like this, you see.As you know, Meghan and Harry perpetuate in this myth that they are a couple who are very much, you know, danger over here in the United Kingdom. And again, if you are the Invictus Games, you kind of sit down and go, is it worth it?You know, I mean, you have to look at it from both sides. Is it worth it?All the battles, bringing the kids, all the drama, all of that sort of stuff.
Well, apparently it's things like this at Wimbledon that make it even harder to convince the relevant authorities over here, RAVIC and things like that, part of the Home Office and the British government. You see, when Catherine, or indeed William, does something out of sorts, and when you think about it, right, you know, There's Catherine meeting and greeting people at Wimbledon, signing, not autographs, but, you know, just signing them in, stuff like that.
Well, you know, this is what really angers her.
And apparently this makes it almost impossible for these two to get the required security that they truly believe they have. They've done this before, apparently, where Catherine was pictured, you know, taking selfies at meets and greets, you know, when people come out and say hello. Now, as she's pointed out, this is LaMarcle, right? She's not alone. She has security with her all the time.just a myth that she's safe and everything like that.
The truth is Catherine would have a security officer with her and a security detail 100 % but they are senior royals.

Get started freeone day she will become our queen.you know, I don't want that day to come because I don't want anybody really to lose, you know, what they're doing. You know what I'm saying?I'm a big fan, really, of King Charles.I think he's got some good points.
The other side of it is that, of course, you know, Meghan Markle believes that this is basically making the decision by the Home Office to change their mind.Look, the royals are not in danger. As I've often cited to you chums, I remember when, you know, the Queen was famously shot at during Trooping of the Colour. That was a big thing. That was over 30, 35 years ago, something like that now, and something that has radically moved on.Yes, security is paramount, but Catherine and William being able to go about their business with a minimal security, and they are senior figures, is totally different.
Meghan Markle believes that the reason why she had to take all of that security detail out with a say to New York was that if people would have known, then she wouldn't be safe.Well, who knew?Unless you tell them. You see, this is the thing. And this is what's got back from the Home Office. They've been very, very clear.
And despite Harry re -releasing a report done by his own security team, Meghan Markle believes stunts like this have really influenced the final and end decision of the British Home Office, putting her and her husband and his children, of course, in grave danger. The only way that she can counteract that is to simply stay away.Bottom line is, would anybody be bothered?Truly.New shown in the very heart of the United Kingdom.
