I got super weak because I wasn't I didn't have like an actual gym or weights that I could use It's finally time that I actually grind in the gym and try and get as huge as possible I got big plans for 2025. You have to stretch before you work out or else you're gonna tear muscle some breakfast. Breakfast this morning. We got some farm fresh eggs that my dad actually cooked. And we also got our turkey bacon. I got leftover chicken from last night.

And then we're trying this clear protein from just ingredients It's literally like well, it's a so it's kind of like a soda But it's not carbonated and it has 20 grams of protein like I feel like a lot of pretty feathers have like that way taste But just ingredients their stuff tastes good. This one is like a little bit more tart This is the orange pineapple one The strawberry limeade one was so good to gotta get our protein in. Boston and I, later this week, we're actually gonna be moving back down to Utah.
We're gonna be back in like a few weeks. We've been spending a bunch of time in Tennessee. I only spent like a week when I first got back home from my mission in Utah. It's gonna be nice getting back. And then I'm also gonna see her family too
for the first time, which will be crazy, crazy. I haven't seen her family. I haven't seen some of my friends, but I'm gonna miss this place. I'm gonna miss the eggs I'm gonna miss the cows. I'm gonna miss Boston. Oh wait This kid he's coming with me. It's gonna be a little move back to Utah Which is gonna be so weird. We also got our haircuts too. Our last haircut from our mom. That was a disaster Yeah, Boston's cut got botched. No, it's fine. I think it looks good. Just finished up breakfast, watched another episode of The Walking Dead. Finished an episode of OBX, Out of Banks. Now I'm about to go and I'm gonna take a shower.
This is what I've done, I've done this like on my mission. I got this little speaker and it's like waterproof. And then I also got my Poor Cheese music right here. I don't wanna forget it. So this is my little language study for the day listening and jamming out to Portuguese music while I'm in the shower My very favorite thing too is they never rushed when I take showers now, cuz I'm not on like a super super tight schedule

It's called believe Nashville and it's where they go and interview just random people about their faith And so they're gonna ask us some questions questions I'll tell you a few right now I wanted to kind of see what questions they were gonna ask and they sent them over a lot of it was like what life was like when Brock was on the mission and I was home kind of how social media and our faith has affected our lives some of the questions is like one is how you both kept your faith while doing social media what are you gonna say for that one I got one Brock. My mind's blanking. I tried to write down some notes cause I was like, oh I probably want to say something more like this, but.
It's like my wallet in my pocket. It's always there. And when you lose it, you gotta pray to find it. I actually lost my wallet yesterday.

What made you decide to serve a mission in the first place? I mean, I think a few things. I had friends going on missions, which is all super cool. I was able to see them change. I also went on an HXP trip, which is like a humanitarian trip. I got to like experience like missionary work. Came down to one point where I'm like, man, I feel like I want to like change my life a little bit. I'm feeling a little, I was feeling adventurous at the moment. I'm like, oh, it's gonna be so fun. I'm gonna go on a mission. So I decided to go on a mission and then I regretted everything the first day that I started on the mission. Like, what am I doing?
I think just having all those experiences led to that point, I'm so glad that I got led to that point. And then I also was able to push past like the trials, I need to like, I need to serve a mission. And I was like, my answer from God. It's just like these little experiences and stuff popping in, but why not?

It'll make their day if you need to use them for like service, dude They love service. Like oh, yeah, I was like a bet we'll be over there cuz I love the exercise I think the interview went good, but also I'm like we haven't ever done a legit interview
Yeah, and I kind of like her all over the place and I'm like oh I told the missionaries I'm like I feel so bad that you have to edit this cuz they're gonna they're gonna be the ones going through it the fact It's easy just to like talk to the interview and I wanted to like say everything right I don't know. We'll just have to wait see how it is It was really fun and we had all the other missionaries come over there were 11 of us total So like six other missionaries came and we all had dinner mom was the one that made it and it was just a really fun
night
It's gonna make me sad because I feel like we're super tight with the missionaries out here in Tennessee And so when we like move back to Utah, it'll be a little sad. We'll see the mischievous as often. But I know we leave this week back to Utah and we've been here for two and a half weeks or something.
